Mm, that was the first really compelling one that sprung to mind. The others are more or less filler by comparison.

Yeah, I figured that might be kind of silly, but if you want chaos, that would be sure to do the trick.

play with physics and darwins law. for every action theres an opposite reaction. maybe when the enemies get hit, they just stand there... dead.... creepy. or if someone tries to jump... they fall through the celing back to their original spot. like in portal when u put one on the celing and one on the floor. u fall when u jump and when you sneeze, ur head expands. ohh and footsteps only occur after you stand still. like a delayed effect lol

I'd come up with a big 'ol list of stuff that *could* happen, so you have it in your back pocket. Roll a d100 or something? Maybe make odd numbers good-things and even numbers bad-things?

I'd maybe have 3 lists: Tall, Grande, and Venti. to pull from depending on how close they are or how 'overlapped' the worlds are in an area. (trenti for *in the void*)

    Ideas for you list:
Tall - inconsequential, no alteration to stats, more visual and roleplaing things.

    Door won't open sometimes.
Physical changes; pink hair, voice pitch, etc
    Laughing-gas-effect
    purple rain!

Grande - medium, a few changes in stats but. Small and buffs and demerits but nothing that puts them in mortal danger.

Doors that lead to a different part of the house than they should
Small changes in the map, such as a fork in the road
appearance of creates and monsters that are extinct/impossible.
    rain of bloooood!

Venti - major changes in stats and environmental, quite possible to die... or be invincible.
door leads to THE PLANE OF FIRE
    BIG EARTHQUAKES
    GIANT JELLYFISH INVAIONS
    FIRE RAIN

Speaking of dice... perhaps for a time you 'mix up' the numbers on a d20. soo say... 3=20, 5=9 however you want to do it. So they roll the dice, but the results are not what they think at first (hid your chart, and don't let them figure out which number is which!)

lol my ideas are not great but I think the system will work! good luck!
