So pretty much the plot is that Sasuke's sister(not a canon character) followed Sasuke when he went to the Uchiha settlement. She became depressed after seeing her brother, Itachi Uchiha over the dead bodies. She became part of Sasuke, and even followed him to Orochimaru, where she lost control of her sharigan and became a killer. Read my siggy for more info.
