Though for a couple of characters that is the case with me. Mine is more the fact i've done several Sci-Fi nation RPs where said characters have armies of thousands of warships, millions to billions of soldiers under their command and a taste for planet-killing weaponry
I do not think any of my characters have armies. I have one who is the main pilot on a Wraith cruiser in a Stargate Atlantis game, but he is not the ship commander. Some of my characters have had a handful of servants or people working under them, but none have had armies that I can remember. My hubby have a character who took two suns and smashed them together straight in the path of a group of Master mages who where pursuing him into the Umbra in Mage the Ascension, he have a taste for planet killing to, but he is a planet killing weapon.

    One of mine did.

    They died.

So he revived said dead people, with his first line of motivation to them being "I own your asses, you don't die until I tell you to."

Ir the character in question, a very powerful ex Nephandus archmage, a meber of Order of Hermes in Mage the Ascension can not wake the dead, he did however try to melt the polar caps once when he got pissed and only his wife, another mage who is very powerful in her own right but nothing near Ir managed to stop him by talking him down.

    Heh. Pretty epic I'll admit.

    Awesome.

The general of the undead can't be on my end though, sadly, he's dead. And nobody made him undead. Irony.

I have to admit, I'm still snickering over the lumberjack pugilist.

I would have to say, Clavie would win. I have demi-gods and weird reality twisting creatures, men with AKs and children who are really Coyote in disguise, and Clavie is just a 52 year old woman with a habit of telling it like she sees it. Still, she won't even let ME kill her (dammit - and I'm currently trying so hard, too!) so she'd probably simply step outside of the writing universe with her jeans and her Flipping Bird t-shirt, crumple up my "paper," and toss it into the wastebin. She'd dust her hands, kiss my forehead to leave a red lipstick mark on my brow, say "Kiss my @ss, sweetheart," and walk out my front door to go start up a successful co-operative gardening store in downtown San Fran.

No way that woman is ever going to die.
‘What will my death be like?’ he thought- and knew at once
with abrupt certainty, that it would be just like his life:
... the same balance of bearables.

Well, let's see, I've wondered this question to myself many a time, and never have I found an answer. If I wanted to go for most likely to win by default, just by being the last ones standing after several unhappy accidents, I'd say there'd be a bit of a tie. Brydi (large dragon) would probably land on several people at once, and then barbecue the closet the rest are living in while trying to breathe fire the old fashioned way, with lots of alcohol and a torch. Let me tell you he has not the aim of a spitting cobra... Not at all, because he wasn't aiming for that closet... Yinsen (ice dragon) would then make some halfhearted attempt to put the fire out and freeze the closet so everyone dies of burns or freezing or the shock of both. Shrake, being an incorporeal god of death would kindly welcome them all, and then Yinsen would leave and a few days later Lacchi, my dog-god, would step out of the remains, swear at Brydi who apologises profusely, and then they'd all go their seperate ways.

If I was to go by who'd actually win via combat... Probably Lacchi again, not because he's all powerful (which he isn't), or because he can't stay dead (there's a limit to bodily reconstruction), but because he'd hide in the closet until everyone else dies of someone else, exhaustion or old age. Since he wouldn't have any food, he'd keep dying of starvation in the interrim, so the winning is debatable, but it's my best go at this whole who'd win thing. Although to be fair to the poor boy, his fear of the dark after someone shuts the closet door would also make it damn near impossible for him to reason through how to open it himself. That, and his lack of thumbs. My closet has doorknobs.
These made my day a little better, I hope they do yours....

But that still doesn't answer if we put all the RP characters you have in the same room and they tried to kill each other who would be the last one standing and it would be cool to give a reason why?
    You already know the answer.

    It would obviously be Atahlia.
Being the very concept of fiction itself, containing all fictions in an outside of it, has a complete control over all that is considered fiction. (And yes this include absolutely all even outside its own game or fiction. As it's able to just cross to other of the realities contained inside of its existence)
Remember how it returned 1/10th of all the fiction from the out to the in, making them dissapear while forcing them to be into its vessel?.
Well also can manipulate the narration giving an overwhelming advantage over others.
There is also the advantage of being able to pull everything that could be wrote, pictured, draw, etc. In any fictional form, including mimic of realities.
Other one was the ability to overwrite logic, physics and laws with fiction, rending them useless.

Atahlia's only weak point would be the interference of the real reality (In other words us, the reality beings), via plot twist and the use of Deus Ex Machina.

If Athalia wasn't involved, who would be the last 3 standing?
