I have made a post. Sorry about the delay, been busy rushing around trying to get things sorted. Should be moving later this month, and having to phone people, send e-mails, etc.
I have very little time right now, but I am doing my best to keep up. KK, you should be flattered that your RP is the only one besides GEARs - which is dying a death - that I'm bothering to keep up with, since I think it's actually worthwhile.

Thank you Made my day to hear that at least, knowing that it's something that matters a lot to people now (certain un-named individuals today in the guild will join RPs to only make one post, and not even explain why they left- we do not need to go on the technicals of why I can't do other RPs without absolutely trusting the GM and players involved now because of this, because I have created more potential ideas and worked in RPs where it feels like I do all the work). Here, I'm really glad with the way it works, and the fact that you're direct in assistance of me running it really helps to build up the fact that we have a cohesive and really good RP going. It's the only combat one that has run for this period of time as it is currently on the guild (MW2 being the exception and potentially one that we may beat, so if we go past 2,000 posts in total after Copenhagen, then I think we can give ourselves a job well done ), and the fact we have it running at an Casual + (what I'd class as Mid Casual to High Casual) means that I think it's believe it or not, also one of those RPs which you can call pretty high quality for the amount of posts and people involved.

Yeah, I know what you mean about doing all the work myself - it seems like almost all the RPs I've created have gone down the tubes after I've put plenty of work into them after people have just stopped posting all at once, either through losing interest with no explanation or failing utterly to inform of real-life events taking precedence. I've yet to have anything get through the first bit of story without it taking a dive, which is frustrating.

This RP has a good blend of character development, character involvement - i.e., I feel like I'm actually part of a group - and action for me, as well as a decent level of knowledge of real-world weapon systems etc.
I'm really pleased it's kept going, and I hope we manage to keep it going on 'til Copenhagen too, and to the end of the plot arc.

I'd love to play something else with you guys too (something admittedly more 'my' style, not that this isn't!), since you all seem reliable; but everyone has different interests here and there.

I think that even after Copenhagen, one of two things will happen

1) I can get to work on making the successor to TF Lima. Just like I've seen with Crossfire's near-legendary (or so I've heard) MW series, he made a lot of expansions. Obviously, I do not intend to copy him, but the idea of making a semi-linked in RP to TF Lima as a successor, prequel or even alternative story (playing as perhaps a completely team altogether) is tempting.

2) We continue onward. Not saying that it will be easy, but I'm sure that we'd be basically done with the main plot arc (and believe me, I have it semi-planned out- it will be a cracker with some of the stuff involved), and we'd be moving onto loose ends, smaller operations, and generally, just fighting on.

Also, I need your opinion on this. I'm currently working on making a "patch" for TF Lima, and I kind of used some inspiration from MOH Warfighter and my own ideas for this. I will soon post it up, and wait on your responses. Mainly, what would you want out of it color wise (knowing it's going to be on each of our soldiers' shoulders along with their previous SF patches, rank and anything else (flags among other things), along with the actual decoration (I was thinking about using either a Falcon for the center, or some other bird of prey- up to you) to kind of help spruce the RP up. I just found myself with a bit of spare time, and I thought to myself that anything that might make it a bit more personalized for all of you. Any suggestions?

Yeah of have to agree that this is the only non-one on one RP I'm involved in that hasn't died a sad lonely death but yeah I'm definitely down for other RPs with you guys, if anyone had anything in mind. Likewise where I wouldn't say this is exactly 'my thing' but I'm enjoying it immensely, definitely looking forward to getting my teeth stuck into the next mission.

I suppose in terms of successors I'd be happy either way - I suppose it'll depend on how this mission ends overall as to where we take it?

Gosh, this kinda makes me feel bad for not posting as much as I used to. XD

On that note, sorry about that. Came down with a bad throat and a cold. No fever, thankfully. Guess all those M&Ms and late night studying bursts finally caught up to me. Finals are coming up, so I may not be on that often.

This is definitely on of the longest if not the longest RP I've ever been on. It's something which I'm really comfortable with, and that's pretty awesome. I'm pretty open to both ideas after this RP ends, but I'm leaning more towards another RP that's semi-linked to TF Lima. Was never a fan of dragging things out longer than they should be. It can make a good thing turn bad really quick. =\
