Ganryu: I know things seem a bit passive for you, but if you want your character can start to feel some of the reiatsu from her own zanpakto spirit. Not so much that you can talk with it, but maybe a vision or something like that. Same thing goes for Ace by the way.

OK, so now that people are getting into conflicts with the foe, I'll have to elaborate a bit about the enemy.

They are called the Kokyoshito (literally "apostles of noblemen's death") and have, like the shinigami, learned how to manipulate reiatsu in the form of certain scrolls. These scrolls are called Bakufuku (literally "exploding scroll") and the main difference between them and the zanpakuto is that the bakufuku are disposable. This means that the kokyoshito can carry more bakufukus at a time and they can easily construct new ones. The bakufuku work somewhat similarly to kido, as in that they write chants on the bakufukus which, when activated, causes a certain effect. In most cases, some kind of explosion.

The noblemen is a reference to the shinigami, as in that they're against someone suddenly taking over the justice of Soul Society. After all, no one actually gave the shinigami permission to do anything like that.

Appearance:
Dr. Ekika Chirochiro is a woman of average height, approximately 5’ 3’’ (160 cm), and is quite slender. Her skin is of a somewhat pale tone. She isn’t particularly busty, in contrast her hips are more noticeable. Chirochiro’s face is almond-shaped, her eyes adorned by thick-framed glasses. Her eyes are colored a bright tone of hazel. Her hair is cut in a short bob, the bangs completely straight, colored mosly black but with a peculiar patch of violet to the left. The doctor wears a black kimono, never a haori, with a white coat over like a doctor usually does.

Personality:
Being of a more traditional descent, Dr. Chirochiro is quite firm with how society should remain unchanged, especially the structure of the family and the society. Ironically, she herself is untraditionally a female doctor and is part of the Shinigami, which is the first change to the traditional society in centuries. However, her principals remain, meaning she looks down on anyone who tries to break out of their traditional place. Also, she has a unique authority which, although not very powerful, is very intimidating. Also, the doctor will not forgive you once you have done her wrong.

Ekika has an innate passion for medical experiments, especially since medicine prolongs life, which furthermore makes the society more uniform and unchanging. She therefore often takes corpses and animals to experiment on, or even sometimes living individuals – if they are particularly interesting. She also loves sweet berries and anything prepared from that kind of ingredients. This may be the only way to her forgiveness. Although she likes traditional gender roles, she frowns heavily upon excess masculinity, especially in the form of brutality and bad hygiene.

Healing
Dr. Chirochiro is able to manipulate her reiatsu in such a benign way that wounds, even outside the grasp of traditional medicine, can be healed. While doing this, however, she must be very concentrated.

Smite
Although weak, Ekika also has an offensive technique. She manipulates her reiatsu in the complete opposite way from when she heals, resulting in a jolt of corrupting reiatsu which causes an allergic reaction in the tissue it touches.
