    • Fearmonger Serum - A home-brewed dark green chemical that is the source of Legion's primary power. Can be injected, consumed in pill-form, or inhaled as a vapor.
      • Upon activating, the chemical reacts with Brian's body to produce a fear pheromone released through his pores. When someone besides Brian, who is immune because of long-term use and thus has a tolerance for the chemical, is introduced to Fearmonger, profuse sweating, high levels of paranoia, and increased heart-rate are just a few of the immediate effects. In situations where more long-term exposure, say over the course of a few minutes, or larger immediate doses, if Fearmonger is injected or consumed by another, intense hallucinations and shock will occur, possibly even leading to death by heart attack. Fearmonger manipulates the brain and plays upon the victims inner-most fears. The effects of Fearmonger will last anywhere from a half-hour to an hour after exposure has stopped.

    • Warlord Serum - More or less a crude form of a super soldier serum. Warlord is a steroid-esque chemical compound that serves to increase physical capability at the risk of mental degeneration over long-term use. The effects of Warlord last for several hours at a time and can compound exponetially when used in larger doses; however, an overdoes can lead to uncontrolable fits of rage, vivid hallucinations, and decreased motor capability.
      • Increased Endurance - Brian can run longer, fight harder, and take more of a beating due to his chemical assistance. A shot of Warlord can give Brian a second wind... Or a fifteenth.
      • Increased Strength - When he is juiced up, Brian is capable of lifting, throwing, and breaking things many times his size. Though he won't be moving mountains, on a big enough dose, small cars are fair game.
      • Increased Agility - Already something of a quick guy, the Warlord Serum only furthers Brian's muscle reactions and hand-to-eye coordination.
      • Increased Senses - All five senses are increased. Put simply, life is given a new edge when on Warlord. Everything is crisp, clear, and clean.

    • Hand-to-Hand Combat - Though not superhuman ability per se, Brian has trained in several martial arts styles and is proficient enough to severely harm even a seemingly formidable foe.


    Appearance

    With a relatively unintimidating build, Brian seems your average skinny white guy; handsome in his own right, even 'athletic' to a certain degree, but not the alpha-male, abs-chiseled-by-the-gods type you would expect to be super powered. Light haired, fair skinned, and bright eyed, Brian is of north-European descent, presumably Scandinavian by his name. In a somewhat underwhelming way, the young man is so average that he blends right in to everyone else. He has no large scars or markings, making his biggest 'outstanding feature' his absolute lack of outstanding features.

    Eye Color: Hazel
    Physical Description: Average height and weight, Brian has a certain amount of lean muscle and smooth, soft features that create the sort of appearance of your average 'nice guy'.
    Manner of Dress: First and foremost, hoodies. Lots of hoodies. Comfortable, casual attire in plain, non-brilliant colors are often the aim of his dress. Very down-to-earth; a sort of jeans'n'sneakers guy, Brian dresses like many bachelors his age. Brian does not normally wear particular 'nice' clothes in the sense of brand-new or name brand and, judging from his usual shoes, a pair of black and white tennis shoes in mediocre shape, he doesn't really put much thought into 'looking good'.

    Psychological Footprint

    Innate Personality: When it comes to Brian Norvich, there are a only a few ways to describe him when he is entirely alone. A worried and stressed being, this borderline paranoia is only stayed by constant busy-body work, like reading, working out, or brewing chemical concoctions. An entirely introverted character, it almost seems habit to reflect upon himself, this generally leads to extended mental conversations and picking apart at his supposed flaws. Beyond the self-destructive thought processes and mindset, there is an incredibly passive aggressive aura to Norvich that lies just under the surface, hidden from even himself at times it seems. A sort of festering spitefulness for humanity and the ilk it produces.

    Outward Personality: Out of costume, Brian is incredibly reserved to the point of shyness. He seems almost anti-social and will often avert his eyes when talking to someone and consistently mumbles his words or trails off mid-thought. This seems to be an obvious self-esteem issue which is only made worse around (you guessed it) women. However, Brian shows a special warm spot in his heart when others are in need, often lending a hand in random situation ie. picking up dropped papers or holding doors open for someone.

    In costume, Brian, "Legion", is a different creature all-together. Vicious, unrelenting, fear-mongering, and an outright bone-chilling creature. Cold and calloused to the point where it almost seems force, and, above all else, calculating. Legion is a machine designed to churn out as much cruelty to those 'deserving of it' as possible. Often, Brian is belligerent in this 'form', where as he would never swear when in his alternate persona and seems to enjoy degrading and tearing down anyone within earshot.

    Favorite Thing: Day dreaming, Brian enjoys letting his mind wonder which often leads to internal conversation, and reading up on topics like chemistry, physics, and history.

    Theme Song: Run Away - Hail the Villain

    Occupation: Apprenticeship at UChem, a regional chemical-engineering company.

    Hobbies: Brian often works out to maintain his conditioning, but, above all else, is his tinkering of chemicals. He also doodles occasionally, especially during the first mentioned hobby, the scenes drawn are usually somewhat macabre and truly display some of his darker inner demons.

    Bad Habits: Brian tends to stare at people and scowls quite a bit inadvertently. He also mumbles frequently when 'out of character'.

    History

    Background: Born in New York City, Brian Norvich, along with his mother, lived in constant fear of his father. A loving and caring man when sober... Who was not often sober. Though Brian was seldom physically abused, it was only because his mother took the brunt of it. A young Brian Alex took up the hobby of retreating into his mind or to the nearest pencil and paper to release his emotion into art form. After a time, a friend began appearing when Brian's father would go into a drunken rage. Forged by his fear, anger, and maybe even a mental instability, Legion, Brian's imaginary friend, would be his rock and keep Brian's attention from went on outside of his room.

    Time went on, but, unlike most imaginary friends, Legion did not fade... Instead, he became closer, more real, and more violent. Until one day, Brian's father, hammered from a long night of cheap booze, was nearly beat to death in the alley next to the house. Brian's mother did not know and Dad didn't remember a thing the next morning. Legion had officially moved in as a part of Brian, somewhere in the back of his mind. Time went on, and Brian's father eventually kicked the drinking habit after the death of his wife in a car accident; however, the damage had already been down to a now teenage Brian. He moved out when he was seventeen after receiving an offer from UChem for an apprenticeship, Brian being near genius in the way of chemistry and physical science as a whole. Up until recently, everything was relatively normal; however, something has gone horribly awry in the realm of Brian's mind and a friend from the past is beginning to make reappearances.

    Miscellaneous: Brian's goal in life is literally to have everyone in fear. Simply, he bears no ill-will to the masses, but feels a need to have people afraid of him. Those that would promote the facade of safety, well-being, and peace, heroes, are his enemy. Those that would try to rule over the people or create chaos, villains, are his rivals.

    Superhuman Ability: ELEMENTAL AEGIS. Grey has the power to conduct various form of energy through himself based on the six elements of Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Light, and Darkness. He is able to 'cloak' himself in this energy and expel it in the forms of energy blasts. he can also use it to augment his equipment. This can include things like wind, electricity, fire, ice, Darkmatter, plasma, and anyhting he can think of. if the power has one weakness, it is the short range. due to not having control of most of the energy when it leaves his body, energy is usually expelled in shotgun-like blasts. the power can also cause exhaustion in the wielder if used too much, but he can fight for a long time if he doesn't use too many blasts.

    Appearance

    Hair Color: Black
    Eye Color: Violet
    Physical Description: Grey is a man. A big man. While not bulky or anything, he is well muscled, though more of the everyman variety rather than the model variety. He keeps his hair short, as he does not need to comb it much that way. his most notable features, the one everyone notices that is, are his eyes, or rather, eye. He lost his right eye... somehow (he does NOT like to talk about it), so he covers the hole with an eye-patch like most people would. His face has several large scars on the right side of the slash variety. He has what appear like tatoo's running from around his right arm up to the right side of his face, in a geometric line pattern.
    Manner of Dress: Grey's casual wear consists of fairly dark clothing, but never black, with the exception of the eyepatch. He is quite fond of jackets (not leather), and he tends to wear shoes of a heavier variety. His outfit while he "Beats down chumps" consists of a suit of freaking armor. It is of the plate variety, far too heavy for any normal person to wear. The armor is dark gray with various purple bits.
    Psychological Footprint

    Innate Personality: Grey is, at his core, a protector. He strives to do whatever he can to protect those he believes weaker than himself. He is also vengeful, doing everything he can to hunt down and destroy those he believes has done wrong. Example: Mugger steals purse from woman, and gets away. two days later, the woman has her purse and the Mugger is missing an arm. Grey is a fairly caring individual, but also a bloodthirsty one. While he is violent and impulsive, he is unquestionably good at heart, and would not hesitate to lay down his life for another.
    Outward Personality: Aggravating, sarcastic, and angry. these are the traits people tend to see if they end up on his bad side. expect snarling fury if he finds them to deserve death, for whatever reason. to people he likes, he is still gruff and irritating, but less so. has a habit of mocking foes when not enraged
    Favorite Thing: His Axe is his favorite object in the entire world.

    Occupation: None. Lives on inheritance, but not in comfort. He is a skilled blacksmith and jeweler, however.

    Bad Habits: Extraordinarily vengeful, flies into blind furies, quick to anger, and when enraged he is very indiscriminate, often attacking allies if they push the wrong buttons.

    History

    Background: Grey once belonged to a fairly wealthy family, and came from a long line of superpowered individuals. These were not heroes however, and used their powers for nothing but their own gain. his mother however, had ended that tradition when his father died, choosing instead to hide and appear as normal as possible. For years the two of them lived alone in a fairly out of the way manor on the edge of town, not really paying attention to the rest of the city. until one day when Grey returned from school and found the front doors blown down. he ran in and he found many of the paintings and various other decorations gone. at which point he heard several gunshots coming from the other room. when he ran in, he found three well armed thieves with large bags of loot, one of whom had just executed his mother.

    Seeing this threw him into a rage he had never known. And without a second thought, he leapt to the mantlepiece, above which the family Axe was mounted. he then leapt to the first goon and beheaded him on the spot. His powers, unfortunately, decided to activate for the first time, and he burst into flame. It did not take much effort to incinerate the other goon. The last remaining Thief decided to open fire at that point. he thought he had downed the flaming maniac when he saw four rounds graze his face, and the final one go directly through his eye, but he was far from correct, and Grey ripped him to shreds. It took a long time for his rage to abate, and he woke up surrounded by the remains of his home, with his mothers corpse nearby, somehow untouched by the flames. Grey went on the warpath after that day, killing criminals left and right, until he vanished. and he was never seen again. that was 15 years ago, and there have been several reports of an axe wielding armored fugitive about...

    Past Relations: None. has lived in hiding for years.

    Miscellaneous: Bears an Axe and a Shield as his equipment. Grey is physically very strong, and posesses exceptional endurance, including bones that are exceptionally difficult to break.

    Superhuman Ability: Sound wave manipulation. Percy can adjust the wavelengths of any sound he can detect, allowing him to shift the frequency, amplitude, pitch, and wavelength of the sound. Such a power would allow him to scale the sound of a pin drop to the intensity of a firearm discharging or make an explosion completely silent. Along with this he can shift the frequency to match certain other frequencies he hears, allowing him to shatter resonant materials with the power of sound. It will also give him the ability to mimic any sound he can recall, like peoples voices, gunshots, animals, and even instruments. His amplitude is limited from complete silence to jet engine proportions and can be sustained as long as Percy can hear it and imagine it. As a side effect of his abilities, he has gained perfect pitch (the normal human talent to be able to identify sounds at different pitches) and his hearing range is slightly outside the human capability (8 Hz to 40 kHz), meaning that he can even manipulate sound waves outside the human range of hearing. He is not immune to his own power, however, and extremely loud or high pitched sounds that cause pain and annoy will also harm him.

    Physical Description: Percy Williams is a tall, decently built young man, being of an average size for his height. He's a leaning a little on the thinner side but he is by no means gaunt and even exercises regularly. He has pointed eyebrows and a thin, wispy mustache kept neatly trimmed. The rest of his face is always clean shaven and his hair is kept in a well maintained, short jheri curl style of twisting lockes. His face is soft and kind, the sort of face that speaks of habitual smiling. He has no tattoos or piercings to speak of, or any scars for that matter, but does have a splotchy birthmark on his left forearm, and his skin is a dark shade.
    Manner of Dress: Percy happens to be a classier gentleman, and if it doesn't have a collar it's not for him. He dresses up in nice polos or buttoned up shirts with clean, ritzy dark jeans or some nice slacks. His outfits are always coordinated and he always looks trendy, being in possession of some nicer leather shoes or the latest Adidas if he's feeling sporty.

    Psychological Footprint

    Innate Personality: Percy's generally a kind and considerate young man, even overly so. When he tells someone he's sorry for their loss or he knows how they feel, he's speaking from the heart. He can be a bit old fashioned for his age, but that's only because he firmly believes that his own generation is a bunch of slack-jawed sheep. He's extremely laid back and optimistic, and even with his status he believes that he's on the same playing field as everyone else, be they rich or poor, powerful or weak, mutant or no. Percy is just a tad obsessive-compulsive and radically clean, but nothing to stand out too far.
    Outward Personality: He reflects his kind personality around others as well, being the young man that everyone wants to hang out with and the guy that can put a smile on your face in your darkest days. The kind of guy that will run for blocks and miss his bus to give you back the wallet you dropped. He's courteous to the point of formal around strangers, but relaxes to simply polite around people he's known for any amount of time. He can be a little bit of a prankster and a joker, which you'd never expect from him, but it's all in good fun. He doesn't let his fame get to his head and even answers all of his fan mail personally, albeit slowly.
    Favorite Thing: Music. The style doesn't matter as long as it has some interesting harmonies.

    Bad Habits: Asking Percy to tone down his behavior is like asking a bull not to charge: it's a part of who he is and he can seem out of place in certain settings. While he's not dumb, he's a little gullible because of his trusting nature. He tends to constantly tap things absentmindedly along with read too deeply into things. Although humble, he has the nasty habit of throwing around his wealth and spending like it's going out of style.

    Background: Percy Williams has a very successful and happy life, starting from the very beginning. He was born into an upper-middle class family in Cleveland, Ohio, his mother being a child psychologist and his father managing a car dealership. He had a sheltered upbringing in which his parents kindness and generosity upon his being, teaching him creativity, good morals, and to constantly challenge himself. He hadn't witnessed a television firsthand until he entered primary school. When he did he was instantly well liked for his natural charisma and funny jokes. Overtime he became the most popular kid in school and the one everyone liked, talking down bullies and making friends with everyone. He didn't go through trends and phases, he set them. It was discovered from an early age that he had a "gift", that gift being his mutant ability over sound as he would constantly play with his voice and mimic other sounds, discovering he could do so to sounds not made from his own mouth in middle school. He was the sub-in pitcher for his local baseball team both in middle school and high school and was on the debate team, student council, and in the band and choir. Percy graduated in the top 10% of his class and earned a free ride to Ohio State with a scholarship.

    He was just as popular in college as he was everywhere else in life he'd been and met his fiance-to-be Karyn Brisbee in his Algebra 101. Maintaining a GPA of 3.7 throughout his first year, Percy was on his way to his Bachelor's in History he'd been seeking. At the end of his first year, he began to experiment more in music and discovered that he could pick up different instruments fairly quickly, even without his abilities. Originally being drum line in high school, he decided to go the route of the guitar and taught himself acoustic spanning into electric over the course of half a year. In his second year he was still seeing Karyn regularly and also was able to join up with some friends of his to form a band called "Rubber Resolve" that played mostly grunge. Percy was easily the best member of the group, leagues above the others, and it caused a rift between him and their lead singer who firmly believed it was his responsibility to lead the band and not Percy. Percy had no such notions that his associate was accusing him of and it caused problems leading to Percy's resignation. He kept in touch with his friends, but ended up falling out of contact with the lead singer. Upon graduation he took up a minor job as a car salesman for his father and moved in with his girlfriend of now 2 years.

    Percy was able to land a spot on Star Search when their talent search rolled through town, and he instantly became the favorite. Even though he lost to some Taylor Swift wannabe that never hit platinum afterwards (Percy suspected that the voting was rigged. It was), he left with many opportunities and offers for record deals. He decided to sign with Yeti Records and they hooked him up with some talent. Although they wanted to make him lead singer (a position he could have easily filled) he chose lead guitar instead with minor vocal solos, which confused the hell out his producers. He had made good friends with his bandmates (as he does with everyone) and they worked furiously on their first album. It had everything in it: a little bit of synth, some upbeat rock kicks, a sad ballad, a couple pumping jams, and some relaxing tunes. They never bled too far into one genre for their first outing, but one thing that remained constant was their composure and the guitarist's playing style. Percy could make the strings dance under his fingertips and the guitar did everything it was told. "Throw Gold", the name of their first album and band was an instant hit, skyrocketing them to fame. Unlike most, when Percy hit celebrity status he took his girlfriend with him, and proposed to her onstage in the middle of their Buffalo, New York venue on their first tour. She accepted with tearful eyes. Over the course of 2 years they've released 2 more albums that were also well received, sticking closely to their upbeat brand of 80's/2000's style fusion rock and touching songs while dabbling a bit here and there. His fiance became his wife in August of 2011.

    Past Relations: Percy Williams, while quite famous, is not active in nor keeps up with the mutant community. He is, however, fairly well-known.

    Miscellaneous: Percy Williams can play guitar (electric, acoustic, and bass in several different styles), drums, piano/keyboard, harp, and the synthesizer. He secretly has an intense fear of heights. Even being a mutant himself, he's rather ambivalent on the whole mutant issue, believing everyone should live and let live.

    [B]Superhuman Ability: Illusionist: Alexander has the ability to create and manipulate illusions of many kinds, to discombobulate, harm, comfort, and alter an enemy or ally's perception of reality; from changing his own appearance to the appearance of a random person, or the current environment. However his illusions can be blocked by those with a hardened will or resistance.
    Appearance

    Physical Description: Alexander is tall, lean man with a rather pale complexion. His hair is slightly messy but he is clean shaven and looks rather kempt and clean. He is not very muscular, but gives off an air of intellect and charisma.
    Manner of Dress: For casual wear, Alexander wears a simple dress shirt with pants and shoes. Whenever he is out performing heroics he dons a dark gray suit with a white dress shirt and black tie with matching dress shoes and gloves. Over this he wears a black, knee length pea coat with a dark gray scarf tucked into the collar. His most astonishing feature is a mechanical mask lined with different lights and ventilators. The mask serves as a rebreather, communicator, provides night and thermal vision, and makes Alexander immune to his own illusions while he wears it.

    Psychological Footprint

    Innate Personality: Innately; Alexander has a conflicted personality; he changed his surname to distance himself from his brother's rise into crime and evil, but yet feels the need to assist his brother in some manner. This makes him incredibly conflicted when it comes to choosing sides between what's right and helping his brother.
    Outward Personality: On the outside, Alexander is a calm, cool individual who makes sure to think out every move before making it. He is intelligent and well-read, possessing knowledge both in charisma and intellect, being able to talk things through with people before turning on the offensive. He is courteous and friendly to people, but rarely speaks unless spoken to and is a loner. He distastes of evil, greedy, or selfish acts and tries to subtly stop them.

    Bad Habits: Alexander's powers of illusion have made him almost empty. As such he will only identify himself as Alexander, though answering to Alexander he believes he has no one person. Simply his current illusion at the time. The mask is his face.

    Background: Alexander Kane was born to a family consisting of his parents and an older brother. Due to a rare genetic mutation, Alexander was granted a higher mentality, much of his brain was unlocked for potential, giving him the ability to create illusions. He grew up very quiet and reserved, his only companion being his older brother, Cedric. However after the tragic death of Cedric's daughter the two had a falling out, remaining out of contact, though Alexander has been keeping up with his brother's history. Changing his last name he took a job as a psychologist, hoping to help people.

    Past Relations: Cedric Kane, AKA, Frostbite; older brother, Hope Thomas, AKA, Wisp; former patient.

    Miscellaneous: When performing heroics, Alexander keeps a single Colt M1911 pistol with him for protection, along with dual retractable daggers hidden in his sleeves that activate with a flick of his wrist. He is also trained in self defense and minor CQC. His mask alters his voice to make it deeper and slightly mechanical. Along with his hidden blades, Alexander keeps a variety of Balisong, switchblades, and throwing knives on his person and around his office, being a talented knife thrower.

    Superhuman Ability:
    Heat and Entropy Manipulation: her powers are somewhat a direct violation against the laws of thermodynamics. Through mind power Cathy is able to reverse the process of destruction-reforming broken windows, healing wounded tissue, or even freezing back melted ice. It also gives her slight control over an objects general temperature through reducing the overall momentum of the particles it consists off.

    Although knowing of the power for quite a while and probably figured out much of its nature, she had barely gained any control over the uses of it and is mostly only capable to utilize the effects unconsciously, which is often triggered by certain emotions. It normally subtlely manifests itself through seemingly slowing down the progress of naturally-occurring events, and in more obvious cases, reverting them in an apparently unnatural fashion.     A lean figure, with an obviously unhealthy sloped stance and a mop of white on top that tells everyone that she doesn't care about looks. Her hair is always unkept or randomly tied up into a bun or something, and despite the consistent nagging of the more perfection-oriented individuals, remains long because she cares too little to actually decide to cut it. One might wonder how she gets to remain so thin while never really moving that much, but most ignore the fact that she's ususally lazy enough to skip entire meals if she's not hungry. Pretty balanced facial features that wear a neutral expression or slight narrow-eyed smile at most times.

    Manner of Dress:
    Wears whatever. She considers it a feat for her to be able to slide her feet into shoes that match in colour, and it is common knowledge that she pretty much just throws on whatever is on the topmost layer of the pile of washed clothes. To compensate for that, however, her entire wardrobe is all white and shades of grey, where clashing colours is never a concern. She typically wears loose clothing
    The exaggerated, permanent circles of eyeliner is her excuse to claim that she already wears makeup (or perhaps part of it is caused by her drowsiness. it's impossible to tell).

    Innate Personality:
    Cathy is, at her core, virtually a personification of the concept of laziness. She refuses to do anything overly energy-consuming, and will go to great extents to assure she could maintain in that state of non-doingness.

    People who know her generally have a consensus that she is always either sleeping, just in the process of falling asleep, or wandering somewhere in the grey zone between being sober and unconsciousness...and whilst all that, manages to always appear tired. How that is possible no one really knows.

    Shy to some extent, a total loss at social interaction. Few know that she is actually incredibly intelligent in the sense of being some sort of a born mathematical genius, and has a rather impressive vocabulary. Doesn't help if you don't really talk and fall asleep halfway through tests, though. Besides, there's way too much silliness in her that you'd expect from someone with precise calculations hard-wired into her brain.

    Outward Personality:
    Being around people is one of the few things that get her a little anxious. Thus, if she could get away with interracting as little as possible, she will. Her few-word answers in conversations might let her come across as slightly rude to some people, even though she generally doesn't take the time to put effort into insulting people (because looking for the correct fight words is a labour). She's mostly friendly towards most individuals, but may get very irritated if constantly annoyed, at which point she'll most likely simply walk away. She is said to be very nice in those extremely rare lapses when she's fully awake.

    It is also worth noting that despite her book-smartness, she is a total failure when it comes to socializing, her lack of common knowledge making her appear naive or even dumb at times. Generally, however, people categorize her as having an approachable personality ("tolerable" might be a better term here, since she does nothing good to others although she does no harm either. On the other hand, anything you do or say to her she'll get along with as long as it is relatively harmless).

In order to use his ability on a large scale (earthquakes, tremors, Sinkholes etc.) he must meditate in order to allow himself to connect with the area he wishes to affect. He does not need to concentrate for less larger areas, though he cannot create Earthquakes at will as these take time and a lot of energy to cause.     Background:

    Fletcher lived a rather ordinary life, went to school excelled in his lessons and passed his GCSE’s with flying colours. Than his mother died, a Brain Tumour the doctors were baffled as to how such a thing happened overnight without anyone noticing something. She just went to sleep and never woke up. This all happened when he was 16. Fletcher mourned and got on with his life, his Father didn’t. He became a raging alcoholic and when Fletcher finished university his father died from Alcohol poisoning. Fletcher was distraught but not surprised, orphaned Fletcher left England to look for a good job. He decided to work as a journalist instantly found his calling. Landing 7 good stories he managed to earn enough money to buy a small apartment. After 21 amazing stories that all landed him a nice bag of cash Fletcher turned his eye to Photography. Instantly he took to it, and spent a year of his life using his camera to help him gather evidence for his stories. Of course he went down a dark road of using blackmail to get what he wanted, but that is all in the past(and will never be Repeated).

    Fletcher discovered his power when he 25 years old, it happened when he was trying to gather some information on a person who he was tailing, to cut a long story short the person didn’t appreciate being followed and knew a lot of bad people. Calling his friends up they proceeded to chase Fletcher with a number of weapons. Fletcher not being one to back down went on the offensive but was instantly taken down. In defence he curled into a ball, the ground became sand around him and the people who were about to hit him slowly sank up their shoulder into the ground. Looking around at what he had done he smiled. He thought of himself as Superman: Journalist by day and Hero by night. Now he’s working on a big story that he hopes will provide him with some answers...

    AEtherkinesis-the ability to wrap/bend/fold the fabric of space around himself in a specific way to allow instantaneous travel across great distances that is unaffected by obstacles, or to move nearby objects. Unlike most mutants, his powers did not evolve until he was in his late 20s and didn't fully show until another few years later. However, he made up for the time gap through excessive self-training and pretty much holds complete mastery over it, making it part of his default set of locomotive methods (which means he can activate it almost as naturally as one could start walking), although occsional mistakes or accidents are still present. The effectiveness of this power greatly decreases with range, which is why while teleporting other objects isn't impossible, he generally never uses the power on anything but himself.

    He refuses to use it unless necessary for he consideres it as some sort of a sacred gift from the heavens (refer to History section). Thus, you will not see him teleporting onto the top of the Giza Pyramids, or into a coffee shop to get a drink. He also insists on chasing and tracking down his 'targets' on foot and only uses the power in combat or for self-protection purposes.

    He pretty much looks like he just randomly wrapped himself in pieces of cloth that are all too stained, faded or torn to tell the colour or shape of what it used to be. Attached to that is a large amount to random string and shards of objects that cling as he walks around. Over all that he wears a brown trech coat-probably the only thing that you would really call clothing in his entire outfit. He ties a machete somewhere onto the insides of it, and also keeps a number of throwing knives. He smells of sweat, blood and sewage.

    Psychological Footprint

    Innate Personality:
    It's pretty much impossible to tell what is the core of the personality of a paranoid anti-social psychopath that considers himself a messenger that works for a higher good. Johann is almost at the far Chaotic Evil end of the alignment chart, though he seems to always have those perfectly justified yet twisted reasons for every crime he commits. Seems to have a rather bent idea of good and bad, and will go to great lengths to protect what he considers justice (which, may I add, is pretty much everything law enforcement thinks isn't).

    Outward Personality:
    Pretty much what the rumours tell of: that crazy, reckless berserker that you wish you'll never run into. He's actually kind of neutral to humans, although he generally avoids contact anyways because he doesn't want too much ties. If you're a mutant, there's a 50-50 chance he'll try to put a knife into you the first time you meet him. Luckily, though, he isn't all that sensitive to subtle mutant traits so you're basically safe if you don't show your powers (unless, of course, you look like a breathing chunk of organic rock in a hooded jacket).

    History

    Background:
    Not much is known about his childhood since he claims to have lost his memory through an incident in his early years that he refuses to talk about. He has a strict religeous background, however, that somehow even managed to remained in him after whatever removed the rest of his memory. Fractions of it, but it was all he could live according to.

    Since then he has been living the life of something little more than a street rat, picking up leftover food and materials to sustain life: In the daylight, he lurked around household deposits to acquire food and unwanted clothing; and when night apporaches he will settle for the subway, the sewers, a corner in the park, wherever he would be able to lay down the stacks of newletters and papers he collected from the street to keep himself warm. It's actually somewhat a miracle he managed to survive until this day.

    He doesn't pointlessly live on like many other of the street people do. He thought about things. After getting used to the routines of living outside, he started to have time to recall and consider. He learnt to read, slowly, through matching words and phrases to letters on the newsletters he collects on the street-which, of course, are full of debates and arguments regarding the current society. That was when he first learnt largely about the mutants and their abilities. And in another part of his mind, echoes told him that "everything on this world God has created, and will not alter".

    So the ideas clashed, the simple harmony which he always believed the world followed collapsed. The bits and chunks of any faith he once established as a child haunted his perspective towards the mutants, comparing them to evil entities due to their 'unnatural' power. It was then the general hatred towards supers germinated, and continued to exist, growing stronger.

    Later in time, an old couple dedicated to helping the homeless invited him to reside in their home temporarily while they seek help from autorities to find him a more stable living place. He was grateful at first, but when he saw the pyrokinetic old man prepare dinner, the hatred in him was triggered. He started an argument with the residents. Hours later, he was seen out on the streets again, with blood stains covering his arms and torso, running away carrying some goods he took from the house.

    Realizing he has commited a serious crime, he fled. The instance was shortly reported and he was briefly caught before he teleported himself out and ended up outside again. Lacking the knowledge on how a mutant power develops, he considered that his 'newly gained' power a miracle, a divine gift intended to assist him to carry out his sacred duty of getting rid of the other mutants.

    Viewing his power partly as a curse, partly a burden and partly a tool, he has since then started to hunt down superpowered individuals, seeing it as his duty, what God has assigned him to do.

    Presently, he is a known criminal and is hunted by various law enforcement agencies across the world, however there is no success in capturing him yet due to his unpredictable courses of action. He might just be the strange man you see that's curling up in the corner of that alley that stares at everyone that passes by.

    -Technically, murder is when a human takes the life of another. Mutants are not (to the extremist mindset) humans, so "Thou Shalt Not Kill" doesn't apply here.
    -He hates himself. But as the bad-guy story cliche goes, "To hunt monsters, you must become one".
    -He fights in a state of a mix of blind rage and superhuman determination, in a style that relies more on physical strengh and stamina than skills. Even though he is not a master of any specific fighting style, his self-training, 'experience', and power combined makes him a pretty dangerous opponent and could last a while in any fight.
    -He is unable to use his power when he can't keep his focus. That's part of the reason he doesn't drink, and also why any sort of distraction, if successfully applied, is always rather effective. Electricity is a big weakness, for instance. He does have a rather strong will and tolerance to pain to counter that, though, but only to an extent.
    -He's also sort of an urban legend of sorts. Not really considered a threat to most people, but quite a famous name nevertheless.

    Superhuman Ability: Enhanced senses: Her hearing and smelling are as good as one of the most trained dogs in the whole world, giving her an edge when tracking her targets.
    Skills:
    Survival skills: this is pretty obvious, but I'll explain. She was trained to know most of the mainstream and a few advanced techniques to survive in the wilderness back when she lived in the labs.
    - She's a good cook
    Obedience: Given the one ordering her to do things is secure, confident and calm, she'll be excited and elated to follow the orders, as a canine instinct.
    Intense training with a few kinds of weapons: Even though sometimes she'll go feral and attempt to kill with her own claws, she has a good amount of knowledge on how to use these kinds of weapons: Handguns, long and short spears and longswords.
    Very Athletic: Due to her years of intense training, she has developed nicely and her body is perfectly toned, she's an exceptional athlete and can climb up the walls of buildings and jump long distances with little strain.

    Hair Color: A violet so deep that it almost looks like black.

    Physical Description: She is quite fit, her body is perfectly toned, with hips as wide as her shoulders. Her skin color is slightly dark- just a little bit paler than a pure blooded Indian person. Her face is delicate, having a spotless complexion. She lets her hair grow long with curls on the tips. By now her hair goes down to below her shoulder bones. She has a tattoo of a butterfly on her lower back, just above the base of her tail.
    Manner of Dress: First I'll start by describing her supersuit, which she uses when in missions and assignments: Her outfit is made of a synthetic material twice as resistant as a class III kevlar vest, giving her a very good resistance against bullets, fire and some chemicals. It is a full bodysuit, with the only part of her body unprotected being her tail, which comes out though a small hole near her lower back. The suit's black with yellow and violet highlights.

    Now, her look when not working varies quite a lot, but let me set down the two most common sorts of clothing she uses: The first being the one she loves the most, which consist of skirts, t-shirts and boots, she obviously has to cut a hole through the back of the skirts though, so her tail can be comfortable and she doesn't run the risk of it lifting the whole thing up in a moment of surprise or happiness. The second one is a... Darker one. It usually involves black clothing and metal studs. Form fitting pants, knee high boots, leather jackets and collars. It is more of a rocker/gothic look.

    She also loves to wear makeup and you'll notice her often having a lot of eyeliner.

    Psychological Footprint

    Innate Personality: She's always thinking, always reflecting on who she is and what she will become, which usually leads her to having small fits of deppression and anger. She has abandonment issues due to being taken away from her parents at an early age. Normally when making decisions, she'll go with what she believes will benefit herself the most, either by gaining contacts/friends or getting money.
    Outward Personality: To authority, she's shy and nervous when not in business mode, but to persons around the same level as her, she's kind of bold, hyper, happy, and loves to laugh.
    Favorite Thing: What she loves the most in her life is spending time with her two dogs, Kha and Jha, as she thinks of them as her only family.

    History

    Background: She was born in France, where she lived happily with her parents until the age of 4, when she was taken away from them by an organization. They did all sorts of experiments to children in their labs, and many of them died due to their brutality, but not her... That's what brought her to their attention, her resistance to the experiments. So, it took them years to get it right, but they finally managed it, to cross canine DNA with human DNA. The transformation was extremely painful to the 8 years old Katherine, making her go into a coma after hours of extreme pain, a coma that lasted half a year.

    After she woke up from the coma, she was immediately thrown into a series of training sessions and classes- She had no idea what was going on, but she could not help but obey her captors. In her free time she'd usually play with her tail or chew things.

    At the age of 16 she got tired of being captive, without anything to do, and took a chance to escape the facility after finding out who her true parents were. She took her sweet time making her way to her parents, given that she often had to hide or work for criminals to make a living meanwhile, and the day she reached their house, she could not bring herself to knock on the door.

    Years later, now 23, she has taken the name Violet Claw and designed an uniform of her own, which she uses whenever she's working for gangs, criminal masterminds, or the Law Enforcement. A mercenary without any solid drive to follow her ideals, she does whatever money tells her to do.

    Past Relations: (You have the option to work out with other RPers if you and someone else's character have had any interactions in the past. It's understandable. Not too many superhumans running around)

    Miscellaneous: She loves meat and bananas, even though she's not a monkey. She absolutely adores high socks and wearing them, but she sadly doesn't find many occassions to wear them.
