Losing TIE's isn't his fault, to be honest. Fighter battles are fighter battles, and the Rebellion has better equipment and usually better pilots do to the short lifespan of TIE pilots.
Well when the loss rate is 140% of the losses that the Republic suffered, that ain't so great.

Brief Bio: Born on the planet Coruscant to wealthy parents. It was only natural that Tironos join the Imperial navy and become a officer on one of the many ships the empire still controlled. But that was not what life had in store for him and soon he was recruited into the Intelligence agency after he helped the agency with a case of theirs about some smugglers shipping in illegal arms to the New republic which the empire treats as if they are nothing but a bunch of Rebels. From here he moved up the ranks and now is serving with the major of the intelligence agency

Notes: Although he is with the Imperials. He is not happy with the current ways the imperials are fighting the war. He feels that the imperials are wasteing troops lives for no reasons and wishs that they would just build droids and send them on sucide missions not humans who have a family to care for.
