Orchids Academy for the Unusually Gifted

Somewhere in America lies a school for gifted young men and women.

Not only are these people gifted with strength or intelligence, but magical and spiritual

ability as well. This school, Orchids Academy, helps these youths to hone their abilities

and use them properly. However, corruption in the administration has led to a structured

hierarchy among staff and students alike, creating an atmosphere of strife and agitation.

Battles break out, and lives have been lost. To prevent further loss, a yearly tournament

was set up. Any wishing to participate would battle in rounds, until a champion was

crowned, and given special privilege in the school. This is the Orchids Bout. The ultimate

test of power and control. Another year arrives, and with it, the Orchids Bout begins again.

Who will win? who will fall?

    The answer lies within you.

It was a warm and breezy morning in September. Verran Cornelius Stared down at his handbook with a bored expression. "Same crap every year." He thought to himself. He returns it back to his bag and turns his attention to the splendid building before him. It had a sort of Gothic build, but the architecture was in a league of it's own. He walks towards the grand oak and iron doors, joining the rest of the crowd in the frantic first day confusion.

    September 17th, 2012 9:30AM

Verran sits in his desk in room 11-B as he waits for the class to begin. He scans around the room, sizing up his classmates. "Looks like I've got no problems this year." He says. He spins a suspended coin between his fingers, aiming it mockingly at other students in the room. Upon returning his aim to the front he finds his homeroom supervisor, High Mage Wilkis. A stern and old fashioned man, Wilkis snatches the coin up from him, promptly stashing it in his pocket. "A little restless this year Mr. Cornelius?" He asks. Verran gives a smug smile. "Well can you blame me Professor? I've got all this talent and nothing to test it on." Wilkis sneers and turns from him, grumbling to himself as he makes to begin the day. "Now then! In your seats and pay attention! When your name is called come see me to receive your schedule's!" He then goes down his list, calling everyone up one at a time. Verran accepts his own schedule and returns to his seat, looking it over.

Verran stows the schedule in his bag and leans back in his chair. "Well I certainly don't need that General crap." He says with a grin. "Looks like I've got a great day ahead of me." As the bells chime for the day to begin he heads out of the classroom. After some pointless wandering he finds his way to the Central park at the center of the school. He sits down on a bench and watches the branches of the trees wave in the breeze. Looking across from him he spots a familiar face. His younger sister Alicia smiles warmly over at him before coming to sit. "This place is very beautiful. You would never think it's a school just by looking at it." She says with a tone of innocence. Verran smiles and nods. "It is quite the beauty isn't it?" He agrees. "Although some of the people inside it could really use a makeover." His sister giggles and she to looks out towards the trees. "So whats it like? The bout I mean." She asks casually. Verran looks at her then back to the trees. "Like nothing else in the world." He answers. It was then that an explosion drew their attention. Smoke poured into the sky from the Eastern entrance of the school, and the two siblings head off to investigate.

    Classroom 10-A
    Subject: Homeroom

Cynthia enters in finds her seat careful not set on her long platinum hair which today is tied with a beautiful blue bow behind her head.
A short girl for 15 years old with pale alabaster skin it's only her blue eyes that prove she's not an albino.
Shy she rarely talks to her fellow classmates, some even having dubbed her ”The Ice Princess” because they don't understand her aversion to touching other people.
Cynthia opens her book for her next class while she waits for homeroom to start and begins to prepare herself.
She ignored few looks she gets and the catty way some other girls talk about her. They all were so jealous of her because she got better grades than they did.
The orchid bout was on many of the other students minds, in fact this time of year and it always seemed to be all they could talk about.
Cynthia didn't really care, her only talent was healing and even though she could take more damage than any others her talent prevented her from fighting. The instructors thought that perhaps it was simply a mental aversion to it, it was more than that. She good sense others in pain if they were within 100 feet of her; and then no matter what she did she had to help them, it was like a hunger.

    Monday, September 17th, 2012 8:00AM~

Tobi awoke in his academy dorm that warm September morning. It was his ninth September here at Orchid's. Nine years he's lived in that dorm, and nine years he has avoided the Bout. This year would make it his tenth, and the next would make it his eleventh. Tobi has lived in this school for basically all his life now. He remember's that he used to have a different home, but the memories are so far behind they're lost to him. Getting up from his bed, Tobi walked over to the table by the door and picked up the new student handbook that was resting on top of it. Even though the handbook was labeled as new, Tobi knew better than to take is as a whole new thing. The books are just in fact copies of the previous year's book, word for word. The only thing that changes that allows the staff to classify the book as new was the rules. Every so often a new rule would be added to the book, something insignificant in all honesty. Though a rule would always be placed in, because every year a few students would find loopholes in the rules and abuse them.

Chucking the book into the small trash bin by his bed, Tobi headed into his closet and got dressed. His outfit for the day consisted of a plain white t-shirt, a pair of black jeans and socks, and a gray zip-up hoodie that hung loosely over his frame. Inside his jean's pocket, on the left side, were four stainless steel ball bearings. All four were about half an inch in diameter. Tobi pulled one out of his pocket and, with his powers, he unlatched his window and opened it. Tossing the ball bearing out the window, it expanded into a round disc that hovered a few inches off the ground. This was a technique Tobi had taught himself during the middle of his second year. The idea was that, while using his powers, he would lift the metal with him standing or sitting upon it and fly through the air. Grabbing his bag from next to his bed, and stepping through his window, Tobi perched himself upon the metal disc. The window slid shut and the sound of the latch sliding back into it's locked position could be heard. Checking that he still had his leftover ball bearings in his left pocket and he had his bag, Tobi soundlessly lifted himself up into the air higher and higher until he was above the trees and the school it's self. Up there he sat down on his disc and looked over the school grounds and all the students walking about.

    Monday, September 17th, 2012 9:30AM~

Tobi sat in his seat which was a window seat near the back of the classroom 12-A, and listened in on the student's conversations that rolled about the room. The conversations would have been very similar to that of a normal high schooler's conversation, except for one small detail. The big topic this morning was the Bout. It was the main topic every morning. All students were itching for a fight and the Bout gave them exactly that. Everyone wanted to prove their prowess, and become top dog of the school. Those whom win battles in this school, won respect. Those who lost on the other hand would fall lower on the school hierarchy and become lapdogs to those up top. There was no exception for Tobi. Having avoided every single Bout since being brought to this school, Tobi was the lowest of the low. Even lower than the newbies that show up every year. He was your towel boy, your water boy, he would fetch your food if you asked, clean your shoes even. Tobi never liked fighting, which was ironic given his own ability could be used to tear apart any student here at the school.

"Oi Sleepyhead! You gunna fight this year or not?" Said a student on the other side of the room. In this homeroom, there was one top dog. This was Michael Zullert. His ability is direct control of gas. Any gas, which means if an element is in it's gaseous form he could control it. This ability of his was deadly, and students knew of Michael's prowess with it. He has won many battles, and lost but one.

"Hey Sleepyhead, I'm talkin' to you. I said, are you taking part of the Bout or not?" Michael said, walking away from his posse and over to his table. Tobi looked up directly at Michael, examining his muddy brown eyes for any hints of danger.

"No I'm not, Mike. If I haven't last year, or the year before, or the year before that... I'm not going to now. There's nothing against the rules about not participating in the Bout, and I never plan to. So what'll it be today, Mike? You want my lunch? Want me to do your homework for the day? What do you want?" Tobi said to Michael without a hint of harshness or sarcasm.

"What I want, damnit, it for you to participate this year. Everyone in this room are survivors of last year, and the previous year, and the previous year. We've all shared the same homeroom bracket, including you. Though one thing we've noticed is that you've been with this bracket for much longer than any of us. Including me. We all know your power, and your control over it. We're not stupid, Sleepyhead. What I, and everyone else here all want, is to see your powers in this year's Bout. Come on, it's either that or spend another year being a lapdog to me and all the other top dogs."

With that everyone nodded and stared intently in the direction of Tobi and Michael. Michael was being oddly nice this morning to Tobi, though it was probably because of the issue at hand. Students willing to fight were a dime a dozen. Though fighters that showed to prove any sort of challenge were rare. More than often the top dogs from the previous year would wipe out the new fighters before they could reach the top.

"The answer is No, Mike. It will always be no when it comes to the Bout. There isn't anything you or anyone else can do about it." Tobi said with finality. Michael responded in an obvious way. First his face went red and you could see a vein bulge on his temple. His fists clenched and his jaw tightened. His eyes would narrow into a deathglare that would unsettle any newbie. Just before speaking, Michael would take in a deep breath through his nose.

"Fine. Fine. Have it your way, Sleepyhead. You better be ready for a long night, as I'm giving all my homework to you. Also, your lunch is mine today. You're lucky I can't kill you here and now, fuck. At least then a waste of talent like yourself wouldn't be plaguing this school."

Michael looked as though he was going throttle Tobi, and probably would have if it wasn't for the high mage walking in calling out for students to take their seats. The high mage for Homeroom 12-A was Ms. Honeysuckle. She was slim and tall with golden long hair that reached down her back. Ms. Honeysuckle walked about the room with grace that would shame any feline animal, and handed out schedules for all of the students. Glancing at his schedule Tobi read over the classes that he was assigned. As usual he was assigned advanced classes all over. The advanced classes weren't really there for him to learn anything new, they were there so he would not be forced into a lower tier class where he could potentially disrupt the learning flow of those newer to the school. It didn't really matter where they threw him, Tobi sat through the classes like every other student and refused to show any signs that he has been at the school for as long as he has. It came to a surprise that the students in his Homeroom were able to figure it out, and it worried him that others may know as well.

The bell chimed later that day, and Tobi was first out the Homeroom through means similar to his voyage this morning. Once out the window and in the air Tobi let out a breath of relaxation. Throughout the entire class Tobi could feel the intense stares of several students on him. They all knew, and they all want a piece of him now. The quicker for the Bout to pass, the better. After Tobi can relax completely and not have to worry about students persisting that he enter the Bout. Suddenly a large thunderous boom filled the air and the eastern entrance was filled with smoke. Gauging the time, Tobi figured he would have time enough to check out the incident and still be able to make it to his next class on time. Flying over to the eastern entrance, Tobi looked down on the scene below from the air.

Cynthia listened to one boy bully another and thought ”why doesn't he come in bully me?”
She'd never entered the Bout and she wasn't excluded from submitting her name, in fact her hand to hand instructors often tried to urge her to do so.
The girls in her bracket may have picked on her for being shy and standoffish but they'd never picked on her for not entering the Bout.
She guess it must be a boy thing, even when when they liked one another they played cruel jokes on their friends.
Girls she supposed must be more empathetic, but then again they have other methods to hurt one another. Cynthia never allowed the snide remarks and cutting insults to affect her, it helped with ignoring that she knew sooner or later they would need her healing.
She softly laughed remembering ”Thank you Cynthia, you're such a nice person Cynthia, thank you for making it were I don't have scars on my face” It was also likely the reason no one picked her physically, the bullies believed she wouldn't heal them.
Her musing vanished when the teacher called the class to order.

"Oh come on! If you're gonna fight, quit wankin' off and fight already!" Christina crowed at the two students. Michael was a good fighter, but the talk got boring fast. The other student was a wallflower, never fought, only did his little hover thing. She sighed as Tobi didn't stand up to Michael, "Ah well, I can find a little fun myself." She ran a finger along the tile floor, sparking her power into effect. A small spark bounced along towards Michael's desk. It hovered around a single tile before falling into the floor. The space between the tile flared up a moment before going dark. Michael went to take his seat, as he settled in, there was a solid creaking around him. The leg of his desk fell into the floor, knocking the student to the floor. There was a round of applause as he looked about for the cause of the problem. Christina had already gone to her Ipod to zone out.

"BORED!" Christina grumbled at her dead Ipod. She knew she forgot to charge the stupid thing this morning, and of course her bad luck had caused it to die on her. She kept her head low as Honeysuckle entered the room. She was a mage, and one of the many teachers who were talented enough at reading students alongside powers to know when she was using her bad luck to have her fun at others. She whispered to Tobi as the teacher began to address the class.

"You know you can kick his ass right? Come on, I can even bad luck him if you're afraid!" She didn't mind Tobi, she knew what it was like to be stuck in a place you didn't want to be. She also knew her powers were best when used indirectly. She could affect powers, but that often resulted in someone getting hurt more then intended. Honeysuckle looked towards Christina before addressing the other class.

"Now, the student who cursed the tile will be doing detention after class, I told you young lady what the penalty is for using that power in here."

Christina sunk into her desk as she realized, she was once again busted.

By the time Lilli had arrived at Orchids, her ears were hurting. Music was blaring into her ears through her headphones, but it was a better pain than the one she got from the air. That's what she called all the thoughts, 'the air'. It was an easier way to communicate when she was around people who didn't know about her... special abilities. Lilli shuddered, she hated being called special. It gave her an image of some special needs kid. She wasn't like that. Not one bit.

Lilli loved Orchids Academy; it was the only place that felt like home. But it wasn't the teachers or the students that made her feel at home, it was the place itself. The architecture was beautiful, just thinking about how much effort had gone into building such a beautiful place. She couldn't even begin to imagine.

    September 15th, 2012. 8:30am

With music still blaring in her ears, Lilli realised how cold she felt. It wasn't particularly cold - it was actually quite warm - but she always felt cold. With all her thoughts, she had forgotten to try and keep warm.

"Let's see what everyone's thoughts are today." Lilli thought, taking out her earphones - music still thumping - to listen in.

She couldn't really describe how it felt to hear thoughts. It wasn't like they were said out loud, but they weren't in her head. She just... heard them. People had asked before about it, but that was the only way she could describe it. She didn't like talking about it anyway, full stop.

Lilli couldn't really hear anything at all. She heard new students, worrying about their new schools. She heard younger girls, thinking about how awful all their friends looked and how glad they were to be the pretty one. The same old crap, as usual. She never heard anything useful.

Lilli decided it was time to get to class, so she got up, put in her headphones and walked off.

    September 15th, 2012. 9:30am

Lilli sat in her home room - 12B - with the worst headache. She was forced to take her headphones out, so she had to endure the air. Why me? Sometimes she hated her powers. A whole lot.

Lilli scanned the room, looking for someone that might have thoughts of interest. Mostly not. Just a load of kids she was sick of thinking thoughts she was even more sick of. It was the same shit every single year. Grades, sex, classes, sex, powers, sex. Most of them weren't exactly smart by her book.

Lilli never really connected with anybody in her school year. She was too different or whatever. She couldn't hang around with anyone, so yet again, she was cast out and forced to be that girl who has to make friends with younger kids. She didn't mind herself, it was only that she hated people talking about her. She had to remember that they didn't even know she could hear. No one else could hear, only her. The thoughts gathering up in her mind. Lilli tried so hard to refrain from punching someone in the jaw; which she could obviously do, no doubt.

Her teacher walked past, taking one look at her and tutting.

"Well, well, well, Miss Malone. What a... splendid choice of hair for this new year. When should I expect it to change?"

    Lilli rolled her eyes.

"When I feel like it... I guess."

He stalked away, pulling up his black pants - which, by the way, were way too tight for anyone to feel comfortable around him. What a pervert... if she had any proof other than his thoughts, she could get him sacked, the things he thought about. It sent a shiver down her spine.

Trevor took his seat in the psychiatrists office in the juvenile detention center. He lets his gaze wander around the room. The room was the epitome of generic. Beige walls and ceiling melt into one another, dark gray rug lines the floor to the walls. The decor is what you'd expect of any psychiatrist working with young people. Even the ridiculous educational posters are hanging on all four walls, reminding him to eat properly – three times a day and from all the food groups. It's hard not to notice every detail when you see the same room almost every day for four years. "How much longer am I supposed to wait? Every single time he's late... His job isn't that taxing is it?" Trevor grumbles, sinking into his seat in boredom.

Dr. Bacchus overlooks the notes given to him on Trevor as usual. Subject is highly dangerous, combustible objects not permitted. However Bacchus knew better than to believe this after seeing him as long as he had. His violence was merely a result of his surroundings. At last Bacchus enters the office, not surprised to see Trevor already waiting, punctual as always. "Good morning Mr. Deglas. I have a surprise for you today." Bacchus states in a rather deadpan manner. "Oh what do I get a new playmate or something? I'm not 12 anymore and I hate surprises." Trevor snaps, his words seething with sarcasm. "I understand but this may come as a pleasant surprise. As for new 'playmates', you will have many more. I took the liberty of contacting your parents and presenting them with this. They wish to have you enrolled immediately." Bacchus reveals a pamphlet from his notes and hands it to Trevor. "Orchids Academy for the Unusually Gifted? Is this some kind of joke?" Trevor throws the pamphlet aside. He wanted no part in having his powers exploited in such a way. He'd rather forget he had any at all. "Quite the opposite. You will be transferred on the 17th. You have one week to prepare. Gather your belongings. Your parents left you a gift, to get you by for a while, for clothes and food and the like. That will be all for today." Bacchus shoos him from the office with the pamphlet in hand leaving Trevor standing in the hall dumbfounded. He takes one last look at the Orchids pamphlet and sighs. "I love that I had any say in this at all... But I guess this means I'm kinda free right?"

    Monday, September 17th, 2012 - 9:00 AM

Trevor stood just outside the gates to the lavish Gothic building towering before him, watching the hustle and bustle of the students inside. "Weird... I feel like I'm stepping right into an X-Men comic or something." He takes a deep breath and walks through the gate at a brisk, refreshing pace. It seems the hot topic of todays gossip was the Orchids Bout. He couldn't help but overhear the many students chatting amongst themselves about it. "Orchids Bout? Do they mean like some kind of duel? That can't possibly be a school hosted event. It certainly wasn't in the registry." He takes a seat on the bench in the central area for a while to check his schedule over once more.

"11-B for homeroom.. I don't even know the layout of this friggin' place. I haven't even gone in yet and I'm lost already." He scratches his head looking around for some sort of guidance or help but a nearby explosion quickly grabs his attention. "What the hell!? It's only the first day!" He is hesitant but eventually heads over to investigate the cause.

Upon arriving at the Eastern entrance the siblings behold a most wondrous sight. Psynoros Ganmaroe, Headmaster of Orchids Academy, was locked in a heated battle with Marcus Fletcher, winner of the previous years Bout. The Headmaster was adept in all forms of magic, and had a unique ability to set off an explosion using metal filament in the air. On the other hand, Marcus possessed the ability to alter the chemical makeup of his body, turning it to any sort of material imaginable. He seemed to be clad in diamond armor as he charged at the Headmaster, blindly throwing a relentless barrage of heavy punches. "Wheres my goddamned winnings old man?!" He shouts. "I never got my fucking money!" Another swing and the Headmaster is thrown several yards into a wall. However he gets up as if nothing touched him, and he sends a multitude of elemental spells towards his adversary. They make direct contact, blasting the poor champion high into the air with a cloud of black smoke, and he falls to the ground with a thunderous crash, knocked out cold. "You forfeited your prize money when you killed your opponent Marcus! Have you learned nothing?! You've defiled the very idea behind The Bout!" The aged man shouts with a booming voice that seemingly fills the surrounding area. Alicia hides partway behind her brother, her eyes wide with shock and awe. "Verran... Who is that guy?" She asks with a slight tone of fear. "That, my dear sister, is Psynoros Ganmaroe. Headmaster of Orchids Academy. To put it simply, he's the man in charge." He watches as a cleanup team rolls Marcus's unconscious body onto a stretcher, and they cart him off to whereabouts unknown. "And that guy was Marcus Fletcher. He won The Bout last year, and like the old man said, he killed his opponent." Alicia squeaks with concern and squeezes her brothers arm. "Are... Are you saying people die in The Bout..?" Verran pats his sister on the head and rests a comforting arm around her. "No, not usually. That time was different. Marcus is a pretty screwed up guy. His opponent was a 9th year girl. She was small, but strong. She could hit you like a friggin train. But Marcus got carried away. After a whole 45 minutes of fighting he decided to just grab her by the neck and... well it's not something that happens often. It's quite rare in fact." Verran gives his sister a warm smile, knowing he already said to much.

Tobi had been waiting in the air watching the scene as it unfurled before his eyes. Marcus Fletcher, the winner of the previous year's Bout and the only man to defeat Michael Zullert, and the Headmaster were fighting it out. Marcus was in a blind rage, completely unlike his performance last year in the Bout. He was screaming and flailing while demanding the winnings of last year's Bout. Though it seems like the thickheaded numbskull Marcus was, he forgot to read the Bout rules. Where it states you're not allowed to kill your opponent. Powerful or not, that 9th year Marcus was facing was small. He should have known better. It was incidents like these that only strengthened Tobi's resolve in staying away from the Bout. The fight did not last long, unsurprising, as the Headmaster finished it in a blink of an eye. Psynoros was a pretty scary guy when he got serious. Checking his watch Tobi realizes he got too caught up watching the fight and was late for his next class. Pulling out his schedule he checks it once more to make sure he didn't forget where he was going next. Advanced Education III he read in the period one slot. Not wanting to be caught by any of the staff at hand, or by Psynoros as to avoid a lecture as to what the Bout stood for and why he needs to participate in it, Tobi flew off and out of sight as quickly as he could.

Tobi entered the Advanced Education III class five minutes later and noticed that the class had started ahead of him. He was hoping that more students would have been caught up in the incident, but alas his hopes were in vain. The class went silent as he opened the door, and Mr. Larker stopped mid sentence and looked over at the doorway and stared Tobi directly in the eyes.

"Well, it seems you've finally decided to join us. Mr. Lycali. Please, take a seat. We were just in the middle of a lecture, so you may wish to copy your notes from a neighbor. Though.. It's not as if you've missed anything." He said in a cool, droll voice as Tobi went to the closest empty seat and sat down in it. Tobi wished Mr. Larker would have avoided that last snide comment, but he was the only teacher at the school that would constantly seek Tobi out and find something to chide him about. Your form is off, Mr. Lycali... Your chemical equations are childish at best, Mr. Lycali... It's a good thing you're not in the Bout, as you seem to have weak control of your powers, Mr. Lycali... No matter where Tobi was, Mr. Larker was always two steps behind him. Now today this man was out to give everyone the bright idea that Tobi [b]has[/i] to participate in the Bout after being here so long.

Luckily for Tobi, Mr. Larker spoke no more of the issue and continued class as normal. Today's lecture was on The Law of the Conservation of Matter and how even inhuman abilities must follow this law. The lecture went on and on and Tobi thought about how many times he had listened to this lecture. About how many times he has written down the same notes. About how many more times he will have to listen to this lecture, and take these notes. How many more years he will be treated as a lap dog. Tobi never wanted to leave this place. He never wanted to go back to the normal life of a human. He knew he would never return to that life. Normal people would always panic at the first signs of something inhuman and it's only a matter of time before they snap and do something harmful to themselves and others. No, Tobi wanted to stay. He wanted to keep it secret he has been here nine years now. To keep it secret that his control over his powers are second nature at best. To never give Psynoros a reason to graduate him so he can stay. Hopefully later on in the years Tobi could become a teacher. Then he would never have to leave.

The bell had rung much earlier than expected, so Tobi thought. Though he was so lost in thought that whole class that he had lost track of time and notes as well. Looking down on his notes, he seemed to have stopped mid-sentence. ..., and so. The Law of the Conservation of Matter is very important to humans and inhumans alike as it... Shaking his head and stuffing his notes back into his bag, Tobi went for the door to head to his next class. Checking his schedule once more he saw he had a Human Studies III class down at room 125. The teacher for Human Studies III was a jittery one, Mrs. Rosckowl. Every day it seemed as though she had consumed several liters of highly caffeinated coffee, and her stuttering made it near impossible to pay attention in class. Though overall she was a nice teacher whom always treated her students kindly, no matter who they were and what they've done. Taking his usual seat near the door, Tobi pulled out his notes for the class.

Human Studies III started off as usual with Mrs. Rosckowl calling out through the list of names for attendance. Which took longer than most teachers due to her stutter. Though-out the class she had the class take notes on human nature and how humans would react if we were to approach them with our powers. Tobi knew this experience all too well, but took the notes all the same. Now the bell has rung for class to be over and Tobi departed for the cafeteria for Level III recess. He arrived early and grabbed his lunch with swiftness, as he knew Michael would be arriving at any moment to claim his food from Tobi. With that on mind he wanted to jip Michael out of as much food as he could, out of spite. Taking a seat at an empty table Tobi dug into the lunch he always gets. A bacon cheese burger, with ketchup and mushrooms. A glass of water, and a side of fries. The school had a nice variety on what it had to offer for food, and the chefs were more than willing to take requests.

After watching a grand battle and showing his sister around the school, Verran decided it was time for the two to eat. He wasn't particularly hungry, but Alicia had been complaining about her empty stomach for what seemed to be an eternity, so he led her to the schools cafeteria. Leaving her at the counter to order her meal, Verran spots Tobi sitting alone near the back of the large room. He heads over and takes a seat across from him, giving a friendly smile. "I see no ones claimed your lunch yet Tobi. Finally grew yourself a pair eh?" He laughs at his own rudeness and waves over to Alicia to join them as shes received her meal. She takes a seat next to Verran and looks to Tobi with curious eyes. "Verran, is this a friend of yours?" She asks. Verran nods and looks to Tobi. "You could say that. Go on then brat, introduce yourself." "Don't call me a brat!" Alicia shouts, then she stands and looks to Tobi. "My name is Alicia Rose Cornelius, it's very nice to meet you." She gives a slight bow and passes him a sweet smile.
