I'm noob to these forums. However, I have an idea for an RP I would like to start.

Disclaimer: As the title says, its called "The Seven Swordsmen". This is my own concept, not taking from any previous "Seven Swordsmen" games, books, comics, or anything of the kind. This is my own original concept still in the works.

Idea: I have an RP in mind that I want to start up, but I need YOUR help! This concept came at me in the blink of an eye so I am still processing all the details and background for it. However, I will be constantly updating it once i figure the pieces out.

Why do I need YOU: Your RP is only as good as your players. I need 6 swordmasters to go along with my lone swordsman, the Highking Amir ( as I will be known in this RP). Now there is no solid back story, but I want to pull little pieces off of everybodies swordsmans back story. To have a general idea this takes places thousands of years ago, Melee (non-scifi) weapons are primary. The only ranged weapons are bows. Think of a samurai/ninja time zone. Now where you all come in, I am going to post an "application" to become one of the six swordsmen only. Other characters can follow the application as well just to help us ( and yourself) know who you will be playing as. The application is below please fill out the information that is requested.

Name: ( if registering for one of the six swordsman include General in the name and label as Swordsman).

Age: (self explanitory)

Brief backstory: ( again, self explanitory)

Extended backstory: (optional, this you can include family, childhood birthplace ect.)

Sword style: ( only fill out if filing for one of the 6 Swordsmen)

Weapon of choice: ( fill out for non- six swordsmen applications)

Battalion size: (six swordsmen only, 20-200 soldiers. Unless special force minimum of 5 required.)

Battalion name: ( if applicable, optional, only for Six Swordsmen applications)

How you became part of the Seven swordsmen: ( I will review and approve or deny the story.)

Apperence: ( pictures preferred, I like to imagine the character as they play if not just a description will do.)

I understand this may seem really official, but it really is not big of a deal i like to read peoples creations. Nothing auto disqualifies and nothing auto allows you to become part of the six swords men remaining.
