Heta is a fairly tall, skinny man, looking almost like a corpse from far away. His muscular build appears fairly light, in contrast to his actual strength, which may far exceed that of even his captain. His skin is actually more or less olive in color, depending on the season. His hair, curiously enough, is a pale greenish blue color, left long for a man, down to his neck, tied into a long tail at the back, reaching to the center of his spine. Heta's eyes are of a dark blue, almost navy color, adorned with double eyelids and long eyelashes. His eyebrows in contrast, are relatively short.
As a former shinigami, Heta is not particularly fond of wearing the cloth of his former enemies, nor is he very fond of wearing cloth of his current enemies. Instead, he left to Hueco Mundo, killed a adjuchas class hollow, and wore its skin as a pelt, using two broken masks from normal menos as shoulder guards, forming three tiers. Although the skin was initially a grayish color, Heta dyed it red using the blood of his enemies. His previous badge was made into a scarf, with a fringe cut into them. Heta's zanpakuto is strung from a cord tied to the sheath, hanging around his hip at the left side.
Personality:
Heta is dark, cold, calculating, and mysterious. He talks rarely, but when he does, it is bound to make a large impact. Those unworthy of his breath shall not receive it, and only those he deems intelligent enough are worthy of receiving intelligence in return. Those he does not want to talk to, are simply ignored, or looked upon with indifference. Even so, strategy is #1 to him. He always analyzes the field, looking for advantages, weak points, blind spots, and the like.
Kido:
Heta, as a lieutenant of squad 2, has a natural knowledge of bakudo abilities, all allowing him to subtly take down his opponent, most preferably through torture. His arsenal includes bakudo #1, 2, 9, 21, 39, 62, and 81. Though he finds hado less useful, he can also use numbers 1, 4, 11, and 63. In addition, he can use various techniques of shunko.
History:
Heta was born prematurely, ripped from his mothers womb, to a small clan within the Seireitei. He grew up as a minor noble, training intensely as one of them for numerous years. His father was a member of the 4th squad, and although at the time, Heta admired the Shinigami, his father was an exception, looking little more than a janitor to him.
Throughout his childhood, his mother fearing having another child, he had no siblings, and so Heta learned to entertain himself alone. Although he could keep himself busy, at least until his bed time, which was often early, Heta was very lonely. Soon enough though, Heta found a stray puppy wandering on his family's property. The puppy would play with him for hours on end, usually running or playing fetch. Initially, the dog was much faster than him, however, Heta developed a technique allowing him to best the dog- a variation of shunpo in which he moved on all fours. They were happy together, until one day, a group of rogue shinigami entered his family property, and destroyed his home, massacred his family, and killed his dog. Through the experience, Heta hid, watching the traumatizing moments. He died a little on the inside, and the same instant, he closed his heart. Heta was no longer an innocent child, and the pain on the inside would only worsen with time.
Heta, once the time came, had become a shinigami. At the academy, he made no friends. Without much communication, Heta didn't really know how to approach or talk to people. With a closed heart, he did not speak, and so those who introduced themselves to him thought he was rude. Even his teachers believed that Heta was off, and a little weird. Heta distanced himself from others. He had failed almost all his classes. It was not until one day, he had a dream, where he learned he had a zanpakuto spirit. The dreams with it were distant at first, however they occured much more gradually as time went on, and eventually, he learned its name. That was when he spoke again. It wasn't much, but he spoke. Eventually, he was able to become an actual shinigami.
Having a build like his allowed him to be extremely fast and stealthy. He was fit to be a member of squad 2 on day one- and though he did not choose so, he was forced the position. He performed various missions for the shinigami, excelled in stealth, and eventually made it up to the rank of 4th seat. He still moved onward, slowly climbing the ranks up to third, then finally lieutenant. By then, his heart had closed completely. Although he was lieutenant, he could not speak to others as he normally could. His distance away from others was too great, and eventually, he fell into darkness. When the uprisings emerged, Heta joined out of spite to the Shinigami. He no longer wished to be one of them.

Name: Hinikuya (Romanized as "The Cynical") ([ひ]皮[にく]肉[や]屋)
Sealed Form: The sword Heta wields is like a stick katana. Rather than having the signature curvature, Hinikuya is a straight blade, colored a deep black tone, appearing like metal. It is about the size of his fully extended arm, with the blade making up most of the sword, the handle just enough to fit both hands, with two finger's space between where the sword ends and his bottom hand, and where the blade begins and his top hand. The collar of his sword is a plastic-like gold color. The blade is extremely thin, though thick enough at the back so that there is a small straight ridge. An eccentric groove runs along the edge of the blade up where the curved tip begins.
Inner world:
Heta's inner word is like a creepy forest setting one would see in a horror movie. The trees are dead, bearing no leaves, and the ground is dry and blight. Small bits of snow occasionally fall from a generally gloomy sky.
Spirit Appearance:
It is unknown, but Heta believes his spirit looks twice as tall as he is, and slightly skinnier. His limbs and torso are completely black except for a white, featureless head.
Shikai Release Phrase: "Show them no mercy" (彼らに情けをかけない)
Shikai Appearance: At a glance, all that would happen, is that the hilt extends to be the length of the blade. At that point, it is commonly used like a spear on lesser opponents, however, for stronger ones, Heta can pull at the bottom, revealing its true ability. A long metallic cord will extend from the bottom. The piece opens up, revealing several other cords.
Shikai Abilities:
Cynic's Spiral ([ぇしょ]冷笑[らせ]螺旋) - The main cord surrounds Heta's body, spiraling in a motion similar to an upside-down tornado, acting as a shield.
Cynic's Binds (冷笑縄) - The smaller cords emerging from the separate piece wind themselves around a chosen target, tightening at Heta's will, and can constrict an opponent as a snake constricts its prey.
Cynic's Chain Whip (冷笑鎖鞭) - The head pieces of the smaller cords act as whip heads. Heta can resheath his blade and use the cords as a whip. They can cut just as well as a zanpakuto's blade, and probably hurt three times more, with the added bonus of being able to tie up and wound multiple targets.

Name: Yase (or "Skinny) (痩せ)
Appearance: Yase appears exactly as Heta's zanpakuto spirit, as through a photographic negative. Think something slender man looking.
Mask: Heta's visored mask is fairly spartan. It bears no features, and leaves no eye openings or mouth holes. While Heta can still breath wearing the mask, his eyesight is impared, and he will relay solely on blind fighting in order to attack his opponents.
Hollow Powers:
Zero (Cero) - Regular ol' hollow brand cero. Shoots a straight beam of orange colored negative energy. Nothing too special.
Throat (Garganta) - Heta stabs his zanpakuto into the air, and opens up a gaping hole. He enters the gaping hole, then comes out another gaping hole in the sky.
Bullet (Bala) - Pretty much the same as cero, but much faster, slightly weaker, and appears in a short burst. Heta likes shaping his into drills.
Sound of the Light (Sonido de la Luz) - Shinigami have suhnpo. Hollowuse sonido. Heta uses a strange combination of both, in which he alternates between the two, running on all fours, either holding the blade in one hand, or in his mouth.
