Err that could be simply remedied by toasters adjusting the height of the bread holder. There really isn't much I could invent for that. :/

Oh and Hank, for that particular design in bike chain locks, I thought of using small powerful electromagnets instead of cylindrical locking mechanisms. When the key is turned the magnets shut off. The batteries for this electrical chain lock would be only accessible when the chain is unlocked allowing it never to be permanently locked or allow someone just to cut the power supply. It is a good idea but the competition between other bike chain locks, ones with more simpler designs, would prove a tough market for a more cutting edge electrical lock.
