Yes, that does.
In other news, I certainly do enjoy the fact that someone actually made another "mass production model" for the Unaff! Although I have to say, if it is a real robot in design and has extremely high quality control, chances are it's a quite old model of Unaff mecha, since the Unaff rely almost entirely nowadays on experimental tech to get them through fights with the almost flawless construction of the HLE mecha.
In other news, I'd like to get your guys' opinions on your perceptions of the two factions. I've noticed most people are leaning heavily towards the Unaff, and I'd like to know why, mostly.
That, and it'll be really hard to run the two-pronged campaign (Unaff and HLE side) with Unaff so heavily stacked. Neither side are meant to be the "good guys", per se, both of them have very serious flaws in their governance, and both are essentially corrupt.
Overall, pleased with the overall effort of people, although I would ask you to switch the origin to something that more accurately fits the setting, such as "Unaff Custom Model" or something like that, Vance.
In terms of the energy consumption of the Untorrha, it's good that you pointed out the issues in it in a bane. Realistically, that many weapons would be problematic at best to use without serious energy drain, and you'd have to ditch one of your weapons just to use the Immediate Knife.
As long as you aren't planning on screaming, "FIRE EVERYTHING" and blasting everything with massive, massive amounts of firepower, you will probably do fine.
