At the moment, I am struggling a little with use of my right hand, so am not promising huge length responses, as it begins to make my hand feel like it is in a vice. I can still give you 8 plus lines, normally closer to 20 over two paragraphs.

Regarding the plot, I had a little idea I wanted to add. I was wondering if it can be set in a hospital with a Psyche ward, meaning there is an A&E department. I don't want to feel like I am controlling your idea, but I thought it might be nice to introduce a third character into the plot. A younger male is brought in with injuries, and it is discovered the Mental Patient knows him, and seems to show signs of acting "normal" around the child, to the point of showing little health issues. As such, while the child recovers, he is placed in the ward with her/him, as a sort of rehab for the both of them.

Another on the ward claims to be his brother/sister, although the child does not know who they are. The reason for this is that s/he was kicked out of the family for a crime she was blamed for, leaving her/him homeless and driving them to the point of mental instablity.
