Alias: Frost
Age: looks to be 17, but he doesn't really age anymore.

Bio: Alex doesn't remember anything from before he was kidnapped. It was a snow day. He was playing in the street. And somebody took him. He didn't know who, but he could hear people screaming. His name. Alexander. He blacked out after that. He would occasionally regain consciousness as the experiments were run, but was soon put back to sleep. There eventually came a time when he was allowed to stay awake. He was with other kids. At that time he had brown hair. He wore three layers of clothing due to the extreme cold.
Eventually his friends... No... His siblings began to die off as the experiments continued. What was the point? He'd always ask. It was the same. They wanted to create a human weapon. They wanted a weapon that they could control. The other kids couldn't take it. That's what he was told. As time passed his hair became snow white and his skin became paler. He ended up being what they wanted.
It was the last day of testing. His abilities were being scaled. He did very well. Better than expected. Now all that was left was to learn control. A scientists put her hand on his shoulder to lead him out of the testing room, but on contact she began to freeze. She cried out, but it was too late. Soon Alex was given a staff. Using it he could channel and help regulate his powers until he was strong enough to control them alone.
That same day. The building he had been experimented on and tested in was attacked. He thought he wouldn't make it out. But he was saved by a woman he didn't know. And the people who'd taken him were put on trial and sentenced to life in prison. Now after a year, he's finally begun to understand what he wants. He wants to try and protect people with the power he was given. He also hopes to one day meet the woman who saved him.
Powers:
1) He can freeze virtually anything he or his staff touches. Although if he doesn't have his staff he begins to freeze anything he comes in contact with uncontrollably.
2) He can fly.
3) He can control winter weather. This includes summoning the winds, cold, snow, ice, etc.
Other: The one who saved him was Nova's character.
Theme: I might add one later.

Bio: His parents hated him for the way he was born and sent him away to an orphanage. He lived there most of his life, thinking of the other kids there as his brothers and sisters. A few of them still didn't like him, neither did the adopting couples, but he was liked by most. He eventually discovered his powers, and tried working to control them, almost burning down the orphanage a few times. He had to leave when he turned 18 and by then, he had mastered his powers and sought to use them for good.
Powers: Can produce blue flames, mostly keeping them small, as they are harder to control the bigger they are
Personality: He's soft and kind-hearted when he wants to be, tough and serious when he needs to be, and sheltered and antisocial the rest of the time.

Bio: When she was young, she got into disassembling things and turning them into different things. Her parents would yell at her when she took apart things they gave her to make something else, but she did it anyway, as she enjoyed it. As she grew up, she heard about other heroes and started wanting to help people, so she learned self-defense skills. She still did her tinkering on the side and started making something for her to fly on. She had several prototypes before she finally was able to make one she could use. She also made herself a bow and a gun, also getting a knife. She then started helping as many people as she could, even sometimes meeting heroes like she always wanted to.
Powers: None, she's normal
Personality: She very upbeat and optimistic, happy most of the time. She can get serious sometimes, but she's mostly just a smiling goof. She's easy to get along with and make friends.

Bio: Glenda was orphaned at a young age, her parents couldn't handle a child and were forced to give her away. While Glenda was growing up she came up with the nickname Fortune not liking her real name, during most of her life she was a thief stealing things and for people or selling them to people, It is unknown how she be came part of S.H.I.E.L.D.
Powers: Augmented strength and she has a some a type of ability to sense people and how they are feeling emotionally
