Anyways... I've held off on posting because to be honest, I've no clue if we're moving to a new IC or not. Once that's decided, I will post accordingly.

@Shousei Mizutani:

- Get rid of the large Chakra pool. I just feel it overdoes things. >_>
- Earth Spear is a pretty OP jutsu, despite it listed as a "B-rank". I mean, it gives you near-absolute defense, while allowing you to have amazing taijutsu. I won't let you have Earth Spear, but perhaps a weaker variation instead.
- Sanguine Style: Barrier - How fast can the defense be created, and how powerful is it?
- Sanguine Style: Crimson Fist - How fast can he make spikes, and/or elongate the armor?
- Sanguine Style: Bloody Mary - Denied. It LITERALLY is Godmod No Jutsu. e.o
- That means Crimson Death is denied, unless you can modify it to not require Bloody Mary. As well as weaken it, maybe?

Tamakaze Gentatsu:

- Everyone knows that Puppet-Users are the most OP things to ever exist (except for Time-Space users, and Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan Wielders). That's just a disclaimer.
- How many puppets can he control at once? All five of 'em? The answer to this question will either make me to weaken Tamakaze more or less.
- Read the restrictions section, and read the part about poison. We made it for occasions such as this.
- 300 kunai and senbon in the tiger.
- No to Red Peacock. Just no. Give it something different.
- Vacuum Wave is pretty undodgeable. I'll be fair, but for compensation I ask that the range is only up to 5-10m, and the further the target it, the less potent the jutsu is. Anyone hit in the 10m mark suffers pretty nice scratches at max, while someone in the 5m range can die from deep wounds.

@Yūhi Jikankizami:

- No to the amounts of exploding tags he has. I'll be nice and give you a number for you. We'll say 25 tags. That's enough for a couple of battles, off the bat.
- 100 sheets of paper, not 100,000.
- 10 bottles of inks and quills
- No to the metal Shuriken. It's like a scatter bomb that no one knows is a scatter bomb. :| It's like the Shadow Shuriken jutsu, without the need for the jutsu. Just get rid of the metal shuriken. You have enough paper to create about 100 paper shurikens, you don't need the Metal shuriken and they're basically OP
- No to Dance of the Shikigami. It's OP. No debate. Heck, I was even denied of it on the other thread with Orfeo, and I'm a lot more innocent looking than you (and had less jutsu, power, and e'rething).
- I'll allow Paper Person of God, but it required 2 posts of preperation (this can't be a jutsu that just -poof- happens). On the bright side, I'll pretend the jutsu creates paper, rather than use your own paper, so that you won't waste your supplies.
- Paper clones can only be in the appearance of Yuuhi, can easily be identified as made of paper. I'll allow the mixing of tags into the jutsu.
- Mirrored Sudden Attackers use up the User's Chakra. No fighting this one. I remember Lyfe forced me to do this, when I had it long ago. If he realized the OP potential of it, and weakened it, then it's no question we should to.
- Pressure damage will be minimized from all ranges to Short-Mid range.
- I don't see why applying Vacuum Blade on a Paper Shuriken is more efficient, so the efficiency is the same as if it was applied to a metal shuriken.
- Sunset Rose only requires 88 tags, since I lowered the amount of paper you have.

@Chau Amanojoku:

- As I ask everyone, I require a numerical approximation of how much of each item she has. That way you don't blatantly spam things.
- No to Genjutsu Immunity and Immunity from Chakra defects. I don't care how much it makes sense. It makes Chau OP, especially since she is already a Ninjutsu master (with Superior Chakra Reserves and Superb Chakra Control)
- Chau's wings require 10% of chakra for activation, and 2% of chakra per second (about 2-10 per post) to keep them active.
- Just by looking at the forehead seal won't put someone in a Genjutsu at all. All other aspects of it can be kept however.
- Remove three jutsu before I even begin judging them. As always, I'm comparing your shinobi with all other shinobi, and the more powerful ones usually get less jutsus.

@Kaguya Izuma:

- Shikotsumyaku takes buttloads of chakra, and relying on it as the primary offense will drain him of chakra within a couple of posts/minutes.
- Just making small bits of bones, or a quick bone-sword can be done without much chakra cost, but anything more than that (like his jutsu) are what require all the buttloads of chakra.
- Since all his jutsu correlate to the Shikotsumyaku, giving it such a high cost will be enough. :3
- I suggest giving him a normal sword, so he doesn't run out of chakra immediately. I mean, he's a Taijutsu/Kenjutsu master so he should be able to hold his own.
- Give him a History before I ever accept him.

@Hyuga Takeo:

- Weaken him in all aspects. His dojutsu, with his excellent Chakra control/Ninjutsu/Taijutsu, make him OP in every arena. e.o I can't even...
- Just weaken everything.
- And remove 4-5 jutsu. >_>

I won't lie he had a small degree of ninjutsu but, he was a master at it. Only that slight amount he did have due to being completely based from Gentle Fist training and such. He's a byakugan/taijutsu master. That's about it. Welp got only one now. I miss my healing technique. T.T
