    Sweet! I like the sound of that

    So we can choose if our charas are council cats or rebel cats?

    Maybe they lost the feline support fund? which is basically the 'taxation' cats pay to help each other whenever anything is needed? either via gambling or poor stock market investments?
    Maybe it's something more simple - and cats are just unhappy because of the lack of action the council are taking to do anything? Like they are all corrupt fatcat types?

    At least I assume this is what you meant - 'normal' cats - but with super intelligence and communication skills right?
