DRAGONBALL Z UNIVERSE

This is the OOC for a RP based in a custom, unique DragonBall (Z, GT) universe, the DragonBall Universe. In this version of the story none of the previous characters ever existed. Non cannon. I am looking for help and or suggestions for this idea and how to make it better. Please let me know. This is the OOC for the DragonBall Universe RP.

The story will take place on a savage planet named Odari. This planet has only a few villages and is populated by the descendants of prisoners, marooned sailors and ship crash victims. The culture is much like a mix of medieval and futuristic. There is open seats for the following characters which will make up the team.

All characters must be completely unique and custom.
• One Saiyan (will be able to ascend through the various levels of super saiyan)
• One Namekian (will be able to ascend to super Namek and levels beyond that of super namek)
• One Animal People (Unknown potential)
• One Human (Limited in chi but the best at using Magic)
• Two Aliens (Made up or from DBZ GT)

Bullet Blast-Launches a barrage of energy balls at the enemy.
Nraedin Charge-Supercharged energy attack similar to Kamehameha Wave.
Appetite for Destruction-absorbs energy from the surroundings increasing his power level and making his attacks super powerful.
Instantaneous Movement
Character Description:
Personality: Headstrong and quick to anger. Once he puts his mind to something he will do whatever it takes to get it done, he doesn't believe in giving up.
Character Background History: He was born in a small camp of Saiyan warriors. When he was only a few weeks old his camp was attacked by a raiding band of Namekians. His father was killed and right before the attackers reached them his mother teleported them to a cave where the man who had trained her had lived. Upon getting there his mother let out a sigh and rolled over never waking again. The master was the closest thing he had to a father and raised him very strictly teaching him to harness his anger and channel it into his attacks. He was his masters greatest student, very quickly showing prowess in harnessing the energy of the world. At age 15 he was so far advanced he had already created his own move.

Race: Majin
Power Type: Magic
Age: '24'
HT: 1.75 meters
WT: 60 kg
Training: Self taught, though she has problems using most of her energy based attacks and her ki blasts are fairly weak.
Weapon: N/A

Energy Attack List:
Besides her natural Majin regeneration and body morphing/control, her unique abilities are;

Energy Fists - Light infuses her hands and feet with energy, allowing her physical attacks to bypass a bit of an opponent's natural defense and lower the opponent's ability to regenerate a bit.

Void Infusion - Light infuses herself with sinister dark energy, sprouting dark wings made of energy, and increasing her stats much like Kaio Ken, though the stat that is boosted the most is her speed.

Void Shield - Light surrounds herself with dark energy, becoming unable to move or attack but absorbing Ki energy blasts to help charge her Fusion Punch. Will only reduce the damage of powerful Ki attacks instead of absorbing them. Energy gained by the absorption of Void Shield drains quickly if not used.

Fusion Punch - A massive punch that requires time to charge up the energy, reduced by how much ki her Void Shield absorbs. This punch bypasses most defenses, and if it hits the opponent, weakens them, greatly hinders regeneration (but doesn't stop it), and causes the opponent to shrink temporarily.

Ultimate Ability: Ki Nullification Barrier - Light envelops an area with a large energy canceling barrier, removing the opponents ability to use Ki attacks while they remain in the barrier but still allowing flight. The opponent can't pass through the barrier unless they break it, land a few punches on Light, or wait 30 seconds. Attacks can still be fired into the barrier from the outside and attacks that enter the barrier from the outside are amplified and will deal increased damage if they hit someone inside the barrier. Does not stop the use of energy blasters from inside the barrier, but the blaster will deal reduced damage.

Character Description: Instead sporting the traditional Majin pink skin, Light sports a prue white skin instead; with a robust slender female model with skinny arms, but muscular legs. Her eyes are black, with a bright orange iris instead of a red one, and are larger than normal, dominating her face. She has no nose and a small mouth with a short head tentacle on the crown of her head. Unnaturally for a Majin, she has pointed ears, pointed fingers, and her legs end in a spike instead of having actual feet.
Her attire is simple. A blue tanktop cut at the bottom to form a V, silver bracers, and a white 3 part dress (Two large halfs with the split starting near the center, revealing her legs fairly early on and giving her plenty of room to kick, and one triangle piece on the front that reaches down to her kneecaps.) with blue trimmings along the lower edges with the inside of the dress colored black. Like most Majin, she can choose if the cloths are part of her anatomy or are separate.

Personality: Snarky, fun loving, and level headed, Light values her freedom above all else and does what she wants to do, only listening to others if she feels its in her best interests or if she agrees with their moral standpoint. Her high intelligence makes her easy to reason with, but also deadly on the battlefield. She likes to fight, but wont pick unnecessary battles, and will only kill her opponent if she hates their morals or actions.

Character Background History: I'll type this up if the RP gets off the ground.


Also post that there is room for anything even if filled up if its good. Make it more open and longer lasting.

Name: Kalivax’ian (Kalivax)
Race: Namekian
Power Type: Energy
Age: 28

Training: Kalivax was trained on planet Namek by elder Chronicos in the ancient old ways. He learned the traditional Namekian martial arts as well as all the ceremonies one would need to know in order to speak with the ancestors and ask them for guidance. Kalivax continues his training in the coldness of space, using his Namekian space ship to explore the galaxy.

Weapon: N/A

Energy Attack List:
Multi-rangs (basic) – a scattering group of smaller light green energy boomerangs fly through the air in a barrage of light exploding once they contact anything.
Ancestral blade (basic) – A sword of energy is created extending off the arm/hand. (like salza Coolers minion)
Energy slicer (finishing) – A large green energy boomerang is sent flying through the air slicing through anything in its way.
Ancestral Might (super finishing)– A massive beam of energy much like vegetas final flash.
Ancestral Fury (Utility) – I draw a great amount of energy from the power of my ancestors, greatly boosting my power level and sending the user into a heightened state of being.)

Character Description:

Personality: Kalivax is very calm and meditative; he is very to the point and stern. He is a warrior and lives by the warrior code.

Character Background History: After leaving Namek Kalivax travels to a distant planet called Aztecha where he is trained once more by a close friend of his master elder Chronicos. Kalivax continues on his journey through space, seeking to find himself and open up a new level of power. After many weeks of meditation and intense vision questing Kalivax find himself being abducted and enslaved by an evil alien overlord named Laxx. Kalivax with all his training was nothing compared to the evil lord Laxx and his lackeys. Lord Laxx sentenced kalivax to be implanted with a powerful parasitic alien slime creature. This parasite will by nature make the host a drone and force the victim to obey. The parasite also gives the host a super charge, boosting their power level drastically. The alien parasite that is inside of Kalivax is handicapped in the sense that it is unable to control the hosts mind. The host still obtains all of the power upgrades and benefits of the parasite, turning it into a symbiotic relationship. After the operation Kalivax manages to sneek out of the ship and steal a ship. He makes it through the defenses and with his last bit of effort punched in a random set of coordinates. Kalivax is sent hurtling through space, after what seem like months the ship crash lands on an unknown planet. Odari.

And please keep in mind that no characters will be god-mode(ed) or uber. You will keep your characters in check when it comes to power. And as for your energy attacks, with a power level of 330 at the start I don’t think you will be able to level a whole city, yet…
So if you must edit your character sheet to make him/her a tad less powerful please do.

and all the obvious powers you listed in your Csheet Walrus, everyone has the basic ability to fight and stuff.

Ki-Fists: Two energy balls are formed, acting as fists, which will punch and beat the opponent into submission. If they are blocked or grabbed, they will make a small explosion.

Platinum Blaster: A watermelon sized ball of energy is flung out, which splits into many tinier energy blasts that cause great explosive damage

Finishing Moves

Eagle Ray: A vortex of energy is shot out, which absorbs and "eats" anything in front of it, such as energy blasts or materials. Once it has gained as signifigent amount of energy, it fires it back in a mid-sized beam attack.

Ultimate Move

Galactic Inferno: A massive ball of energy is formed using up all of his latent power and energy. It is a bit slow to charge, and hard to control, but it is nearly double Valors power. It leaves him weak and defenseless afterwords though, completely draining all of his energy

Utility

Clone Stamp: Allows Valor the ability to clone himself into two separate persons- They both share the same energy and power, and none is lost when they split- However, they only last for a short period of time and if one dies, the other dies as well. (By short period I mean seconds)

Character Description:
Personality: Sadistic in nature, Valor loves nothing more then to call physical pain to others. He rarely speaks, and when he does, it usually quick and to the point, not wasting time with words when they are not necessary. Very loyal to whoever he is fighting for, but will not give his life for them- He would rather the world die then he die, really.

Character Background History: He was born to keep Hells captors in check with hundreds of other demons. He diverged, however, and after finding a mystical fruit he was teleported into the realm of the living. Now, he lives only to serve whoever bests him in combat- Someone he has been looking for for quite some time.

Well like I said before in the very start this is non-cannon. I’m sorry if you don’t like the starting power level. Goku started out in the first episode of dragonball Z with a power level of 335. And piccolo had 320. Goku started out that low and look at him now... well I’m sorry if you have to remove yourself but the starting power level will stay at 330.

This is non- cannon, custom, unique, and new. (Does not follow any previous installments of the anime!)

A Majin in this story will start at the same power level as the rest.
