Dwight was taken aback. The guards never spoke of her apologising. They said that she always demanded apologies, even for things that would never even warrant them. He was astonished, and didn't know what to say, "I..." He stuttered out, "I accept your apology, and all is forgiven..."

[Queenie]

And the fact he said everything was forgiven, made it really uncomfortable for her. She walked back towards him. "Let's... Call it a truce. For now." She said with an out stretched arm. "You protect me against this revolution... And I'll give you something in return."

Dwight's eyebrow raised as she said 'something in return.' He thought it over, and figured what was the least he could lose. He extended his arm and shook her hand, "Agreed, ma'am." He said, retracting his arm and standing back at attention, like a good guard. In his mind, however, he was musing over on what she meant.

[Queenie]

Astrid smiled then bit her lower lip. She was going to speak, but Bo started to bark louder as she walked over to the door. The dog wanted out. "Well, you might as well go outside to the courtyard with me. I can't be alone now, I suppose." She smirked as she walked over to the chair to pick up her coat.

"I suppose, ma'am." Dwight said, shrugging as he walked over to the chair and handed her the coat, "There you go, ma'am."

Thoughts ran through is mind. She was royalty, and he was just the son of a farmer with a career in the military. She was just trying to seduce him, get him to do her bidding. But perhaps, she wasn't. She actually meant it. He didn't know what to believe, and simply just kept his stoic self. It would be the best course of action.
