Just want to say in this introduction that I'm a writer and I love world building. I was thinking of maybe getting into a collaboration with a few artists and designing some back stories for everyone to use here on the forums!

No I actually haven't done a whole lot of RPing. Just a bit with a couple of my friends, so I actually don't know a whole lot about it. Thanks for posting that guide link, although I've already starting reading it, along with a few others. I'm going to keep reading until I feel comfortable enough to participate on a public forum, as my RPing has all been private up until now.
