Rin was in his bed reading a book. The book was on the myth of Venus that cursed the school. He chuckled at the book and put it down. The new school year is starting and he was excited to see the new students.

Luke: "aw, f- " I began but stopped myself. It was morning, more importantly the Morning of the first day of high school. I had always had a bad habit of cursing but after considering it figured i'd try to quit. It wasn't as easy as everyone said and I often found myself failing rather than succeeding in this goal. The time was 9:00 I was already running late. Luckily for me I lived just a few blocks down and was able to walk. "bye mom bye dad" I yelled as I shut the front door. I grasped my backpack handle tight. It was only over one arm, for I felt it pointless to hold it with both arms, if it only required one. The truth was, I was extremely nervous. "what will this school be like? Is it bad that Im late?" I thought. I tried shrugging the thoughts off and continued.

Devon was walking to school. She was starting a new year and she was looking forward to baking. She sang a tone all the way there.
