The human species as it is known to the Galactic Federation has grown an important role in political actions and discussions, leading to a lot of it's influence reaching through many colonies and advancing species. After a Galactic War, the human species had shown it's dark side. The military wiped out 3 out of the 5 Federation species and gained power over the Federal Space. Now, the humans involve themselves in expansion and gaining resources of any kind, along with helping the species that do not dare to fight against the human military.
It was a small Fregate that had landed on a small instable planet with an advaned, though hidden species that was in war with a counterpart of itself. One side relied on the powers of the planet's ability to collect solar energy in certain ores to create a very resourceful material, the other was just a parasitic beast of darkness, gnawing on the bones and bodies of those infected with the deadly poison, creating more of their army. The humans interfered and allowed the Lightbringer to gain the upper hand on the planet, wiping out the dark kin from the planet. What was left was a man infected, though not known to have carried this dormant enemy.
The Lightbringers joined the Council and became a viable part of society on the planets. What was left of their former enemy lied hidden to their eyes...
Hello my fellow RPers.
I have created this RP for the sake of having a slightly different approach on some story based RPing. I want to create a thick storyline that I really want to get through with one that shows interest to this. Little note to this is that this is greatly based off of Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. People known to MP2 should know the two races that had fought in this war. Any more information will be given upon interest. Just so you know, I will be playing the dark kin, though the character you will play is able to become one later on, if you want

Little about me:
I am a high casual RPer, and like fantasy, Sci-Fi, and anything with good Action, Character Development, or Story. A good mix of them all is perfect. Lately, I have found myself drawn to the Romance RPing. Dramatic love stories and all what is brought along with it.
My average post is about two paragraphs. The more I post, the more I like the current action.

I will be playing the Offspring of the dark kin. He/She will be a human that tries to stay hidden among society, until it has gained enough power to let vengeance rip the world apart... Only if your character won't convince mine to stop that
