Supernatural: New Hunters

Of my many recent obsessions (including the Drow elf costume for Halloween) I have decided to make a new SPN RP thread. This will focus on OCs only, no canon. I am hoping to get more people so we can switch between this thread and AB's thread (also SPN). If you would like to see another SPN RP thread up, please show interest. With enough people, I will start an OOC thread. After enough CSs are made, I'll make an IC thread. Please help me get this going.

Name: Samantha Winston
Age: 21
Appearance: She is short, standing at only five feet tall, and is always wearing black leather, including gloves. Her shirt is skin tight and long-sleeved, no design, with a vest over it as well as pants that cling to her legs and a very short miniskirt. Her boots come over her pants and stop mid-shin. Her pale skin is nearly almost covered by her clothes. When she takes off her helmet, her dark brown hair,--almost black,--seems to surround her face like a frame on a picture, complimenting by her chocolate brown eyes. She is not very curvy, but that doesn't make her any less pretty. She also always has a black backpack on her back which carries her non-weaponry gear, including, but not limited to, her journal and other books as well as her computer and rations.

Very rarely (if ever) is she seen without her bike, pitch black and small, built for speed, as it is her only means of transportation. She doesn’t know much about the bike other than her parents built it from scratch, as well as the one her father had used.

Personality: She is not an easy girl to piss off and can usually keep her cool even in the toughest of situations. The only thing that will make her show rage is demons. She keeps her emotions well hidden around others and only lets them out when she's alone or with someone she can trust. She's sometimes considered a loner but prefers the company of others, though it is sometimes difficult to earn her trust.

She also loves to write. She records everything in a journal of her own, any information she gets, any demons she kills, anything that happens, it goes in her journal, though it pales in comparison to the journal of Sam and Dean's dad. She is hoping to one day turn it into a book.

The one thing she does that nobody else seems to understand is that when she finishes a battle, she will place a cross in the ground, signifying the deaths of innocent people. She is not Christian but often does things that would make her seem so. The crosses are an example. Another good example, she often carries a bible in her backpack.

She dislikes coffee and tea, drinking Mtn Dew more. She loves animals but is also wary of which animals she approaches. The only things she fear are fear and heights. She loves pizza, more meat is better. When traveling, she gives her mother’s maiden name to the authorities, Ashley Jenson.

Specialties: Samantha is very good with most guns and longer melee weapons, approx. 4 ft. length. She is also very agile, allowing her to escape from most of the things that end up hunting her. Being raised as a Wiccan, she has been able to sense the energies around her and often acts on impulse because of this.

Background: She had a fine life until she came home one night to find a man with pitch black eyes standing over the shredded bodies of her parents. She looked at the claw marks across their chests and clenched her teeth. She leapt at him, hoping to kill him but he knocked her against the wall before he laughed maniacally and ran out the door. His voice echoed as he ran, “You are not my target! Don’t put yourself on my list!” She knew the cops would blame her if she called them claiming it was a man with black eyes. Her parents had taught her very little about demons but enough that she knew what to do. Her parents had warned her of one of the rooms they kept locked and now it was time for her to find out what was inside. It had been filled with special weapons, a pair of blades made of iron, bullets filled with salt, too many guns for one girl to carry, and a single book. Inside were stories of the adventures her parents had before she was born, the life they gave up to raise her. After that day, she began living on the road.

Other: She dislikes when a man tries to hit on her and usually tries to send him away without a fight. This usually fails and she ends up having to hold back while defending herself.

It should be okay. I started watching SPN like, late season 3. Since this is OCs I guess it should be alright as long as one has access to generic ways to kill monsters ^^

Name: Anastasia "Anna" Glazkov
Age: 23
Appearance:
Personality: Anna is a bit of an alcoholic. That said, she is a very loud and cheery drunk. Always able to see the glass as half-full despite a rather grim past. She is very compassionate, and after losing so many comrades has vowed to never allow it to happen again.
Specialties: Anna loves revolvers, carrying two revolvers on her at all times, one that belonged to her father(A colt single action army), and one her father had bought for her mother(A Ruger single six convertible). She is a master of trick shots, even able to ricochet bullets off solid objects to her foes. Also shes a damn fast draw. She carries an assortment of various types of ammunition for each on her at all times in a small belt bandolier at her waist, and more in her car. a Lime green Honda S2000 formerly owned by her late mother.
Background: Anna was born the daughter of a hunter father and a civilian mother. She was raised not knowing anything about what her father did as both of her parents decided it would be better if she didn't know. That worked out great until she was seventeen, her father had just returned home from raiding a vampire nest earlier in the day. Unfortunately one vampire had not been at the nest at the time and upon it's return caught his scent, that night she watched in horror as the vampire slaughtered her father. Before it could turn it's attention to her or her mother, her mother took her to her fathers armory. After a quick explanation her mother sacrificed herself attempting to grapple with the vampire giving her the opportunity to decapitate it, an action that while hesitant, she did manage to bring herself to go through with.

After that Anna became obsessed, searching through all of her fathers things, contacting everyone he knew, eventually hitting pay dirt with one of his 'friends from work' who, feeling she deserved to know, explained everything to her. Taking her under his wing, he taught her every trick he knew. Her first encounter with a demon was disastrous, four of her five companions died and she ended up hospitalized for a month. However she learned from her mistakes. She since hunted with many groups, all of which got killed. A fact that left her with a reputation as 'bad luck' in the hunter community, and that drove her to a slight alcohol abuse problem.

Name: Yester “Doc” Yeare
Age: 27


Personality: Despite his gruff exterior, Doc is more than willing to give anyone a chance. He's never had much of an interest in “special” relationships beyond the casual fling and even then, never in conjunction with work. To him, nothing comes before the job. Doc treats you by how you act—if you give respect, you deserve it, but if you act like a child, you'll be treated like one.

Specialties: No one can sew a person up like Doc. Give him some dental floss, a bit of cloth, and a fifth of whiskey and he can work miracles. He's a mad shot with a coach shotgun. He's considered good with people, children especially, even if he doesn't think so.

Background: His parents either had a sense of humor or were nostalgically drunk when Yester was born and named. He grew up in the Life, the Full Monty. Sleeping in the car while mom went in to execute a salt-and-burn, painting devil traps with dad in the motel room, waiting up with a med-kit and whiskey while they both went out to take out a vampire nest.

Eventually Yester grew tired of his name. While he never went to school and by extension could not have been teased for it, even he could realize how ridiculous it sounded. It just so happened that, as he patched his mother up from the last ghoul hunt she went on, she mentioned that he'd be a pretty fancy doctor. Yester figured “Doc” (as his mother had begun taking to him) was much better and stuck with it. But he wanted to live up to it, too, so he began practicing on any scrape any person (or sometimes, animal) had within a mile radius. It worked out for him in the end. He's an excellent Doc.

When he went out on his own, he changed a lot of what he knew from hunting with his parents. He got a different car, for one thing. A big black truck is nice and all, but a silver Cadillac is where he went. He keeps a sawed-off with him (you'd have to be an idiot not to!), but his weapon of choice is a double-barreled coach. Doc's biggest change has to be the music he listens to. He can't stand hard rock anymore, and listens to more peaceful and slower sounds of folk and oldies. It can drive the people he works with up the wall, sometimes.

Other: Doc collects a trinket from every major event in his life and if anyone asks, he'll be happy to share the stories as a sort of remembrance service to the fallen.
