Yay! Still want a second character if possible, but if you still don't want me to have one that's fine too.

Now, I must go, My people need me!

Fair enough. Alright, I'll get working on a CS. Bonus points to anyone who can name the historical figure his bio is based on.

Something like it exists. But it's a fantasy world. Christian overtones/allegory might apply, but the word "Christian" probably doesn't exist.

    Name: Desmond Yaith

    Gender: Male
    Age: 37
    Occupation: Undertaker/Gravedigger
    Domain: Demi God of Death

Personality: There is no such thing as a happy conversation when you talk to Desmond and he barely focuses on people he deems aren't worthy of his attention, he prefers the company of the dead than that of the living. Desmond is never one to complain and rarely get's angry, believing everything bad that happens to be another one of life's many inconveniences.

Bio: Desmond cannot remember his mother or his fathers face, from an early age he was treated different always referred by other childrens as the freak orphan. Desmonds had been taken in by a church when his parents abandoned him his adoptive father the vicar there looked after him well and clothed, fed and taught him. He also did his best to protect him from the various alleges that Desmond suffered from the various villagers in the village they lived in. The villagers accused him of talking to the dead. They said he was possessed by evil spirits and brought bad luck on the village, the Vicar told them that Desmond was only a boy he was just messing around. Desmond stopped doing things that the villagers didn't like and eventually they left him alone.

After several years had past and Desmond's "father" had died from pneumonia another Vicar took over the church appointing Desmond as a gravedigger and the Undertaker, Desmond enjoyed this line of work as it allowed him to spend the majority of his time in the Churches catacombs preparing bodies for burial. Though he finds digging graves a pain it's just one of life's many inconveniences.

Accepted. Though "Church" might be changed to "Temple" or something. I'm not sure. Leave as is for now.

I have an idea that the characters become Demi Gods from a single magical Source (Perhaps the Earth, or a Source of thinking Energy, or a magical Crystal) Or a genuine god of yore. Would characters like to choose one of those ideas, and which choice would it be?

Wouldn't make much sense to receive Sun power from the Earth. Gifts from gods would seem likely. I could understand a god of enlightenment and innocence bestowing power upon my character.

Ah, by Earth I meant Nature, but I see your point. What do people think of the Final Fantasy approach to this? (An uber, living, intelligent Crystal)?

It presents an obvious MacGuffin for sure. Forces of evil trying to control the crystal, we trying to defend it or use it for good or whatever.
