【Canon Jutsu】
Basic Academy Techniques minus Kawarimi no Jutsu and Shunshin no Jutsu.
Description: Tsu’s signature technique. Tensō allows her to warp the edges of space, or space itself within areas marked by seals. She is able to twist the edges of space, causing the space marked by the seals to essentially “not exist” as the space in between has been folded, or, she is able to blur a 3D shape with another shape exactly like it, allowing objects in one to be transferred to the other and vice versa. She is also able to blur 2D shapes in this fashion, essentially creating portals between places. The technique, being her variant of the Chigoku Inkan, cannot be copied and is ingrained into her very being. For all practical purposes, she is surrounded by a cuboid for this technique at all times. This seal is tattooed all over her body, except for her face and the back of her neck.
Weakness: While this technique has many, many applications it is unable to cause harm to people. Tsu cannot use this technique to directly cause harm to a person by, for example, blurring the space between one segment of their arm and another to remove it. In addition, while it is extremely useful, it has quite a noticeable strain on Tsu, and she is able to use it only 5 times every five minutes before requiring a five minute break. The chakra cost is relatively low thanks to it being a variant of her bloodline and something intrinsic to her being, but the cost adds up over time.

Description: A complex seal that must be tattooed onto the back of the neck. The Kioku no Inkan allows any number of people with the seal to connect their memories and thoughts, enabling permanent long-distance telepathy and the sharing of memories and thus experiences. By branding people with this seal, Tsu is able to remain in mental contact with the people she relies on, and is able to aid them with her knowledge.

Jutsu Name: Kyōsei Keiyaku Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Forced Contract Summoning Technique) Jutsu Type: Supplementary Jutsu Rank: C Nature Type: N/A Description: The Kyōsei Keiyaku Kuchiyose no Jutsu is a seal that does not have a specific location or contract with a being, but is essentially a summoning jutsu. Thusly, if the user acquires the blood of a victim they may summon the victim to them or they may reverse-summon themselves to the victim. This costs no more than a normal summoning jutsu and can be used anywhere, at any time. This technique is unique in that it may also form one-sided contracts with objects given they have chakra/are chakra infused, and that chakra is imbued into a seal. Does not require handsigns if the user is summoning themselves to an inanimate object. Weakness: Requires the blood or chakra infused object of the victim/object. Cannot summon a person/object if objects are in the way.

Description: A seal that can accept any amount of chakra (does not steal - only accepts). It is then able to mould it into any form of elemental chakra, but only in the presence of somebody who is able to mould that chakra naturally. Tsu is able to store these seals on objects or people. She is also able to transfer her chakra to these seals from a very large distance [approximately a mile], or from these seals to herself.
Weakness: Moulding requires an appropriate chakra nature.

Description: A simple seal that is connected to the user’s bloodstream. Activation of the seal allows for enough blood for a summoning to be performed without causing a break in the skin. Is activated at will rather than by touch.

Jutsu Name: Zekka no Jutsu [Slip of the Tongue] Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Jutsu Rank: C Nature Type: N/A
Description: Tsu is able to disrupt techniques by performing two special handsigns, then the handsigns of the technique she wishes to disrupt reversed, then two more special handsigns. She must have some form of connection to her opponent, be it a seal or through a conduit capable of passing chakra, and can only disrupt techniques she knows the handsigns for. Whenever a technique is disrupted in this fashion, the victim has a very brief mental lapse that can cause their force of will to diminish temporarily.
Weakness: Requires a conduit for the chakra, and Tsu must know the handsigns of the technique she is disrupting.

Description: The Chigoku Inkan allows the user to, in simple terms, exert such influence over sealing techniques that by thinking of a kanji they can inscribe it in the air and exert the Verbatim meaning of the kanji onto someone. This ability extends to many applications and regions, while also giving the user an innate knowledge of Fuuinjutsu and techniques that relate to seals or writing of any form - such as Summoning Jutsu. Thusly users of the bloodline have created a new technique known as the “Tonsu Kuchiyose no Jutsu” (explained in jutsu) and have been known to alter other techniques. The primary ability is, however, as aforementioned the ability to exert such prowess with seals that they can scribe a kanji mentally and inflict the kanji’s Verbatim translation onto someone. This can be elemental techniques, manipulative techniques, medical techniques - anything that the user can translate down to words they can inflict upon an opponent. However, the power of the kanji is only as powerful as the chakra used to create it and the meaning of the word E.G. - Using the word ‘Fire’ is a dilute meaning as it can encompass anything - however, Inferno, Scorch, Blaze, et cetera are more specific and can produce more powerful effects, but do cost more chakra. The longer the word, or even a chain of words is/are, the more influence the user has but they cost more chakra to use.
The main trait of those blessed by Jikankizami blood, aside from this ability, is that they are “outside time”. Any technique that would stop or alter the flow of time does not apply to those with Jikankizami blood.
Weakness: Tsu is unable to use this bloodline to harm, in any way. She is forbidden from doing so by seals tattooed on her body.
