Ghost Recon-esque RP

Never played the game.

-Knowledge of Assault, Suport, and Capture, and Resserve teams are well-understood and drilled for capturing NATO missile-bases with as few as a dozen airdropped Spetsnaz.
(Airfields may have been gassed/slimed to delay operation until air-assualt forces could be sent)

Wait... assassination? Are we both reading the same manual?

Can't we just capture a North Korean VORTAC station and lift it out with a CH-53E?

Um.. okay, my world used to make sense. The same manual..? I'm talking about a fictional group, who therefor have fictional rights and ROE. If you don't quite approve of the plot to the story, I completely understand, but the Ghosts do engage in high-priority-target kill/capture missions, which more often than not result in a kill, rather than a capture. They have also been sent out on missions who's objective was only to kill a target, with no intention of capturing or detaining him. In short, Foster, yes, assassination. Meanwhile, about five men, including myself is fine, and I think registration should close now or soon. A sniper is fully possible, Ghost teams can split into Alpha/Bravo/Charlie, with Charlie being a one man sniper group, and Alpha and Bravo being assault groups.

Also, Foster, you seem to have an extensive knowledge of special forces groups. Think of us more like GROM or a secret police type thing, rather than the SEALs or MI6. For all intents and purposes, the Ghosts are wetworkers. They don't always set out to kill, but... that's the plot to this RP.

Ghost Lead (myself? We could vote, although the sniper is right out, sorry. ) Yes, there's Ghost Lead, who leads the overall squad and Alpha team, and there's Ghost-One, who leads Bravo and acts as a second in command. Not much of a chain-of-command, since Ghosts are not expected to die, so usually Ghost Lead's word is law. His word comes down from Higher.

You did find me first, so Ghost-One and leader of Bravo team is fully acceptable. Oh, and the sniper would be the leader of Charlie, since he's the only one on Charlie. ^.^ You get perks! So, all in all, we have five members who'd really like to RP, and one man (Foster) who confused me into oblivion. I honestly don't know if he came here to express interest or just inform me of things. >.<
