Jakkuna's smile complements his pale blue eyes, blonde hair, and pale skin tone. His hair overlaps his eyes, so you almost never see them. It’s like you’re looking into the eyes of pure evil. He wears a red hooded-jacket unzipped, and with no shirt so all you see is his bare torso which is finely chiseled..as is the rest of his body. For his pants, Jaakuna wears a dark olive-green pair of slacks that have a few chains on it. The pants are held up by a unique cloth that seems to have the strength of a leather belt. It is olive green.

Jaakuna has a few visible tattoos. The most visible one is the one going from his wrist almost to his elbow, which is a blue and red tribal marking. It is on both his left and right arms. He has another tribal tattoo, but this one is on his chest starting from his neck and going down just below the pecks. This one is black. Lastly, Jaakuna wears tape around his hands for some unknown purpose only known to him.

Whilst on missions, Jaakuna really doesn't wear the most extravagant get up. He wears a full-body armor underneath that will include some parts of a light iron material and others light chainmail. Over that, he wears a pair of some black pants, but not the leather or jean type. He wears some nice traveling shoes that are black. A black shirt that covers one arm and that part is light tan. On his left arm, the uncovered one, he wears a black wristband that goes up to his elbow. Along the upper parts of his arm, Jaakuna wears some muscle bands, and there is also one on his right arm. Lastly, a pale-red scarf over his neck that not only covers the bottom half of his face, but it also covers his scar that he is very sensitive about revealing.

Personality:

If it wasn't for Jaakuna's "risk for a reward" mindset, he'd probably be dead. Though, that whole mindset really doesn't help him much if he's always rushing into things that he really shouldn't be. He never thinks about things twice, and that's always the downfall of his missions and most of his day-to-day activities. He's a rebel when it comes to teachers. There isn't really anything that makes Jaakuna want to listen to the teachers. But, when it all comes down to it, Jaakuna is a good kid. He may mess up a lot, but he's good at heart, and when his friends are in trouble or need something, he hesitates not even for a second to help them. That's probably why he's how he is.
History:

Having been born into the Hinoko clan, Jaakuna was brought into a clan of crazy idiots who don't know left or right even if it was right in front of them or if it was left in plain view. This is not an understatement, either. His entire clan is full of pranksters, hot-headed, idiotic morons with a fuse of an already-lit bomb. Yup, imagine that within a child's brain? Yeah, now you understand how much fun Jaakuna is, and how much fun he had growing up.

In his days of the Academy, Jaakuna wasn't really the star-pupil. He barely was able to pass and make it as a genin. He never could understand why the teachers got so mad at him for pulling pranks. They never understood why he made their job so hard. It was a fair trade, no? Even up to the current days, Jaakuna has trouble understanding some things in the village, but he just shrugs it off, and moves on.

Throughout the next few years, Jaakuna went through mission after mission until he made Chunin at the age of fifteen. Ever since, he's been in and out of missions. Some of the said missions were A-rank, some were genin-level. Jaakuna has also been on one or two S-Ranks. Though, that's the only time he's actually been on them. The reason he hasn't been on more S-ranks is probably due to his rank or something like that. He's still young, so he'll be able to get more missions in as he progresses through his Shinobi career.

Name of Weapon or Item: Fukushudaga(Revenge Daggers)

Description: Twin daggers that are the only weapons that Jaakuna carries. They could be classified as Short Swords, but Jaakuna likes to think of them as daggers, and so they will rightfully be. They are no more than sixteen inches long with the weight being no more than three pounds. They bare red and black as its colors with the hilt and blade being black, and the patterns throughout are of red.

Special Traits

Advanced Chakra Control:
If there's one thing that Jaakuna has over his fellow genin, it's that he has a more advanced grasp of chakra control. It's true that Jaakuna is able to control and manipulate his chakra, but it only goes as far as his own body will allow it. He's only twelve after all, so it's severely limited to what he is physically able to do. However, it's not to take away that he is proficient at Chakra Control, thus being advanced in this skill.

Fire and Lightning Chakra Manipulation:
Due to the bloodline of the Hinoko bloodline, Jaakuna has the skill of manipulating fire and lightning chakra as it is his two chakra natures. It just so happens this goes along with his chakra control, and as such, he is able to proficiently manipulate both natures like a boss. Chakra supply has be above 20 percent to work.

Chakra-Agumented Attirubtes:
As up to par with his other two skills, Jaakuna's attributes whether it be strength, reflexes, defence or whatever, is enhanced, and augmented by his chakra. As long as it stays above 20 percent, this skill is active.

Surging Fire is a special release that Jaakuna along with his entire clan know exclusively. It is the notion of taking lightning and fire chakra to such lengths of combining their properties, and molding it into something wonderfully exciting and powerful. It calls upon the skies for the lightning asset and the air for the fire aspect. By it being fused with on another, the fire and lightning chakra natures are not either, but something new. Attacks that go along with this special kind of power induce shock as well as burning factors, and as such, they withhold both the strengths and weaknesses of the respective natures of Fire and Lightning.

Weakness: Due to the fact that Jaakuna has to keep his hands on the ground to maintain the wall of fire, he is open to attacks from the back of him. However, the heat from the fire will make that hard to do.

The only downside of this is while the sea of flames is being fired, the user is temporary open to any attacks for only a short amount of time.

Description:

Description:
Though a series of charges from inside and outside of the body, intense electricity manifests itself in such a way where, added to a coat of fire chakra that gathers around the hands, it is gathered within each hand, and sent off in a flurry of orbs that are coated with extra layers of the respective chakra natures. Furthermore, the extra coating adds a deep red-orange color with a static blue outline.
Weakness: The jutsu itself puts a strain on Jaakuna's body, which could effect its overall performance when done.

Description: A gathering of Fire chakra around the feet, a simple twirling of the body either clockwise or counter-clockwise creates a swirling motion of chakra that creates friction in the air that sparks up electricity, which induces a lightning element to the storm that is created by the user's twisting bodily motion. As the spinning continues, the intensity of the fire chakra increases, and the consistency of the electricity continues to a point where the user is surrounded in a literal firestorm that contains static electricity so much that it looks like a red-orange tornado with static going in and out of it.
Weakness: Considering its range, all one has to do is to step out of the range. Also, this one jutsu takes a great toll on Jaakuna's overall chakra supply.
