Deathbox is an illusory power affecting either a single individual or groups of people depending on the environment around Emira. When outside a particularly enclosed structure, she can only focus the power enough to affect either one or two people (who must be nearby both each other and to Emira himself). When inside an enclosed structure such as a building or vehicle, her power extends to nearly all individuals present in the specific room or area, but disappears when she exits the room. The ability is passive, and once activated affects the individual(s) whether Emira focuses on them or not, though nevertheless requires her being nearby to work. The ability does not affect other superhumans who may have powers allowing them to see/smell/hear/etc in inhuman ways, and only affects normal sensory processing of the target(s).
Deathbox's ability is to deny those afflicted any capability to distinguish "reference points" or important objects/structures/persons in their vicinity relative to another. For Emira, this means she could alone cause herself to become 'invisible' to an entire room of people, or to a single individual outside. However using 'invisible' as a definition is technically incorrect, as individuals afflicted by Deathbox can comprehend that Emira is in fact present but cannot distinguish where. If Emira affects individual(s) before they realize she is present, then afflicted humans cannot comprehend the sense they get, and pass of her presence as simply an ominous feeling, rendering her truly invisible. But this ability is not limited to Emira's presence alone. Deathbox is given its name because of the pandemonium it causes in rooms or buildings; Emira is not the only reference point one can see. Deathbox extends to other persons in the room, as well as doors, windows, clocks, struts, floors, stairs, lights, walls, paintings and decorations, animals, cameras, you name it. If one is able to say that, "It is there," then Deathbox can affect individuals ability to understand where that 'where' really is.
Individuals under these effects are rendered incapable of exiting the room or noticing any other people present, though can hear them as an all-encompassing voice with no clear direction. If the individual were to attempt to walk anywhere, they would find themselves incapable of clearly reaching a specific point, as they are unable to distinguish where their target location even is. Even noticing their limbs becomes impossible, as well as understanding where their sense of gravity or touch is coming from. All senses are affected; sight, smell, touch, hearing, and taste, and become ambiguously located senses that an individual can sense but cannot find the location of.

Physical Description: Emira is a tall, fairly attractive and endowed woman, with back-length hair and golden eyes. She is evidently Caucasian, but possesses a slightly darker more middle-eastern skin tone. Emira displays a visage of sensuality, her eyes seemingly tired or solemnly gazing, and her mouth frequently curved into a light grin. Her voice too is sensual; low and with a slight gravel to it. She is obviously well-exercised, as her body is tight and vaguely toned in her torso region, and it is conveyed in her notable strength. She possesses a small scar on her back caused by a bullet.
Manner of Dress: Emira dresses herself in rather expensive clothing; brand-name labels from expensive stores in expensive areas in expensive cities. It suffices to say, she only expects the best to cover her body, and she rarely ever comes out into public with anything less than an obviously rich get-up. This is not to say however, that she never dons anything else, as she is in fact quite laid-back at home and prefers to wear simple t-shirts and pajamas around her home. She has fairly bad sight, and wears glasses everywhere she goes, save for when sleeping in bed. Her costumed identity is dominated by a tight-fitting kevlar and leather bodysuit, black in color. Several magazine pouches are located on various parts of the bodysuit, as well as a combat-knife holder. She carries a number of weapons with her when costumed, including but not limited to handguns, combat knives, SMG's, and even explosives.
Innate Personality: At her core, Emira is sadistic, self-centered, and possibly even psychotic in some respects. She is capable of understanding others emotions and motives (the latter dangerously so), but rather chooses not to take them to heart. While she may express an outward sympathy in certain cases, she truly doesn't care and would rather both the other individual and herself remain silent; she doesn't want to express her own emotions either. Emira enjoys inflicting pain in others, especially rather gruesome or inhumane pain, and can often loose touch with reality when confronted with a cornered individual. She suffers from chronic re-runs of traumatic events during her childhood, and is often extremely angry with her own mind and lifestyle.
Outward Personality: Despite her darker internal self, Emira maintains an air of surety and peace in public, appearing as a rich and dominating woman with little trouble and too much time. She is good with etiquette and is respectful of nearly everyone regardless of their opinions or behaviors. She is slow and purposeful, carrying out her day with a sort of ennui though is nevertheless apparently satisfied with her position in life. She is extremely flirtatious with men, though has rarely ever shown an actual interest.
Favorite Thing: Dogs. Emira associates with canines on an emotional level greater than other people, though none can really identify this stark contrast.

Occupation: Emira claims her money is garnered through smart stock decisions, she is a mercenary for hire by anyone who can pay the price. Generally only large corporations come to her in need.
Hobbies: Despite her elegant air, Emira is particularly fond of listening to loud, powerful, and angry music. She can play the electric guitar, but hates the acoustic.
Bad Habits: Emira is addicted to painkillers, a long-standing relationship since her near-death experience during The War. She also smokes.
Emira Adilović was born in Vjedonia* during one of its worst ages. The country was already deep into a civil war between several ethnic factions, and few could find a truly secure or long-lasting safe-zone. Her family was on the move the day she was born, driving by car to a close family-members residence. Their prior home was too close to a known and active war-zone and they did not wish to remain their for much longer, or risk being hit by stray bullets or falling shells. They managed to stay in her father's sister's city for several years before it too was encroached upon by the war. They moved several times following, always trying to get away from the violent fighting. On more than one occasion, their vicinity was shelled by some unknown force. With so little space and such an ethnically diverse population, it was hard to tell who was attacking who, or if they even knew who was under the sights of their guns. Her father was forced to recruit and she was left alone with her mother and aunt. Her aunt's son was also conscripted, and her daughter died in a collapsed building a year ago.
The war did not seem to let up, despite the protests of several first-world countries and peace-talks. Emira and her guardians were without direction to leave considering the entire city was by then controlled under a single ethnic force. Unfortunately for her, it was not the side she belonged to. Nights resulted in periodic homicides carried out by the soldiers -an ethnic cleansing- and more and more bodies appeared in the streets. Trapped and hopeless, Emira took up a single weapon scurrying about the dead streets and hoped the bullet she unleashed would of some good use. Returning home, she found herself caught between several troops, and she hid inside the nearest building she could. The troops were obviously searching, and she knew that in time they would come upon her own position. She held her small pistol haphazardly, untrained and too small to hold effectively, but nevertheless clung to the idea that she could save herself with it.
A large hand suddenly grabbed her arm, and she was intercepted by a masked soldier. Without pause, she attempted to get away, and jerked her arm aside. The moment she screamed was the moment her power awakened. Suddenly the soldier let go of her began wandering the room aimlessly. He called out and cursed, occasionally walking into objects or tripping. By some miraculous chance, she had survived the encounter. Within a week the opposing soldiers were run out of the city by the ethnic group Emira belonged to. She was safe in a wholly-controlled city, and took to interacting with the soldiers stationed nearby. Thinking herself capable, she asked to be trained at least slightly. Her adorable nature at the time won the hearts of the troops and they gave her what knowledge and skills they could.
From there, her disappearance remains a mystery. Emira reappeared as a soldier in the War, though she obviously changed. Older, more mature, and incredibly skilled, she became a symbol of her fellow brethren; a beautiful but powerful woman, surely a mark of their ethnic superiority. The war had ended when she reached age 20, and still feeling the effects of adrenaline solidifying in her veins, she was not satisfied. Emira left her country to become a mercenary, first displaying her skills by holding a prominent CEO hostage. She did not kill him, but rather left him be; it was all for show. Known in the darkest recesses of the world's greatest corporations, she is wealthy and powerful, able to turn entire empires to nothing in the shadows.

Past Relations: Emira has met a few superhumans in her career, though doesn't associate or remember them all too well. She is unknown as a superhero (or villain for that matter) to most.

Name: Evan Umbra

Ethereal Form- Evan gains the ability to pass through matter while maintaining his body's shape. The only visual difference while he takes this form is that his body becomes very mist-like in nature and he becomes wispy. He has the ability to make objects ethereal with him.
Pseudo-Teleport- Evan dematerializes himself into mist, whilst doing this he crosses over into another realm, the "other side" as some would call it. In this realm he can travel long distances in shorter periods of time. After he reaches his destination within the other side, he simply rematerializes in said destination within our known world. This is not instant travel like teleportation, it only makes it so that the travel time takes around 1/6 its usual time. With high-levels of concentration he can bring other people along with him.
Spirit Communication- Evan can communicate with the dead, as well as see them, He often uses this ability to gain bits of information many normal people could not get.

Evan stands at a fairly average height. He is not a giant nor is he a midget. He has a slim athletic build. His hair is a dark sandy brown color. He is Caucasian and has lighter-toned skin. He always has a bright optimistic look on his face and a frown is rarely seen. He is easily seen as athletic, due to his thin yet muscular body. On his right pectoral the Japanese Kanji for "Ghost" is written in a tattoo.
Manner of Dress:
Evan's casual wear is usually very basic. He,most of the time, usually just puts on a T-shirt and wears some jeans.
A basic black hoodie with a thin black cloth covering the face. He wears black gloves and, most of the time, regular jeans.
Innate Personality: Evan himself is a thrill-seeker. His entire idea of stealing isn't just for the sake of money and power, but it is also because he craves the excitement and adrenaline of doing something illegal and dangerous. He also has a desire for money and that combined with his love of excitement fuel his career as a professional burglar. While stealing his innate more serious personality takes over. He does not speak but focuses entirely on what he is doing. If whatever he is doing ceases to give him the thrill he is looking for, he will drop it immediately.
Outward Personality: When he is not stealing or is simply just living his everyday life, the other side of his personality comes out. He is more cheerful and optimistic. Often being friendly and open to others. He is loud as well as a joker when he is like this and can be seen as a loud mouth by many other people.
The thing Evan values above all else is the rush of excitement. He lives just looking for exciting things, and eing a burglar is the thing that has given him the most excitement so far.
Occupation: He is currently a college student

Bad Habits: He has a bad habit of dropping something completely when he's bored of it.
Even as a child, Evan was a thrill-seeker. He did all sorts of things many other kids his age wouldn't even think of doing. By the age of 12 he had already done unthinkable things such as skydiving, swimming with sharks and bungee jumping. Naturally, his parents were concerned for their son's adrenaline greedy nature. They began to slowly tone down the things he usually did, until eventually his usual activities were the same as other kids. He did boring things like violin lessons and played boring sports like golf. Evan knew that he had to put up with it, at least until he was able to move out and go to college. So Evan's goal became making it into college. He studied hard and constantly concentrated, even with his short attention span. All this work eventually manifested his innate personality, a focused and calm personality, yet still extreme. When the time came for him to move out, he left home without a second though and barely said goodbye to his parents. On his long road-trip to his college, he got caught in some bad stormy weather in a mountainous area. Naturally, the danger of being on a small thin road in an extremely hazardous storm was exciting for Evan, this caused him to not drive cautiously and he subsequently went off the side of the road and down the side of the mountain. When he woke up, he was at the bottom of the side of the highway and was inside a dense forest. The Japanese kanji for ghost had been written on his chest. His car was completely wrecked yet he was unscathed. He walked through the forest in the pouring rain for hours when he found shelter. An abandoned chapel surrounded by graves. He went into the chapel and slept in one of the pews, he woke up a couple minutes later and was greeted by a wispy bloody face. With a manly scream he jumped up and fell off the pew. When he looked up he saw what the bloody face was, it was a mangled girl with a slashed throat. Her body and face was wispy and whenever she moved smoke-like fumes came off of her. Evan was shocked by her appearance and instantly concluded that it was an illusion and that he had hit his head when he crashed. What he didn't realize that there were plenty more wispy people floating around in the chapel. Evan left the chapel immediately and continued to walk. He finally came back out into a small town and was able to call for help. He resumed his trip but this time things were different, he could see ghosts. It wasn't until later that he discovered the rest of his abilities.
Past Relations: He has heard of mutants in the past and is familiar with the topic, although, he is unsure whether his power is caused by a mutation or not.

Manner of Dress:
Irene wears a brown cap or sometimes a baseball cap if she wants to. For Business, She wears a faded blue jean jacket and pants combo with black and blue sneakers that have black laces. A dark grey shirt with a image of a heart ripped in half and stretched apart, only connected with small stitches. The pants and jeans seem to have rips and tears, whether they are on purpose or because of the fashion, it remains unknown. She also wears a black belt with a gold buckle.
For Causal Business, Irene wears a light grey jacket with a black turtle neck shirt and light grey pants. Her left arm have three golden forearms bracelets.Her hair is in a ponytail with black shades. Her footwear, would be boots.
Innate Personality: Irene feels like an outsider looking in when she is around others. She wants to be special and believes she of all people deserves it and should be treated that way all the time. A perfectionist at heart, to her if anyone were to listen and followed her rules the world would be running much more smoothly. This doesn't imply that she is incapable of listening to someone else, its just she has to deem them worthy, which is no easy task. Now if she finds someone she deems worthy and they aren't reaching the potential that they should be, she would hound them to no ends. Only the strong survive and those weaker should bow before their betters is. Relentless at achieving goals, an obsession that borderlines with insanity when it comes to possessions, and not a stranger when it comes to violent methods, Irene is a dangerous person.
She is very polite and formal with how she addresses others, but can easily turn into someone crude and careless very quickly. She treats those she believes inferior like bugs only when she drops the polite act. Now whether she is acting polite or when she being crude, her words can be very psycho and unstable if she isn't careful. She can freely kill anyone whether she is feeling happy or angry like its a natural thing. It won't bother her if she covered in blood or surrounded by fire.

Irene started off normal, it just her original abilities when they came in and she discovered she was a mutant warped her. It wasn't like she was treated like trash, its more she treated others like trash, because she believed she was superior. It when she was mugged for the very first time that she had felt helpless and rescued by the "C class" Joseph Magnus. That event had her smitten with Joe, even through she found how he misspells his name a little annoying. Since she belonged to the same university as him and started the same time as him, it was easy for her to arrange her class schedule to spent more time with Joe. The more time, they spent together the more Joe opened up to her, which turned out to be a mistake. Finding out that Magnus was a S class mutant, Irene hounded him for days and days, breaking into his old apartment, that locker he had, etc.
She up the ante by making explosions and planting them in certain places to force Magnus to become greater and to rid himself of his weakness of compassion. Irene failed and flee, to hide from Joseph and the law. She then met a former grand master and saved his life, by taking a bullet for him, since then she has traveled with this person. For that he too was a great man, but felt that the grand master, Victor Samson would be the right person to help Magnus with his problem.

Name: Victor Samson
Alias: The Power Broker
Height: 6ft 2
Superhuman Ability: Power Broker - Victor has the valuable ability to take the power of another superhuman, though to achieve this he must be maintaining physical contact with them, typically holding their hand, and they must be willing to give him their powers for it to work. He cannot use the powers, acting instead as storage for them, and he has not yet discovered the limit of that storage. He can then pass that power on to another being, though if they already possess a power he must swap them. This ability will remove any and all effects of the ability, including physical side effects though these are not instant, instead receding over a short period of time after the power is given. Should he give the power to a mutant it will stabilize and simply replace whatever power they had previously, they will need to learn to use it as they did their original power, but to all intents and purposes that is now their power.
Should he give a normal human a power it has a very different effect, though they will gain the power it will gradually fade, leaving a strange feeling of addiction, a yearning for more power, and they always come back to him. Mutants with a power other than their original will also feel this addiction unless they get their original power back, which he will of course sell, at an extraordinarily inflated cost of course.

He has a strong, stern face, with proud, sharply defined features. He is tall and clearly works out, with broad shoulders and a defined musculature, he presents an image of a man in defiance of his advancing age.
Manner of Dress: Usually an exquisitely tailored suit of some description, he knows just how powerful theatricality can be if properly applied.
Innate Personality: For a man who will force people into addictive behavior he is surprisingly driven by a fundamentally moral purpose. Equality. He is patient, quiet and understanding, he prefers not to harm mutants, but is less caring about the welfare of normal humans.
Outward Personality: A terrorist, he has an image to maintain and he manages it, no mindless suicide bomber, he fights so that mutants receive the same rights as all humans and he is utterly ruthless in his pursuit of that aim.
Favorite Thing: Chess, an ex-grand master, he still enjoys playing the game, though usually he is restricted to playing against himself or online to find a challenging opponent.

Background: An average working class man, it is believed, where he originated is not entirely clear, in fact, nothing is known about his birthplace beyond the belief that he is of germanic origin. What is known is that his money was not earned legitimately, he was a mobster, nothing too big, but enough to get by. Then, he discovered he was a mutant, his few thugs abandoned him and his connections were cut. He began to use his power to maintain his wealth, soon he discovered that his ability had the potential to be almost as lucrative as any drug dealers wares. Not only that, but to use it became an addiction and he enjoyed the direct power it gave him over people, more so than any amount of threats or money or physical force could actually do.
But the fact of the matter was he was a mutant, and eventually, they came for him. Another mutant saved his life, stopping the men who came to kill him and ended up taking a bullet for his troubles Irene Debellatio.
He spent years travelling the world, collecting powers, knowledge and experience, from the middle to the far east and everywhere in between, learning much about others, and much about himself. He realised the potential of his power, and the weak, petty selfishness of his own actions, and then of humanities. A mutant had risked his life to save Victor's and what had he ever risked for others, for his own kind? Mutants were mistreated, abused, hated and feared, now he would take that fear and use it as a weapon.
