"Alright, David you go into Room 108," Jennele said, out of breath as she hurried down the halls. At the sight of him not cooperating, she turned her head, "And that is an order!" She called.

"Since when can petty little nurses order us around?" David asked rudely.

"Since somebody sat on their butt all day while the nurses worked. You'd better hurry, this is an emergency!" Jennele called as she turned through the white halls. Her reflection was displayed perfectly in the tiles as she dashed down the hall. She raced down the steps, skipping them by twos. This was day-to-day life at Dameron Hospital. It was a busy hospital full of patients, and one second missed could mean the difference between life and death.

Daniel sat in the black chair while surgeons were performing surgery on his mother. It killed him to think of his mother getting surgery, but he had to deal with it. He swallowed, trying to relax himself. It was hard to deal with, feeling like nobody was there for him yet having to be there for someone else.

Katie Had been running to room to room. " Ugh all this hard work.." She sighed and ran to the Next room " Just hope Jack can make it here and take me a ride home!" She cheered.


Mary Had woken up she felt sick again. Mary Walked over to her Closet and opened It. She picked out Blue dark jeans,And A green shirt. Mary got her toast ready and ate while reading her book it was hard living alone but she made it alive somehow.Mary Drank tea and walked out of her house,Just waiting for the Bus.She was going to try and visit her sister or talk to her.

When Jennele entered the room, her faced turned red. She dropped her pill bottles as tears swelled her eyes, and for a moment, there was silence. She was frozen, as though she had been stuck in Antarctica for many years. Tears fell from her cheeks, and she had to make a call. She dialed on the phone, which was in the room. "Katie," She said when she answered the room. "Another one's gone. And you'll never guess who-"
Daniel sat impatiently, constantly fidgeting. Nurses raced through the halls. Wow, these people are really dedicated. They don't seem to be in it for the money, but rather in it for the people. I'm glad my Mom can be in such a loving hospital, he thought. Through the chaos, the phone kept on ringing, over and over again at the service desk. It certaintly was a busy place!

Katie Stopped Running and pushed through a door " What!" She yelled.


Mary had got inside of the Bus and sat down.She sitting next to a little girl which had Hazel eyes,Pink headband and her uniform.Mary got to know the Kid and they both started making funny faces.Soon as the Bus stopped it was time for Mary to leave.She said Her good bye and walked out.She Took a deep breath and started to Walk over to the Hospital.

"Dehco died." Dehco was an African man who traveled here overseas when he was only three years old, but he still practiced his African religion and knows their culture. He was the smartest man that Jennele had ever known, and she really respected him and used him as a role model. It was hard to see him gone; for throughout his time at the hospital, when things were slow at night, Dehco was always awake, researching, studying, learning everything he could. Jenelle spent a lot of time with him at night, and had really started to like him. The thought of him being dead was one of the worst things that Jennele could possibly imagine! He came into the hospital with cancer, but that didn't stop him. And it never did.

Katie tried to cheer Jenelle Up in till she saw her sister enter " I'll be there in a sec" added Katie and hanged up on Jenelle she walked over to Mary and frowned " I thought i told you to never talk to me.." She angrily said and peeked as she saw Mary hold a rose she paused and sighed.

" But sis here!" She smiled and gave her a rose which she had picked from the ground on her way here. She asked " Wheres Jenelle?"

" Don't bother her she's having a hard time" She quietly said and walked away towards Jenelle.

Mary Felt sad her sister hated her and she didn't have any friends She walked inside then something started to hurt her making her slid down on the floor.

Daniel watched the whole scene. Suddenly, Mary slid onto the floor. "Are you okay?" He asked her, standing up.
Jennel bit her lip, and stepped into the room. "I just can't watch you go!" She told him, even though she knew he wasn't hearing her, anyways. She sniffled. "You can't leave!"

Mary looked up at the Boy " Yeah im ....Fine."


Katie Ran over to Jenelle " Jenelle!" She cried out and ran over to her. " Look its alright okay" Katie Said she wasn't Very good Cheering people Up.Katie Hugged Jenelle but she suddenly Felt a tear in her eyes.Katie Put her hands in her eyes wiping off the tears.

Daniel nodded and sat down, crossing his arms and staring at the clock anxiously. He wanted to know everything; what was going on? Was everything okay? He was very curious about his mother's situation.

Jennele looked down. "How did this happen?" She whimpered, pressing her hands into her face and sniffling. "This was so unexpected!" She went closer to him to close his eyes, which were cold to the touch.

Katie glared down on the floor feeling sorry for Her best friend Jenelle.

Mary Look at the kid " Can i ask wheres Jenelle?" Mary asked as she stood up glaring down at the boy with soulless eyes.
