"As you would or wouldn't know, the entirety of everything is rooted in probabilities. Probabilities that dictate that nothing is ever is truly impossible in a sense. Things happen common things, ordinary things, normal things. The normal everyday happenings that we take for granted. But then, uncommon and much wierder things happen as well, such as accidents and disasters. All these happen because they have a probability of happening, no matter how low its chance of happening is, as long as it HAS a chance. IT WILL HAPPEN


Well that might explain why you're reading or hearing this from your standard PC or Laptop or smartphone or whatever gadget you may be using to do so. Now nothing is out of the ordinary with that, but It becomes apparent when you look outside the window of the villa and see a very antiquated scene of Meiji era Japan. And in case anyone asks, thats about the late 19th to the early 20th century. The reason why there's rather modern technology exist on this antiquated land is because its possible. Think of this place as a central hub where the probabilities of the universe are a little bit higher.


This land of probabilities lie in a rather annoying position seperate from everything else. Think of it being on its seperate plane of existance. Being the focal point of practically what ever happened ever, be it a fictional event in a hyperactive child's mind or a real one like the mass extinction that occured over sixty-five million years ago means this is a very very interesting place. Not only is it connected to "everytime" but it's also connected to "everywhere". Time and Space if you will. Can you imagine what would result if the existance of this place were to be made known to the people of Earth at a time other than when they are ready? Yes it isn't gonna be pretty, especially since this place is in a very delicate eqillibrium that is BARELY sustaining itself.


I have dilly dallied long enough... I think it's time to welcome you all to the land of the DEAD... Just kidding, sorry! he~ he~. This is Kakuritsugo. The land where everything is possible. Kakuritsugo is rather loosely governed compared to anywhere else in the recent world. Most everything is ran by Imperial court with the current empress Kanouhime Yuko. In general, the people here live a very laid-back life. You get to live in the serene and "relatively" peaceful environment set in a time long ago and still get the modern conveniences like electricity and internet services.


Now as you might imagine, there are downsides to this place as well. Mostly in the form of ridiculus happenings and disasters that could involve practically anything. Over the 2000 years that the Empress ruled over Kakuritsugo... Don't ask, she sort of lives quite a long time apparently... The most common cause is when some people with or without extraordinary super powers or magic or whatnot got dragged in here and got a bit confused or a bit greedy and did some ridiculous things. The second most common cause of such disturbances is when the entire realm gets itself involved in another's problems, Its just like Kakuritsugo has a mind of its own. Tho considering this place, it could very well be the case. In any case, the Empress has usually returned everything back in order, more or less...


Now I'm telling you all these since you all are that type of people that got dragged in here and this information would probably prevent everyone from getting confused and go all crazy about everything. Now I'm giving everyone a choice, You could choose to live here and experience the interesting things that just winds up in here for no apparent purpose or reason apart from causing trouble and be entertaining OR go back to your old world. Make the choice now...

The Gist:

This is a Character driven roleplay that has a general setting in Kakuritsugo. The characters themselves will get their own individual 'arcs' that focuses on their own story or problems or situations. With that said, the direction of the roleplay will be handed over to the player of said character, he/she gets to be the Story GM for that arc till it finishes. Once a particular character's arc gets done, we either move on to the next character's story or proceed with the "general" plot that involves the whole of Kakuritsugo and not just one character.

On the Characters themselves. The limitations on what character you have is quite loose. Want a werewolf? okay, an exiled magician? no problem, a displaced goddess? sure. And special abilities/powers/magic and all them supernatural stuff are ENCOURAGED. They could be based of from a different universe, like from Negima or Avatar or even something you just made up on the spot, It's all good. And it also doesn't matter what timeline your character came from, medieval or even ancient times is possible.
It might be apparent already but just in case... Yes its not limited to just human characters.
