This is probably the wrong section for such a query, but i'll do my best to answer it anyway, seems only fair.
Obviously, the first thing that would be suggested to you is to GM your own RP, and though that may seem like a daunting prospect, it doesn't have to be if the right people join your roleplay, and these people are up for simply creating a good story and having some fun. It doesn't always happen, but when the right players join, it becomes a much simpler task.
Secondly, may I ask what section you are looking in? If you are new to the forum then chances are you may not actually be scanning every interest check or OOC for something you could enjoy. If all you have done so far is look at this current section of 'Interest Checks', may I suggest taking a look at the other Interest Check sections? This paticular area of the forum sees less roleplays than the aforementioned sections.
Check the following for roleplays you may be interested in, if you haven't already.
General Interest Checks
Free Interest Checks
Casual Interest Checks
Advanced Interest Checks
Heck, even check the 1x1 interest checks if you're into it, there are always some interesting and new roleplays popping up down there if you can find someone to play with.
Obviously this is advice given to you without knowledge of your roleplaying ability, but looking through all of those sections should yield some results.
Other than that, may want to ask the mods to move this to an appropriate section
