Actually, I get it.

The Tallgeese is essentially using a Thumper cannon from the Unganze on its frame. Not the same gun, I recognize, but the same overall drawbacks.

And yes, I am vaguely worried about HLE having only two pilots at the moment. Not because of PvP potential (There probably won't be much PvP, unless specifically requested), but because of the fact that I'd rather have more than one person to tell the HLE's side of the story to.

You guys are going to be progressing through a certain plotline on both sides, and it's interesting to see the combination of the two plots and how they link into each other.

What I WOULD suggest is marking it down as a variant on the Unarze, possibly Me-002b instead of Me-005. But that's my opinion.

Decided against changing the designation in the end. Main reasons include that I wanted to introduce the HWP mechas as having been part of the Unaff military before, which would mean that they had their own designation to begin with, rather than getting a sub-designation of another model. I also wanted the Untorrha to be newer than the Unarze, added more like an afterthought after the Unganze was seen to need support from smaller units to operate at full capacity. That would set it, age-wise, slightly after the Unganze, which was also reflected in it having, without its perks, the same stat level as the Unganze.

Changed some parts about the mecha's bio regarding to that:

The initial deployment phase of the “Unganze” model had seen the massive mecha frequently swarmed by smaller enemies, which pressured the Unaff into complementing their new giant with smaller support units. While the old “Unarze” model suited the role of close to mid-range support just fine, the Confederacy deemed their HWP mechas too old for the job, since the HWP series hadn't seen any major changes for quite some time. In order to provide mid to long-range fire support that was could actually hit smaller and faster targets while still keeping the ability to put hurt on more durable enemies, the Unaff military ordered the HWPs to undergo a wide range of upgrades to bring them up to that time's standards.

The amount of resources poured into the quick development of the model while maintaining quality, and then turning it into a product ready for mass production proved higher than anticipated though, and in the end a great deal of newly designed weaponry got scrapped in the planning phase. Instead, the Untorrha usually wields a mixture of adapted versions of already existing systems for the most part, though the generally good combat performances of the model, especially in the formation it has been initially designed for, could lead to more investments into weapon and support systems in the future.

Main change was to replace it being ordered to be built from scratch to it being a heavily upgraded version of the previous HWP, to explain how it got deployed relatively quickly after the Unganze. Also changed the designation to "UGM-Me005bm19" accordingly.

If anything of the stuff I made up about HWPs and Unaff military conflicts with what you got planned out, I'll gladly change it to whatever works.

Really, I made the descriptions of various stuff before the actual game starts rather vague to allow people to make more creative decisions, that, and it saves me work.
