A War of the Jjangs
The high schools in Japan are having problems...With the schools conducts and power over who runs what places, who leads the schools, who controls the entire area. It's a three way battle Student Council Vs Jjang gangs, Jjang vs Jjang and gang vs gang.
Formal Order: Rules and regulations are strict in each school, all rules are protected and enforced by the Student Council committee. Disciplinary actions are taken for those who are delinquent and broken the rules. The process of maintaining the order in the school begins with the individuals / students themselves, the the student council as a whole, or the student council president as an individual can exact punishment, and then the school board.
However, despite all this formality in the schools.....it's high school, and like any other high school, someone's got to be the top dog, the Jjang.
Informal Order: In every school, among the students there would be one student male or female or even both, who are the strongest and best fighter, a leader, aka a Jjang. He would have either more power in the school than the student council president or power to rival it. That is, because he or she is the strongest no one would dare to oppose them unless they are looking for a fight. The Jjang would have his or her, second and third, and members making up his gang.
PLOT
Tokyo has three main schools, all of which have seemed to be plummeting downward causing not only the students but the teachers to become fearful of some students. It's time to show everyone what your made of to be the strongest of the strong to take control of everyone. Or loose to the student council members and become a 'good kid'
SETTING
There are 3 main high schools in Japan.
~/~St. Gakuen Oji High School.~/~
This is an all boys high school. It's one of the most expensive schools in Japan, therefore a everyone there is somebody's rich kid. Their studies are wide range and intense, as they are expected to be future rulers of their father's companies.

~/~St. Sakura Blossoms High School~/~
This is an all girls school, that is like a spin off from St. Gakuen Oji High School. The school board for both schools are the same. The reason the two schools exist is because the board didn't want to have a co-ed school. This school is also very expensive, and thus all the students there are rich girls. The St. Gakuen Oji, and the St. Sakura Blossoms have a small rivalry between the two school, and have many of their activities with each other.

This is a public, co-ed high school. It has good teachers, but also has delinquents like any other high school. They have a lot of public events, and have a major rivalry with both St. Gakuen Oji and St. Sakura Blossoms.

Rules
- My SiC and I are the moderators here. Any questions or concerns will be answered by us. Any arguments that you cannot find a solution to will be solved by us. What we say goes.
- Godmodding is forbidden. If you godmod, I will slap you.
- Mangafox rules DO apply.
- Keep it PG-13. You can cuss, but don't go crazy. You can have relationships, but you and your lover have to PM any kinky stuff to each other. The rest of us couldn't care less about it, and don't wanna read about it.
- The killing of other player characters is only allowed with the player's permission. Both parties need to PM the SiC AND I to let us know beforehand so we don't give you the boot.
- Three lines and three sentences minimum.
- Two characters per person max. Exception: If you have proven yourself very capable of roleplaying two, and want another, we'll give it to you. No more than three per person. Ever.
- Use "quotes" or bold for speaking, and italics for thinking.
- Password is Strength. Write in white and put it under spoilers at the end of your character sheet.
- Two posts every five days minimum. If you won't be able to meet that for a while, pm the SiC and I with the reason why. Failure to do so may result in your character being deleted.
- Only OOC goes here. If you want to discuss things, make a plan with other characters (ones you don't care if others know), etc., you do it here. No (Ohai guise this is OOC) in the Roleplay thread.
- Standard rules of physics apply.
I use a three strike system. I'll let you slide with a warning the first two times you break the rules in a post. When i tell you to fix it, you would be advised to do so. Third time you break the rules, you're gone. I hate to be that guy... but I'm being that guy.

Events
Event 1... The First day of the Rest of their lives
The Story begins on a Sunday, the day before school starts for the year. This isn't an an event as much as it is a time for the characters to do whatever they please, to establish them, and maybe get a relationship or two started, beore they go back to school.
Event 2... Opening Ceremony
It's the beginning of the school year, and the Presidents of each School will be giving a speech to their respective schools in assembly. Afterwards, the schools will do a half day of learning about their classes, teachers, and curriculum, followed by dismissal until tomorrow.
