>I don't much care about the length of posts, as long as they fit the "Casual" standard, convey what you want to CLEARLY and with proper grammar and spelling, and move the story along. REMEMBER the more you give, the more you receive.
>Romances can be great, as long as the storyline is not completely centered around it. Romance adds flavor to a story, and too much makes it bleg (imagine dumping a pound of salt all over your dinner and eating it, and you'll get a basic idea about what I mean.)
>I don't really do magic. At all. I mean, there can be magical elements (enchanted princess, unicorn, certain illusions, etc.) but I just hate those wizards that walk around turning people into birds. I mean c'mon, there's absolutely no challenge when your character can defeat the monster with a few words, and the only consequence is he gets TIRED. By the way, there's no magic in this RP, so I guess that was a little unnecessary.
>As far as language goes, I like it clean. I mean, if you absolutely HAVE to punctuate a sentence with a stong word I guess I'll let you get away with that... I don't wanna see profanities in every single sentence though, because it really does distract me from the character and the story. Besides, vulgarity is no substitute for wit, if all you can think to write is (*&% (*^$# %$##@#$$! I will begin to doubt your intelligence.
>Keep it real. You character cannot magically (remember what I said about magic earlier?) gain new skills overnight. They can train hard, or practice (a lot) and get really good at something. Unless they already had that ability or skill (which you should have mentioned in your CS); this rule mostly applies to more action/adventure stories.
>If you are no longer interested in an RP, let me know RIGHT AWAY so I can keep the story moving. I mean, if you just decide the RP is boring and ignor it, you're a big fat jerk.
>Bounding off that last one, if you haven't posted in a while I DO check to see if you've been online or actively posting elsewhere. If you're going to be away for a while, it's nice to let me know. I get that emergencies happen, unexpected things and that's okay. As a GM I just like to know in advance (if possible) if you can't post regularly.
>And the usual: no god-modding, power-playing, OOC bullying (friendly rivalry is okay), or unnecessary death threats and post your favorite flower when you reply to this thread so I know you've read all my rambling crap.
