The Shield or Captain America?

These two superheroes are extremely similar. I am not too big of a fan of either of the super-heroes, but let's get to the point right? Who do you think would win in a straight up death-match at Area 51 and why? (No Rules) If you don't know the fighters, here:

Shield. Says it in the abilities: Invulnerable.

Capt is vulnerable.

You take two dudes with equal strength, similar abilties, but one is "tough as hell" and the other is flat out invulnerable? Answer is pretty obvious who is going to win. Regardless of what Capt does, he can't hurt The Shield. Add on to it that the Shield's uniform is "indestructible" while Capt's shield is the only indestructible thing he has going for him....yeah, think we know where this is going.

The only way Capt can win, is if he can use his superior tactics to his advantage. But that only applies if there are terrain features he can take advantage of to trap the Shield, or rules like a boxing ring, etc. And even then, being at that much of a disadvantage, it comes down his his plan working before he wears out and gets kicked to the curb.

Well, considering that 'The Shield' was actually Norman flip'n Osborne in disguise and a stolen ironman outfit... um... Yeah... kinda obvious...
