I'm happy to do custom pieces of artwork - portraits, fan art, OC commissions, general illustration, etc. I am also willing to do forum graphics such as avatars, signatures, and banners. (I will also do general Photoshop work, if that's all you need done.)

These are paid commissions (so you don't have to credit me for the graphic) and prices are very reasonable - I'll be happy to put together a customized quote for you, if you let me know what you're looking to have done.

I work through Paypal only -- for larger jobs I take half the total price up front, the other half upon completion. (As protection for both myself and for my client.) Final files will either be sent through email or be placed on my server for download at my client's leisure.

It would depend on what you were looking to have done.. Anywhere from 1 week to 3 weeks, generally. (Which, at this point, would leave you with plenty of time to get the piece printed, no matter what it is.)
