Centuries since man first explored space travel, they have spread threw out the galaxy making a claim anywhere that they could. And during this mad rush to colonize and claim man kind came into contact with many different Alien species. Some of these encounters going well and leading to treaties and trade between species, while others lead to war. And as time went by even humans started to distance themselves and broke off into separate factions. Originally this was seen as treason and was meat with force, but as supplies dwindled and combat lines thinned, the people of Earth had to accept that humanity would no longer be governed by one force and let the other factions go. As time passed and conflicts started to break out across the Galaxy, the leaders of these factions decided that it was time to bring galactic peace and formed the United Galactic Alliance. Since then the galaxy has been peaceful and most Factions have thrived as stability has reigned. But all that is about to change as Tensions in the UGA have recently grown to a braking point then ext step being all out Galactic war.

Recently during the UGA's meetings there has been two groups constantly fighting each other for power, the Sol System Alliance (SSA) and the Kingdom of Tallos (KoT). Both of these groups have considerable power, but two very different objectives. Two standard weeks ago the KoT withdrew from the UGA claiming that the SSA was really in control and was just using the UGA as a puppet to do its bidding. After this shocking claim various other system groups also withdrew from the UGA and joined with KoT agreeing that there was corruption in the UGA. This split has caused tension to build across the galaxy, and there have even been rumors that both sides are preparing for war. Now the Galaxy watches and waits to see if this will cause the first galactic civil war.

=United Galactic Alliance - UGA=
An organization that was meant to be the Galactic Equivalent of Earth's UN of the past. Each Solar System is allowed one representative in the UGA who has their say in Galactic Congress where Galactic laws and policies are formed. The UGA even has its own Military force in the extreme case where a System, or multiple Systems choose to Break Galactic Laws.

=Sol System Alliance - SSA=

The Government system that controls the Sol System (Earth Mars ect) and other nearby systems. The Government is formed after Earth's USA with each Colony in the System having representatives in the Sol Congress. This Congress makes the laws that govern this Faction. The SSA also controls one of the most powerful Fleets in the Galaxy, and has the largest standing fighting force under the UGA's jurisdiction giving them a little pull in the UGA.

=Kingdom of Tallos - KoT=

The Governing system for System 27Alpha, A Monarchy under the rule of King Alexander Tallos who is advised by an elected Parliament. Was the first System that got feed up of the SSA's control over the UGA and to leave the UGA.

=The Imperial Systems Commonwealth - ISC=

The Political Organization That has been composed to ensure that the Non-Human Races have their voices heard and votes counted In the UGA meetings.

Major Crime organization established across the galaxy, Little is known of the Syndicate except not to cross its path.

General Appearance: None. Due to this species Technological advances most abandon their Humanoid Platforms for a more rigid and strong platform of their own choosing for their specific uses.

Species Description: A very Technologically Advanced Species that values the study and collection of Science, Technology, and Machinery. The species is said to be more Machine than Organic with most of the species being uploaded into fully Mechanical platforms. The average age of this species can no longer be calculated, although before the upgrades it was around 60 years. Galvatros Government has claimed a neutral state in the war

Species Description: A species that is very powerful in the mystical realm, creating a power called Magica and imbedding it into the very core of their society. Specialization: Magica - Every member of this species can control magica and use it in their every day lives.

Average Appearance: A Humanoid Crocodile (stands up strait and such) extremely sharp teeth and claws, long powerful tails used for balance and attack, and scales as strong as steel that covers their body.

Species Description: Natural Hunters who have to fight their planet for survival. The Species itself is underdeveloped and planet side its government type is a tribal system. The species was uplifted and introduced into space travel. Although most remain on their home planet those who are ether exiled or leave the planet end up as Mercenaries or Pirates.

Specialization: Hunting - Can alter the color of the scales to any color allowing for a camouflage in any circumstance. Incredible sense of smell for hunting its pray.

History:

The evolution of the Hissho is not entirely clear. The Hissho themselves hold that they evolved from avian creatures, independently of a higher alien race. However, there are some vague indications that the Galvatronians at the very least tampered with their evolutionary path for their own amusement.
For much of their history, the Hissho lived as tribal hunters. Their constant warfare slowed their technological progress and path to civilization, but eventually, they, like many other races across the galaxy, united and reached for the heavens.

When they encountered other races, their response was to seek conquest. Convinced of their innate superiority, the Hissho decided it was only their destiny.

Government and Society:
The Hissho are ruled by a monarch, but they are equally ruled by tradition. Protocol, ritual, and personal honor are closely intertwined, with a failure in one translating in failure to the others.
Sacrifice is an integral part of the social fabric, with a cultural emphasis on blood.
War and combat are still vital aspects of their culture. Adults must prove themselves to have at least some level of fighting skill in order to be accepted into society.

So for combat and weapons there are two types as always Melee and Ranged

{Melee Weapons}

Vibro-Tech - a technology that vibrates the weapon at a high frequency allowing the weapon to distort a lazer bolt and render it harmless, also increases the power of the weapon in a fight.

Chain-weapon - incorporates a small chainsaw like edge to the weapon increasing the cutting power of the weapon.

Plasma - Super Heats the edge of the weapon to the point where it become plasma (held in place by magnetic fields) this gives the blade the ability to melt most anything, but reduces the actual cutting power of the weapon

Cartridge - Blade with cartridges of black powder in the hilt. When the trigger is pulled the cartridge is detonated and the gas fallows a tube and shoots out the back of the blade to increase cutting power and speed in an instant

{Ranged}

Cartridge - Gunpowder Weaponry like the guns of today, firing mechanism ignites a gunpowder charge and the resulting explosion creates gasses that are used to propel the projectile.

Lazer - Concentrated beams of light that is capable of melting a target. After it's development became the normal weaponry on space craft.

Plasma - Pieces of Metal that have been Super Heated until they reach the point of plasma and then shot as a projectile. this plasma round is slower than most other projectiles but will melt nearly anything it touches.

Ballistic - Explosive charges attached to a rocket propelled system. Rockets, Missiles ect. good for when you need a nice boom.

Mag Rail -A bullet that is propelled by a set of very high high powered magnetic fields. the round can easily hit mock 3 in flight, has the greatest range of all the weapons, has a very fast flight speed, and great stopping power, but slow rate of fire and long cool down required. (heavy sniper rifles only)

{Protection and Armor}

Titanium Alloy Body armor - Very strong armor, heavy but effective against most forms of attack.

Carbon Fiber Body Armor - Flexible armor, can protect in melee range, or against lazer and Cartridge attacks

Shield Frame - A magnetic shielding field that redirects any form of attack away from the field, Has a charge every hit taken by the shield drains it until it shatters. then once it recharges it automatically rebuilds itself

-=Magica Basic Description=-

A technique created by the Arcanites that resembles the magic of old Earth Myth and Legends. This Technique uses the manipulation of Arcane energies and special Glyphs to produce an incredible amount of power and use it for various types of applications. (like using a fire Glyph and a few crewman's power to propel a space ship, or the normal stuff of magic you know.)
the glyphs can be on anything, drawn on a surface, Engraved into a part, or even having multiple glyphs engraved on a cube ect. be creative with it
Useable by Arcanites and Humans, Although Humans have less control over Magica.

-=Magica In Use=-

A man Lifts his hand, his glove has a Lighting Glyph engraved into it. he starts to concentrate and small particles of light start to build in the space around the Glyph. The light then moves and attaches itself to the Glyph lighting part of the Glyph up. Once the Glyph is fully light up then a Bolt of Lightning shoots from the mans hand and the Glyph looses the light. (this process takes about 2 seconds in total. But stronger attacks take longer to charge just to be fair. Also in rp, the process must be stated at least for the first time you use that type. just so we don't have fireballs coming from nowhere)

Bio: Tartarus is a hardened battle-veteran. He has gone through many platforms, destroyed many enemies and earned himself a name in the military forces of the Kingdom of Tallos. He is an idealist, and bears much hate to the UGA and the SSA, questioning the two whenever he can find anything to question about them. He dislikes the other races, and tends to let them know that ("FLESH IS WEAKNESS!"). He does not show mercy in battle, but do not be fooled, Tartarus puts more emotion in battle than most. He thoroughly enjoys it. He is known to have many different battlecries, which may strengthen morale or demoralize his battle-brethren entirely. Because of all that, earning his respect or liking can be quite hard, but worth it. If you would succeed, you would find quite a valuable ally, armed to the metaphorical teeth, loyal, hardened and lusting for battle: Tartarus is THE battle specialist of a starship crew.
Equipment: Tartarus posseses a high-tech black battle-platform, which is highly mobile and can take a good beating at the same time. The platform has a jetpack with which Tartarus can use to boost himself high into the air or quickly travel over land. The platform comes with two arms, which can change into a wide variety of weapons, like Cartridge Miniguns and Rifles, Plasma shotguns or Mag-Rail Sniper Rifles. The platform also has a pair of plasma swords. The platform also can use ordinary hands, of course.

Bio: Born on a small colony on Mars Striker spent most of his young life in the SSA, and saw first hand just how corrupted the government could be. After his home was taken from him just after the death of his parents, Striker started to work in various mines and odd jobs to make money. And as soon as he was able to scrape together the credits he bought a gun and a ticket out of the system. He then signed on with a Mercenary Group and started his career. That was years ago, Now Striker has made a name for himself in the Merc world. He now is the "Black Ace Mercs" and takes on High-Risk High-Pay jobs that most others won't take.

Appearance: He's a 5'3 arcanite whose skin is a dark blue and has a few purple coloured tattoos on his body, including some sorts of spikes pointing down from his forehead, and some on his arms and back that identify him as an experienced mercenary back in his homeworld. He had an unknown illness when he was a child that ended up dissappearing after a while, but left him with the ever present problem that his eyes turned completely black. He has short dark purple hair, also another effect of his illness. His clothes, when not wearing his combat armour, consist of gray cargo pants, leather boots that go up to his knees, a plain black t-shirt and a collar (that he uses it all the time, even when in his combat suit), that, along the tattoos on his arms, identifies him as a Coalition Mercenary... It's a black nickel collar with the word "Coalition" engraved on the front.

Bio: He was born in Arcron, as many arcanites. But just like many others, he was abandoned by his parents in an orphanage. He lived there until he turned 4 years old, when some strange men came into the orphanage and just took every child there... Things liek that used to happen, not many cared about the orphans, and they could make great recruits for the military or mercenaries. In this case it was a mercenary company that had taken all the children, they were called, quite simply, "The Coalition". it was a group of mercenaries that were spread all over the galaxy. They had camps in many homeworlds, due to them being hired by those planets to either take care of crime or do some dirty work, it didn't matter though, the fact is that Ryran was taken by that company to one of their camps, where he was then given a place to sleep, some basic and advanced education, food and a LOT of combat training.

After years of training and studying, he finally turned 16 and was sent to his first assignment, which was working as a guard for a small store for a week. He caught a few thieves while guarding and gained his position as a permanent member of the company when he returned, along with the choice of getting a glyph engraved on his body or an armour... Of course he chose the glyph, since he always thought glyphs were cool. His chosen glyph was one of summoning all kinds of shields... Including kinetic and energy ones that could protect him from melee and ranged attacks, the glyph was engraved on his left hand.

Many years passed like that, gaining rewards, getting hurt, working... Until one day he was promoted and given the choice of either continuing to work like he had always done, or become, officially, an elite member of the company, not taking orders from anyone but the high command and being able to do whatever he wished to do. The only condition was, that he had to train every day, for a year. The only breaks he had were to eat and sleep, and the trainign almsot killed him, but he passed it and is now an elite member, exploring the galaxy and taking up jobs.

Equipment: The defensive shield glyph engraved on his neck, a carbon fiber armour, designed specially for himself to let him be agile without any bother, and a modified human-style revolver, brought to him from the human black market. The revolver is a six shooter that he can infuse with magicka at any given time (With a 4 seconds charge, of course) to make his bullets go through defensive shields or to simply go through metal. He has a small purple glowing box attached to his belt at all times that contains pure energy, which he used to cast his shields instantly... The energy does go out after a few uses and he has to recharge it by putting it near an energy source.
