Figured I'd post and interest check for this. I have started a Private Detective themed RP, and myself and the other player are still in the introductory phase of the story. We are looking for another player to play the role of a female private detective.
As the story is set up, the firm is composed of two hardnose detectives, both female, because countering stereotypes is fun, and their clerk/assistant, who is male (for the same reason). This story will begin as they take an inconsequential seeming case, the typical everyday job. In this case, investigating a supposed philandering spouse. Of course, nothing is what it seems, and so the story will twist and turn, intertwining. At some point they'll also have to work in a second, seemingly unrelated case. Though the two may or may not twine together in some kind of dangerous conspiracy involving organized crime and a brush with the occult.

Niko: It's not like Heavy Rain. It's a PI story where you'd be a trained professional detective, who gets swept up in a seemingly small case that leads to something bigger. But there isn't a torture or serial killer theme.
Command: There's not a "murderer" per se. The story is kind of pre determined to an extent, and involves organised crime, rather than a "murderer" as PIs are not police detectives.
