Name: Alan Broderick
Gender: Male
Age: 36
Biography: Alan, like all others, was born in the small, walled off city. Raised by a loving mother and father, Alan has always been content with his life in the city, and has never seen any reason to leave, despite occasional curiosity. Since a very young age, Alan had always aspired to become a doctor. As far as he was concerned, nothing in life could be better than helping others. At the age of 19, Alan's parents passed away, having grown quite old there was little that could medically be done for him. Even so, their death effected his life very little. As he saw, death was a beautiful thing, in some aspects. Only now could they be free of worldly chains. Even so, their death only increased his desire to help aid others and ease their pain. At the age of 20, the local doctor had taken Alan under her wing, teaching him what she could to one day take over her position. It just so happened, the local doctor had a beautiful daughter; Melanie. Whenever the doctor was busy, Alan always used his studies as an excuse to talk to her. Years later, he and Melanie were married, living happily in a small house with a vegetable garden. When Melanie's mother passed away, Alan took over her position at the age of 28, running a clinic out of his home. Melanie had become pregnant shortly after, giving birth at their home to two healthy twins. However, despite his efforts, Melanie died during child birth. This death was the first to affect him as greatly as it had. To this day he still blames himself, taking comfort in the occasional drink. All he can do now is give his two daughters, 8 year olds Melanie and Sarah, the best life possible. In truth, that is his only concern, giving them the life they deserve.
Valuables: Emergency veterinary bag containing gauze, wound closure strips, and a tensor bandage. Alan carries a Swiss army knife clipped to his belt buckle. Around his neck, Alan wears a thin silver chain which holds two silver wedding bands. A pack of menthol cigarettes.
Hope it's up to par. I tried to keep the bio short and sweet. ^^;;
