Character quick links~
Adjusted. Changed 1 feet to just hit by bullet for the E.A.R. and placed "raw" energy in its description.
Adjusted Again: Added range to the gyrocopters.
Name: Claus Weismann
Alignment: Neutral
Age: 12
Gender: Female
Race: Human
Physical Description:
Claus is a young girl about the age of 12. She wears a lab coat, eyeglasses, and a simple white watch that has no numbers on it. She has brown hair and black eyes. She has the physique of a normal twelve year old girl and cannot sustain any rapid movements other than running for more than two minutes. It takes ten minutes for her to get tired from running and about ten minutes for her to recover her stamina if she is exhausted.
Personality Description:
Claus is a cheerful, optimistic, inquisitive, and individualistic person who loves discovering how things work. She is driven by her desire for knowledge and will often pause in a conversation should she see something that interests her. Her goal in life is to remove the limitations imposed by the natural laws on science so that one day anyone may create their ideal world.
Skills, Powers, and Abilities:
Genius: Claus is a genius. She has photographic memory and can process mathematically complicated equations within a few seconds. She can mimic any particular task as long as she’s been shown once and is physically capable of doing it and has the capacity to learn entire skill sets by reading a manual for a few hours.
Inventor: It should be no surprise that because of her intelligence that the girl can make, break, and modify items after carefully studying them for a few minutes or hours, depending on whether the item is an unfamiliar hand-held weapon or a fully functional spacecraft.
Programmer: Claus loves machines. They are the mankind’s greatest inventions; impervious to small-arms fire and far more efficient than the average human. She looks at machines with the awe and wonder. The possibilities for such creations are limitless. As such, the girl is a talented programmer, well-versed in programming languages and code. She can hack and interface with the common desktop within a few minutes and hack more complicated missile defense algorithms within an hour or two.
Against mechanical opponents, Claus may interface with their cpu through a neural link and attempt to hack them directly, sending viruses and complex algorithms to bog down their reaction times and sabotage their devices.
Combat Savy: Claus isn’t the most well-trained of child soldiers, but the girl knows the basics of hand-to-hand combat through actual combat and manuals. Her physique as a child, however, greatly impairs her when paired against an adult of similar or greater skill.
Equipment:
Canta: A non-sentient humanoid android made out of titanium, a manmade flexible metal slightly tougher than diamond. It has the shape of a petite woman with short bobbed hair, weighs 360lbs, and is 6 feet and 7 inches tall. The face of the android is clearly mechanical, with titanium plates interlaced with nuts and bolts and two bullet-proof glass orbs for eyes.
Canta is programmed to defend Claus and her software is protected behind a complex algorithm of firewalls and anti-hacking software. There is also a fail-safe located near her cpu set to fry her circuits should her entire system be compromised.
Underneath Canta’s titanium plating is a thick layer of insulation made up out of an advanced form of polymide foam, the same material used in the space shuttle, known as tripolymide. Tripolymide has similar properties as polymide except that it is more flexible and lighter than its counterpart. It acts as an insulation shield for Canta’s delicate electronics, preventing electricity from outside her systems from frying her sensors. Canta’s insulation shield makes her resistant to heat, electricity, and other forms of raw energy.
The central cpu is located in the head of the android and the power generator is located in the chest, behind the ribcage. It operates through a mesh of electrical circuits and sensors, allowing it to move as fluidly as if it were an actual human being. Physically, Canta is strong enough to lift three-hundred pounds with a single arm and is fast enough to reach 100 mph on the road. Combined with her superhuman sensors and physical augmentations, Canta can catch/block bullets shot from a hand-gun. She isn’t, however, fast enough to block repeated shots from an assault rifle or machine gun.
Other than the optical and thermal sensors located in her eyes, Canta has three sensor systems: an inbuilt radar system located in her back behind her cpu, a motion sensor system located throughout her body in the form of thin wires, the motion sensor measures the minuet vibrations of her surroundings, (similar to that of a seismometer. It can tell whether something “new” is moving within the general vicinity, but not its exact location), and a passive sonar system located near the top of her chest, below her neck, which analyzes the speed at which sound waves travel towards her to calculate the relative location of the objects around her.
Canta is equipped with two weapons; a modified gas-operated assault rifle, the EAR-45, and a seven-foot crescent titanium bladed polearm with a titanium chakram attached to the crescent blade at the bottom of the shaft, The Elegant Moon. The chakram is attached to the blade of The Elegant Moon by a magnet located on the base of the blade; it can be thrown and caught from the polearm with a swing. There is a miniature computer chip inside the chakram blade, giving the disk weapon the ability to guide itself back to the polearm after being thrown.
The chakram can project a three-foot electromagnetic energy disk around its blade when thrown that can cut through diamond, but not titanium. The electromagnetic energy disk gives the chakram the ability to fly in the air unaided for about ten minutes. The energy disk is recharged through electrical currents that strike the blade of the chakram and the electrical current is stored directly into the blade.
The EAR-45 assault rifle is a multi-purpose weapon that uses specialized bullets known as Electric Assault Rounds. These bullets are spatially similar to normal 7.36mm cartridges used in the AK-47. However, there is one key difference. The bullets are equipped with miniature ion fusion batteries that can store nearly ten times more electricity than a normal lithium battery. These miniature batteries give the rounds a strong electric shock to anything hit by the bullet, capable of causing temporary paralysis in the nerves surrounding the afflicted wound, melting flesh, or short-circuiting any nearby electronics. The fusion batteries in these bullets last for about ten minutes before they run out of energy.
The electric field imposed by the bullets gives them unique properties when they interact with raw energy of any kind(magical, psionic, electromagnetic, etc…). These bullets stick instead of exploding or deflecting off the surface of an energy shield/weapon/attack. The influx of positively charged ions created by the electricity streaming from the bullet then interferes with the energy shield/weapon/attack they’ve struck making it noticeably weaker every time it is hit with another bullet.
At around ten shots the shield or weapon explodes from the clashing electricity with their own energy shield/weapon/attack. The explosion is proportional to how much energy was stored in their energy weapon/shield/attack.
The EAR-45 assault rifle is also noticeably lighter than the AK-47. It can be carried by Claus with ease and the lack of a kickback due to an improved trigger mechanism makes it easy to use for children as well as adults.
Minicopters (x2): A remotely operated titanium plated gyrocopter about two feet in diameter. It has the shape of miniature helicopter with three rotors, two in the front, and one near the back. It carries with it a portable EAR-45 on its underbelly loaded with two full clips of electric assault rounds. The cpu and generator are located in the center of the spacecraft and each copter sports a layer of tripolymide foam beneath each titanium plate, making each plane resistant to heat, electricity, and other forms of raw energy. The minicopters are not automated and are piloted through one-way communication line using gamma rays through the neural interface located on Claus’s glasses. The effective range Claus can control the minicopters is about 100 yards, the size of a football field. Should her link be cut off for any reason, the gyrocopters are programmed to travel to a safe distance of 60 feet from the surrounding terrain and remain motionless until the connection is restored.
TriCore Material Processor: The lifeblood of all of Claus’s inventions. The TriCore Material Processor is a titanium plated factory the size of a backpack. It is a rectangular box around six feet in length and four feet in width. There are two straps on one side of the box, allowing Canta to carry the box on their back when it is not in use. The box is enclosed by a mechanical circular entrance at its top. The main function of the TriCore Material Processor is the extraction of raw materials. Anything tossed into the box is dissolved in an acidic solution and is filtered into separate mini-compartments.
Raw chemical compounds stored in these mini-compartments can then be processed through a complex system of mechanical gears, pistons, and clockwork; manufacturing anything from electric assault round bullets to sheets of metals and complicated hardware needed to repair or make new inventions. The items come out of the box at a secondary circular opening located at the base of the box, opposite of where the straps are located at. It takes approximately a few minutes for small things like nuts and bullet rounds to be manufactured and a few hours for more complicated circuitry like a laptop to be created.
The dissolution of materials through the acidic solution also creates electricity by breaking the molecular bonds, similar to how animals digest food. This electricity can be stored in a generator located below the acidic solution chamber. And unlike the Minicopters and Canta, the TriCore Processor doesn’t have any tripolymide foam to protect it from energy based attacks. Instead, it has four tubular energy receptors built into its system that discharges excess energy that strike its surface through four vents at its side. A massive energy attack would, however, still ruin the device until it is repaired.
Claus’s Glasses
Claus’s Glasses is a pair of glasses that feeds Claus data from her inventions. It’s oval in shape with a thin rim. The glasses are made up of steel with an EMP resistant coating along its surface. It streams live combat data from each of her inventions as well as status reports on the functionality of their systems. She operates the glasses with her mind through a thin wire attached from the glasses to her skin, right behind her spine at the back of her head, which reads the electrical pulses from her brain.
She may change the display on her glasses with her mind and give her inventions battle plans at a thought. She may also hack other devices and machines using algorithms stored on the glasses and from her own memory. Hacking requires a direct link to the targeted machine’s electrical system, either through wireless signal intercepted by the target or a direct link implanted on the surface of the target.
H.E.N. (Hacking Electronic Network) x5
The H.E.N. is a small rectangular titanium box the size of a book with a thin layer of tripolymide with a magnet and four latching claws at its base. Once attached to a device it sends a powerful electronic signal from the box into the cpu, forcing its way into the programming of a machine using a surge of energy. As long as the H.E.N. is attached to a machine, Claus may interface with the machine through her glasses and begin hacking its systems.
While it may take days for Claus to completely hack an intelligent cpu, the girl can easily sabotage it’s algorithms, slowing its reaction times, causing sensors to malfunction, or preventing its energy shields from starting up, etc….If the machine isn’t intelligent, it may take anywhere from a few seconds for an unprotected device to a few minutes for one with a few protections to a few hours for one with an incredible dense firewall for her to take control of the device.

I'll look through your CS Asperser.
Revenge time. MUHAHAHHAHHAHAHHAHA. -rubs hands-
MelonHead does not give out free Melons.
She's small cute, has unique gifts, and has a fierce body guard. So, how come Ai hasn't been accepted.
Sorry. Examples of Level 4 powers and abilities include Mad Scientist level genius and scientific ability, long ranged telepathy, magical powers that do not involve a divine patron, and the ability to shoot flaming bats with magic arrows of light without the aide of that damnable fairy partner. Some intelligence is obviously expected of tier 3, and genius level beyond the edges of human capabilities certainly. Mimic any task you've seen once? Learn almost any skill you can think of in a book like a metagame batman's utility belt? No.
It's worth noting the ability to fly a spacecraft is a T4 ability, so scale this down a bit. The ability to work out the mechanism of a futuristic weapon sure, but there have to be some defined limits for T3.
No, this sounds awfully like forcing your telepathic mind fuckery on people with the exception of it effecting metallic opponents. Basically, it's a pretty much an un-dodgable attack, (where-as the hallucinogens and the like on biological opponents are almost always target-able and avoidable.) so unless PC's can resist it no. No.No.No.
Is this an NPC or a seperate character? How is this person going to work? As it stands, it seems awfully like two fairly capable characters ganging up on one, so unless general force hit rules apply on the android, wut do.
Oh, and armour stronger than diamonds? NOEP. Not at T3, that makes you nigh invulnerable to any standard weaponry, guns, swords, flamethrowers, baseball bats, even a moderate resistance to most magic. Complete invulnerability to anything a T2 would be toting does not seem appropriate for a T3.
Oh looks, magic resistance. Basically this coupled with the flexible diamond armour is too OP. This on its own is fine, even with some form of armour which can resist the majority of damage.
Seems like a flawless detection system, too OP for T3, but I'll let others judge this one.

No, cutting through diamond with what? No massive amount of charge? What you're saying is it's ok for you to have a blade which can be thrown by an already superhuman robot, zoom back if it misses on its own, and easily cut through near anything anyone in this omniverse is protecting themselves with. Nope.
Sounds suspiciously like another Batman utility belt scenario. I'll let others judge.
And there's that wireless unblockable hacking attack again.
I'll let the others judge as well, but I certainly wouldn't be willing to fight a character which could fairly easily incapacitate all of my Templars and slice them in half. Or cut my vampire in half and sponge everyone of his abilities. Albeit the child is vulnerable, but with an incredibly quick android more than willing to block every attack I know it's a very understated weakness indeed, in fact I know this from my use of Solomon. It doesn't matter how vulnerable you are if you have something incredibly strong to attack with.
MelonHead does not give out free Melons.
Re-Reworked Ai to be more effective in the arena. Looking for judgement on her new abilities.
