Bringing a city to it's knees

This story takes place from the point of view of the bad guys: a mad scientist and his assistants against an entire futuristic floating city (although saying "floating city" should have clued you in on this taking place in the future). This mad scientist guy has developed some advanced technology, so we can be cyborgs, genetically enhanced mutants, you name it, and have a ton of awesome weaponry to use on our quest of domination. Some of us can be hackers while others can get to conquering the old fashioned way.

I'm not sure on the specifics of the plot, so I'm open for ideas before I create the OOC. It's possible that this city has some supercomputer running it that Mr. Mad Scientist guy wants control of, but that's just my initial idea so I can come up with something far more creative given enough time and if enough people show interest in this general concept.

Your character can want that, so that's why he/she allied with the mad scientist. I haven't seen that movie yet, by the way.

Again with the Batman. Sumbliminal messages are telling me to see that movie. You can be some guy/girl fighting on the side of justice if you'd prefer.
