A plea for help has come from the Hive World Ichar IV, A portal from the warp has been opened, and the forces of Khorne have descended upon the planet, slaughtering most of the Imperial Guard Regiment stationed on the planet, and now they have infested the hive cities, killing and corrupting the helpless citizens and followers of the god emperor of mankind, Several Chapters of the Adeptus Astartes are gathering to initiate a full scale assault to take back the hive planet and drive out the followers of the blood god, but one Chapter has answered the call to help immediately: The Salamanders

This will not be easy, many battle brothers will fall on this day, but one thing is for certain: We cannot allow this world to fall, we must hold off the heretics until our fellow Astartes can come and assist the planet, always remember the words of our revered Primarch: On the Anvil of War are the strong tempered and the weak made to perish, thus are men's souls tested as metal in the forge's fire. We will test ourselves on this day, and by the might of the emperor, we shall not fail

Bio: Although he is relatively young he has more than earned his right to be the Chaplain of First Company. He has presided over many neophytes entering into the Salamander's, he had been stationed on Nocturne for 25 years before being transferred back to active combat duty. Well respected by all his brothers he is expected to one day take the mantle of High Chaplain, he generally waves this praise off however, he is extremely patient even by the standards of the Salamander's, his calm collected manner never seems to even shake. Nothing at all appears to phase him calmly assessing each thing as it comes along. This campaign will be memorable for him because this campaign will finally earn him his first brand on his face.

Having just recently been transferred to the First Company he is just getting to know all his battle brothers. He is always available for any marine to talk to or pray with. He has a highly regular ritual every morning he performs his private prayers with only his squad and then leads public prayers for the entire company. His reverence for both Vulkan and the Emperor is unquestionable, venerating the Emperor and Vulkan equally.
