This starts at around the same time Game of Thrones does so is it right to assume that the Usurper still sits on the Iron Throne?
If this has been asked before, I apologise! I'm quite keen for an ASoIaF RP.![]()
I am going to begin working on my IC post now.
Intro post was posted. Things to note; They won't always be that colorful, hehe. I like to organize who's being used or who's being talked to. For an uncolored version, but messier, click here. I asked Stark if he would mind if I used Will Stark for/in my intro, he didn't mind at all. Walter Stark is a character that will be played by another player, but seeing as that's not official - it was best just to go with it how it is. I've been helping the player of Walter Stark set up their character so I know what to remotely expect, the CS is done and all but technical problems prohibit it from being posted.
However I wanted to clarify something real quick.
Any member of the Stark House have my consent to mod or otherwise control my character as they need. This is mostly directed to "Legokyle", "Micro Horse" and "Stark." They do not need to ask for my consent to do what it is they wish and they are free to do whatever it may be that they need. However I do ask that this is moderate, such as a conversation between son and father or having the character be somewhere for some kind of event. This is purely one sided, they can control Mason Stark as they wish however I can not control their characters as I wish, unless they approve of it. Anyone else directly connected with the Stark House has these same privileges, such as banner men or Wards, for example. However I ask for non-family members to at least message me privately on the matter, including what it is they would like. This notion is being done so that the flow is much easier and posts can be better constructed. Additionally there may be times where I will be unable to post as quickly as the other players would like, therefore this allows them to continue with whatever they need and then possibly move on to another player. I trust players to respect my wishes when I ask them to keep it moderate. However if something is done that I do not agree with or approve, I also ask for the right to void any actions done with my character by another player - although I do not feel this is likely to happen.

I am playing it out as though that is the case, Rulaan. The only difference is that we do not know if it was Baratheon House or not who took the throne. And Targaryens weren't completely killed off, they got chased off to Dragonstone.
I am glad to hear you're interested. Will you be playing a Martell or Dornish man if you join us? (Referring to your personal text, "The Red Viper.") Nonetheless, I don't believe our GM, SlenderWoman, has put a player cap into place, only a character cap per player
Hm, perhaps a good question for our GM then!
And yes, I do plan on a being a member of House Martell, perhaps the Prince/Princess of Dorne. Your character sheet, by the way, is excellent.![]()
I would suggest saving yourself the time and work up the best of your character sheet as you can. If something isn't on par with Slender's choice, then you can simply go back and edit it.
I have only made it up to the beginning of the fourth novel but what I have read thus far, I have enjoyed the Martell house the most of them all. If I were allowed, I originally intended to play three characters. A Dornish, a knight or family member in a house that was killed off, and possibly a Stark, for my friend's sake. But thank you for the compliments on the sheet, it honestly is not as much as I would have expected. I prefer the read of my IC post then my character sheet, personally speaking.
I actually have most of my character fleshed out. It's just a matter of writing it all down.
The Martells are so well written, especially Oberyn. Such a shame that he left the series so quickly. A Dance of Dragons gives them a far greater part in the political happenings of the Seven Kingdoms though. I am yet to read the IC, but I look forward to joining you all.![]()
