"A two is easily defeated. I only have bad cards left." She said. Presea sat down on the cards she had left. "I don't want to play anymore.. I'm bored.. Can't we do something outside? Look around for people? Maybe you can get yourself a girlfriend! But I guess that wouldn't be your style.." She dropped herself backwards on the cards laying down staring at the ceiling. "But.. I don't know.. I'm just bored."

(I just realized I said 2 to 3 days, I meant 2 to 3 weeks. My bad, but I'm back now! Poten will come back to Angel if she wants him to, but he could also stay in heaven or visit Presea)

Poten raised through the clouds to the realm of heaven. Many humans had already risen this high before, and according to the Lord, they'd rise even higher in the future, but Poten was an Angel, which allowed him to pass into heaven, somewhere around 66,000 feet up. Once there, he saw all that he had missed while on heaven. Angels joyfully played among the now abundant clouds, playing games, singing their hymns, or playing their instruments. He noticed several good friends conversing with Virgin Mary, the Blessed Mother, so he strolled over.
"Ah, Poten! It is good to see you brother!" That was Gregorio, a headstrong Angel who much preferred fighting demons in the most dangerous manner and with the most at stake. Next to him was Lucinda, who may have been Poten's wife, had he not decided to become a guardian instead of stay in the clouds. The third was actually Saint Raymond Nonnatus, who had been the one to convince Poten to take on Angel as his next guardian assignment. The Blessed Mother also turned to greet him,
"Welcome home Poten, is something amiss with your charge?"
"No Blessed Mother, I simply had longed for the company of angels, so my charge agreed to let me visit for a short while." The Blessed Mother still smiled, as she always did, but it wasn't as joyful.
"I warn you Poten, this charge is nearly in perfect balance, and any action may push her to the side of the devil, and we can't have that."
"I know Mother, I will return shortly now that you have reminded me of this foolishness." The Blessed Mother nodded, and turned back to continue speaking with Saint Raymond. Poten turned and prepared to fly back to Earth, scolding himself for being so selfish as to forget how important his job was and how critical it was for Angel to remain on the side of good. When he spread his wings, a hand touched his shoulder and he turned to see Lucinda standing there with a sad smile.

"Won't you stay but a moment longer Poten? It has been such a long time." Poten's heart swelled, but he looked back towards Earth.
"The Blessed Mother is right Lucinda, I have been foolish and shouldn't have ever left my charge for even this long. There will be time for us, I promise, but right now I still have a task to do." A single tear flowed down Lucinda's cheek as Poten sailed back towards Earth.

Connor chuckled at first "I think we can manage it's just myself I should be concerned about. I'm the one wearing the shiny thing for bad guys to shoot at on my chest." He said with a grin looking down at the right still in the grip of his right hand.

"I don't know," Angel gave Connor's hand a squeeze then let it drop, "This place has rubbed off on me... I think I'll hang around for a while, just in case." She smiled and turned, waving over her shoulder, "See ya 'round Sheriff!" She called as she wandered back to her horse. Once alone she said quietly, "Poten? Can you hear me?"

As Poten sailed down to Earth, he felt Angel trying to contact him. It sounded muffled, or more like she was talking normally from far away, so he could hear her, but it was very faint. "Yes, I can hear you. Heaven wasn't all it is cracked up to be, I think I prefer Earth with you, so much more energetic!" He made himself sound like he really meant that, which over thought is very hard to do, yet possible. However, deep inside, his heart cried out to return to Heaven and to the prospect of maybe, just maybe, remaining with Lucinda. He could never tell Angel this though, as the Blessed Mother had previously warned him if she thought he was being kept out of heaven by her, she may make a rash decision and condemn herself without even knowing it. He would never let that happen...

Angel inwardly rolled her eyes, knowing Poten would know what she was doing. She smiled and switched to thinking to her angel, So, that sheriff, he's pretty nice. She couldn't help the butterflies in her stomach, and the warmth spreading to her cheeks, I think we may stay here for a while.

Poten was getting closer, and now the thoughts were clear, with some physical emotion also starting to come in. "If your emotions have anything to say, I think 'pretty nice' is a serious understatement" he chuckled, knowing she'd get the feeling that he did. Now he could see the town beneth him, and figured out Angels location. "Look out below!" he shouted, even though she was the only one who could hear him.

Looking like a crazy person Angel looked up at the sky and smiled when she saw her angel swooping towards her. She whooped and started running away from him, laughing. It was their game, she would run, and he would always catch her.

Poten sailed down at a smooth angle. If he want to he could just zoom in at unbelievable speeds, but where was the fun in that? He purposfully took a hard route of banking behind a house, around, and back through behind another, then back out into the street. Angel was still running in a straight line, but he knew better then to believe she'd stay that way. He zoomed a good 50 feet ahead of her and dropped down with a huge smile. "Where will you run now?" He glanced left and right, either choice was good, so he'd have to take a guess. As stealthy as he could, he shifted his weight so if she took off toward her right, he would be ready to get her.

Angel laughed and stepped right, but shifted her weight back and dodged left, spinning around Poten until she was behind him. With a giggle she jogged backwards, "You're losing your touch, angelcakes!"
