In a world where everyone looks the same, and their lives are controlled to the simplest things, there's a different world. An under ground world. One few know about, and one few see. All around them people are like mindless zombies, doing as their told, going to jobs they were assigned to, dressing exactly the same, doing exactly the same. Day in and day out. But there's those people that break out of this mind control, the few that are able to see the world around them. These people live in the upper world, and pretend. But they also disappear, into the lower regions, to the tunnels no one remembers. Here they survive. They can be themselves. But what happens when the government, the people controlling everyone for their own pleasure, finds out about them, about their secret lives, about their secret world. Will they send the armed forces, a different village, to come after them? Will they take away their free will? Or will they leave them alone? No one knows, but one thing is for sure. The government knows, they aren't happy, and something will happen.
Its your story, your background, your life. The way you come and go is up to you. How you live or what you do is up to you. Along with how old you are (please no really young, or really elderly though). A life like no other, fighting to survive in a world that doesn't accept differences. What will happen next??
There is 10 villages total, each one is connected by an underground tunnel system that was long forgotten by the people, and the government. Later these underground people, who figured out they were different from the others, started living down there, creating their own societies. Many have lived down there all their lives, others come and go, living in the upper world. Of course, it isn't like most places. Its a free world, one that teaches you things the upper world can't.
Will you join the fight? Will you help survive? Or will you be on the other side, fighting against the free-willed, for the good of your community?
The under ground is also known for having a ranking system. But its not like normal. There is "royalty" the ones that created and designed this world, then there are the other ranks. But these ranks don't really matter since everyone treats others like normal. There's police, there's violence, etc.

Weapon of choice: Bow and arrow or sword… she took archery and fencing in school.
Personality: In the upper world, Lia has a simple classy demeanor. She hardly ever smiles and answer ever question asked of her calmly. She looks everyone in the eye and shows no fear on the outside. She doesn’t do anything extra than what is expected of her. When she is alone, she is rather sad and lonely, often sitting alone and reading books in her husband’s old chair. In the lower world, Lia is a lot more like a young girl. She is more wide eyed, sweet, and friendly. She smiles most of the time and is nice to everyone. She is understanding and likes to have fun. If ever confronted in the underworld, she would react like a normal person should- angry or defensive. She has a lot of emotion pent up from not being expressive in the upper world, and so she is a lot more expressive down below.
Bio: Lia grew up in the upper world, and was bred from a young girl to fit into society perfectly. She went to school, got excellent grades, and behaved as everyone else did. Once she reached 18, her parents set her up with one of their co-workers sons named Kyle. Lia could tell there was something different about him, but she dismissed it and assumed it was just because he seemed to be more alive than everyone else she had known in her life. After dating a year, they got married and moved into their own apartment. The day after they were married, Kyle looked her in the eye and confessed why he was different. He didn’t want to live in this upper world… there was a lower world he’d been visiting for most of his life in secret. Lia, for the first time in her life, felt a sort of excitement. She followed Kyle down to the tunnels that night and they explored together. He showed her a few of the different villages and introduced her to various people he had grown up knowing down in the tunnels. Lia was stunned the entire time that there were all these odd, carefree people under their feet this entire time. She and Kyle continued to work and play their parts, especially in front of their parents, in the upper world, but would often visit the tunnels and let loose. One day however, Kyle was called away from his desk that sat across from Lia’s in the office. Kyle showed little concern and left, but Lia watched as best she could. After a few minutes, Kyle stormed out of the boss’s office, ripping off his tie and running out of the building. Lia shouted after him, but a security guard quickly came to her and told her to calm down, that everything would be taken care of. She needed to continue working until the end of her shift. Lia felt panicked inside all day long, constantly watching the door for Kyle to come back. When the office began closing, Lia ran out of the building and back to her apartment. There she found police officers everywhere. When she asked what had happened, they said Kyle had been executed for treason, and they needed to interrogate her. They asked her about the underground world and Kyle’s disappearances, but she played dumb and said she had no idea what they were talking about. That when Kyle would disappear, he would say he was visiting his parents. Lia stayed the calm, mindless zombie figure they expected of her throughout their interrogation, and eventually let her go. After they left and Lia was alone in the apartment, she broke down, all alone in the upper world without her husband. For the next few weeks, she didn’t return to the tunnels, afraid she would be caught. However, there seemed to be much more active jumpers going there and eventually she began returning to the tunnels in her spare time. It’s been 2 years since Kyle died. Lia wants to live in the underground entirely, but she’s afraid, seeing the world for what it truly is now.

He’s one of the people in the underground looking for a solution to the world up above. Also takes requests from those that have something to offer in exchange- to gather info for them. (I just can’t picture a lot of people in the underground being willing to leave it once they saw it. So it makes sense to me that they’d want to keep updated on what’s going on without ever going up there. Which is where such a rank as ‘information seeker’ would come from. That okay Neko?) Weapon of choice: The truth ( ^^; in all seriousness though: ) throwing knifes and daggers. Personality: Laid back, he isn’t very easy to anger. There is times he likes to talk a lot though- if it’s about something he’s interested in, it’s hard to get him to stop. He’s a bit of a rambler if someone gets him going but otherwise he’s rather secretive of about things. Especially in the upper world but that’s sort of a requirement. Bio:Both his parents had escaped from the world above and took up residence in the beneath where they met and eventually had him. His father had fallen into the same ‘career’ he currently walked- originally just to check in on the rest of the family before he had begun to take on other jobs. When Doon had gotten a little older it had been him that took him topside though having never experienced the restraints of its government he had a hard time grasping that freewill was a foreign thing around here. As a child the nearby officials had let it slid without too much complaint- they had gotten off lucky though because had they been more interested in pushing things they could have discovered there was more to it than what it appeared to be.

He had never liked the way the system ran in the upper world he wanted to expose it for all that it was and somehow convince those mindless sheep to rebel. His mother was intent on keeping him away from it all though, keeping him safe in a place that actually made him feel rather unfulfilled. That life above had a certain beauty to it in the form of nature and the sky above all things. He had thought it about it plenty and was always waiting for his father to come back from his trips and tell him something new. Only one day he never did come back.

His mother was heart broken about it and grew ill so he had set out to find something that could cheer her up. Some sign that his father was still alive. Despite the good intentions beyond his journey when he had returned his mother was enraged that he had gone out into that dangerous world- it was actually the most lively he had seen her in awhile. She told him that he was never to leave again and while young he stuck up his nose at the order because he had if nothing else- found his father’s camera in all the searching and the film within it. The photos had spelled out quite the mystery though and didn’t answer much about his fate.

After that his mother got herself together again and continued raising him and with how many times he managed to sneak out… she eventually just let him. “If you can slip past me I doubt anyone will ever catch you” because she was honestly expecting him too and waiting for the moment he would. Proof that he could still get by despite her knowing he would try proved a bit and eased her conscious a fair deal. Soon he was holding the same rank his father had and gathering information for various people of this lower world. Anyone that would think to make the request. Extra: He finds the sky interesting and has a handful of pet rats, one of which usually sleeps in his coat pocket. It is very useful when it comes to getting into locked rooms and causing a distraction.

Name: "Mariya" ((Russian name)) - its the only name she goes by, she wont speak of her real name.
Age: 20
Rank: She keeps the rank of a Huntress. Its a rank that few get especially since its a dangerous task. Mostly only men can get the rank of Hunter, and few to no women get Huntress. But its a task she takes great care into doing. She's careful, and would do anything for the whole of the clan (er village ^_^) Of course the Hunters [and few Huntresses] are well known for their fighting, and stealth. They are also considered part of the army, they make up mostly of the upper ranks of the army, and of the royal guard [the females of course don't get to be that high ranked].
Weapon of choice: Twin blades, their custom made weapons. She had received them when she was younger, and always kept them with her. Whether on her back, or not.

Personality: Mariya is a quiet girl, calm, always watching. But she can let loss if needs, she was grown up and raised to mask her emotions, let people see what they want. She's good at acting if she needs.
Bio: Mariya doesn't speak much about her past, or about the current present. Heck she doesn't even talk about where she disappears too when ever no one can find her. Bu of course, she will tell you few things, or if you catch her [like watch her] you'll find some things unique. Like for one she grew up in these tunnels. Born and raised in the tunnels. She knows a lot of the people down in the tunnels, and is always the first one to be watching someone new. She has some trust issues when it comes to the new people. Because she is a Huntress she took it upon herself to protect the clan as much as possible. Even if it is a segregated world down bellow. Much of the tunnels had collapsed, so there was few ways in and out. She's normally seen leaving the tunnels, or wandering them when on patrol. There's always guards at the tunnel, so it should be relevantly safe, or so people think. She has come upon enemy soldiers a couple times, though no one in the royal ranks will tell anyone else. Of course the royal ranks are made up of few now since the great death a few years ago. There's only 4 seated in the royal court, and then there's the Princess. Or what everyone called her. She came from the family that found the tunnels, and the family that started building. Because of them everything down here was possible, and since she was so kind, she took the role of Royal Princess, to help keep things running. That's another thing Mariya gets, she will gladly protect the royals, as long as they help the people. She grew up with this sense. Even after the princess disappeared years ago, she still protected them, and did everything she could when off duty to find the princess. Even with a silent war happening on the other side of the walls.
