Interesting, considering how I liked Matt Helms. I have several things that I recommend you to fix up:

- You have 22 points in your statistics. Might as well edit it. (remember, 3 is still much better than the average person)

- It says that he dislikes heat, yet he uses pyrokinesis. An edit might be nice to fix the contradiction.

- His ability to make psychic beam weapons is quite similar to the "wooden plank into a OMFG weapon" ability. Keeping only one of them may be nice (but I won't require you to nerf them... I mean, at one point in No More Heroes 2, you fight a space program)

All is fixed. Right?

EDIT: Also, would be fine if you would make a character-list of sorts in the main post, so players can look at characters easier.

Why lock 'em actually?

If somebody wants to join, he could so we could have more players. And actual activity in the RP will do wonders for its popularity. So basically, we can just play and have open slots.
