Atland School of Popular Magic



Voldemort is still alive and thriving. Although, his death eater attacks haven’t made it much past Britain, there are people across the world that are beginning to join his cause. Over in America, up towards Montana, there is a castle that is unable to be seen by Muggles. This castle belongs to Headmaster Clearwater and is used to train students in magic from ages eleven to eighteen. Just like at Hogwarts there are students who support Voldemort and others who support Harry Potter. Not all of them know exactly what is going on, but they are trying to get as much information as they can about the other magical school. When things begin to get worse in Harry’s fifth year some students from Atland decide that they want to go and help.



As a group of students travel over to Hogwarts, some of them plan to fight for Harry Potter while others are looking to join forces with the Death Eaters. It’s only a question of whether they can get past Umbridge and if the students from Hogwarts are willing to allow them to fight and work with the DA.

Quidditch is a large thing at Hogwarts, but across the ocean in America the new big trend is Skyboarding! Most students don't even considering getting a broom anymore and just end up buying skyboards which are like a flat board made of metal that can actually stay up in the air. It's become a huge hit among the American wizards, but has yet to make it to its British counterparts.

Established by Mistress Clara White in 1823
Moonies as they are sometimes called are made up primarily of potion makers, many of their members go on to be great brewers and cooks.
Known for their generous nature and light hearted approach to life they're trusted by the other houses, all that is but the Coyote.
Think of them as the Hufflepuff

House of the Wolf
Established by Sir Gregory Alaine in 1812
The Pack as they are called by other members of the school are experts in the defensive arts and dueling many pack members go on to work for law enforcement
Known for their strict code of honor and loyalty they're considered the bravest house in the school
Think of them as Gryffindor

The House of the Coyote
Established by Michael Two Shirts in 1820
Known as the Tricksters their members are known for their ability to seek advantage as well as their talents at arcane arts
Many members of this house go on to be great wizards and witches who specialize in the mysteries of magic
Think of them as neutral Slytherin

The House of the Raven
Established by Clive Clearwater in 1807
The Flock are the oldest house in the school and founded buy a former professor of that illustrious house of Hogwarts Ravenclaw and share similarities with their founders former house. They are the schools closest link with Hogwarts, some of its members even going to teach there after their graduation.

Bio: Toriff's dad was a Sky boarder in school, he made this move up that everyone calls the Dedreus death-drop. Toriff really wants to impress his father and so he practises his sky boarding everyday to improve his skills. He is even on the team for the House of the wolves.

Appearance: Trace has long black hair that hangs to her rear covering half of it. Her eyes are a sharp blue almost unnatural. She's tall yet slender with small breasts (five-eleven one hundred thirty pounds, B cup) She has several piercings which drive her mother mad

Bio: Trace is the youngest daughter of the Silvia family.
Trace's family doesn't care if she graduates or not as they've sent six sisters and two brothers ahead of her. Trace is eleven years younger than her youngest sister and resented by her mother who thought she was free of children.
Ignored for the most part by her family she does what ever she wants, this is also the reason she gives off the air of the lone wolf.
In school she is dedicated to her studies and found most of her free time in the library.

Other: Trace is a born flyer and because of this is an ardent member of her house aerobatics team known for her radical and nearly suicidal style.

Bio: Grew up with pureblood traditions being pounded into her head, but never really paid much attention to them. She loves to Skyboard and can get almost the best board that comes out because of her family. Her father works for the American Ministry and her mother use to before she quit and just stayed at home to take care of Emmalee.

Bio: Takoda was born and raised in a muggle family and had no idea about being a wizard. When he turned 11 it freaked him out to notice that he could make things happen that most normal people couldn’t. However, his letter from Atland came soon enough and his parents were more than happy to let him go off to school there. His mother is a muggle school teacher while his father works as a physical therapist. He was shocked to find out about brooms and even more shocked when skyboarding came out. Now he has his own board, but is still hesitant to use it sometimes.

Meg has curly mouse brown hair that falls to the middle of her back. Her eyes are Hazel green and doe like. Standing only 5 foot 1 inches tall Meg weighs about 108 pounds many of her fellow Moonies joke that it's due to her over endowment in the femininity department

Bio: Meg's family has never shown any traits of magic till the day she was born. Her father an Air Force colonel and her mother a doctor of endocrine medicine took a good bit of convincing before they finally allowed their daughter to attend Salem Institute.
While attending Salem Institute Megan discovered she had a gift with magical mechanics which she studied under professor Crane whom she adored.
When her father's transfer moved her and her family to North Dakota they transferred her to the Atland School of Popular Magic so she would be closer to the rest of her family.
