Nope. America's also over $1.6 trillion in debt, with national interest adding $50,000 every second. And I love seeing people defend America's economy (meaning I've discussed this in the past), saying 'America has the best economy in the world! We're $1.6 trillion in debt and the annual income is approx. $2 trillion, so fuck you, yeah, America!' etc. Clearly not understanding how economies work. If $1.6tr of that $2tr went into repaying the national debt then America wouldn't be able to pay the $711bln weapons manufacturing contracts (considering they'd have only approx. $400bln), therefore fucking itself over again, not to mention the thousands of other things America has going. And these people take the 'America is the best at everything!' route... fuck sake, internet.

Actually, wrong. The relationship between our GDP and our debt is a lot better than some other countries out there. We're by no means the best, but we're not the worst out of the First World.

Yeah the only thing we're leading the world in is debt and violence per capita >_> and unfortunately our population is made up majority of people that don't really understand what's going on. But hey my life is comfortable so I guess I don't really have much room to complain

It's just a shame that if Greece goes bankrupt and has to leave the eurozone, the whole euro falls apart. If it weren't for that we would totally let Greece burn to the ground while we watch our economies recover.
