Many people would find her beliefs depressing, but she takes great comfort in believing she has nothing to live up to, no rules to follow, and no God to worship. She is extremely artistic, advanced in drawing and painting, even having some works of art sold at a good price. She is pregnant and not so happy about it.
If she found out that the days were repeating themselves, she would continue on without a care, believing it merely confirms her nihilism beliefs.
Bio: Born and raised by a family of high moral and religious values, Ramona lived miserably. Her beliefs differed greatly from that of her parents, and no matter how hard they tried to convert her, they failed miserably. This resulted in them becoming more strict with her social life, losing all trust in her, and becoming too stubborn to listen to her. With no one to go to for her problems, Ramona soon learned to confide in only herself. With her loose morals and poor judgement in men, her life was spiraling downwards at a speed that could not be stopped.
Soon enough, she found herself to be pregnant, the father of which was a family friend by the name of Derek. The parents he belonged to were very close to Ramona's parents, and he faced the same problems in his family life as she did. The parents of both Ramona and Derek came upon the agreement they would force the two teenagers to marry, seeing as having a child out of wedlock would cause the church to shun them.
Ramona and Derek were outraged by this decision, being forced to marry eachother for what they perceived to be of no reason. Although they had no quarrel with one another, they were very close friends, and mutually decided to get a divorce as soon as they were adults. In a very short time, things changed drastically with Derek. He grew angrier and angrier with each passing day, screaming at Ramona for the smallest of things and blaming her for their predicament. He then ordered Ramona to abort the child, which by now had a beating heart and was considered alive. Refusing to do so, he hit her repeatedly, threatening that if she didn't abort the child he would cause her to miscarry.
With tears in her eyes, she ran far away, all the way to the other side of town. All day she would think about her options. Even if she aborted the baby, things had changed between her and Derek and would probably never go back to normal. She had no friends. Her family didn't trust her. If she kept the baby, she would have no help in raising it. Nowhere to go but home where the child would either be killed or abused by Derek and live as miserable a life as she had.
She finally makes a decision.
She takes out a gun.
Aims it at her head.
And now she is dead.
