Angelo squeezed the trigger, sending the burst of 9mm rounds downrange, pinning the two Enforcers down. They wildly fired back, their shots slamming into the walls around Angelo's head. Angelo carefully released the pin on a flashbang grenade, counting to 2, he chucked it out the window. It detonated just above the cartel member's heads, both collapsing instantly from the blinding light and horrifying bang. The leader of the cartel members brought his RPK light machine gun around, tearing up the support column Angelo had taken cover behind.

Kurt had kept his MP5SD rattling almost continuously, stopping only to reload or reacquire a target. Having taken down two of the enforcers, he was on a roll. He sprinted out into the yard, lept over the hood of the heavily damaged van, and slammed his MP5's butt into one of the men's heads. The other wheeled around, catching a fist in the face, he dropped his gun, and started to swing wildly, knocking Kurt's gun out of his hands. Kurt jumped forward, drawing his combat knife and bringing it into the man's throat. A gunshot sounded, and Kurt felt the impact of a pistol round into his Kevlar vest. His momentum pushed him into the cartel man, and the two fell to the ground. Another gunshot sounded, and a bullet bit the dirt next to his face. He rolled the cartel man on top of him, and the next round bored through his chest. Kurt rolled over, and lept up. He came face to face with one of the men, and slashed his knife reactively into the other's thigh. He shrugged it off, and Kurt backed up, drawing his handgun and firing twice into the cartel man's chest. Again, the man shrugged it off, and rushed forward, Kurt fired 2 more shots, the man showing almost no reaction. Kurt braced for the impact, swinging his pistol around into his forehead. As the two fell, Angelo sprinted around the corner from his own gun duel, drawing his own knife, and shoving it straight into the man's skull. The man let out a blood-curdling scream, and seized up.
"Let's go amigo, no need to stay around here."
"I'll second that. I have some things to get, but let's roll."

An hour later, the Jeep again pulled out of that garage, this time packed full of bags...curious bags.
