C'mon, look farther than that. The Last of Us is hype because it's trying to be memorable because of the relations of the characters. That's a plus when every other game is centered around high octane action and or shooting aliens. Not only that, but I think it may raise up the bar inmensely when it comes to polishing games. Have you looked at the mad quality the sounds have? Dem crunching noise and voice acting. And the animations, jesus christ, did you see him interact with the wall as he was running past it? And will you look at dat atmosphere/enviroment, it's just so beautiful. The attention to detail is great, and I'm hoping that TLoU will mark more or less the jump to the next-gen quality in games.
And I always love a good survival experience. Nice survival horror or survival games in general have been lacking nowadays.
I'm loving the direction Naughty dog is taking. I think it's goin towards the 'adult' thing. A nice Crash or Jak game wouldn't hurt, but I don't mind it if they don't release another game, I guess.
Oh right, Watch Dogs is pumping me up so good too. The AI looked like it was something. And Metal Gear Solid Zero's Ground also looked more than beautiful. Here's hoping it's as good as the rain looks.
